We had a fantastic experience working with Lotfi Legal regarding our immigration process! I came to our initial consultation with a complex situation and many questions after having done my own extensive research. Atty Fuchs found a path through to meet our goals that we didn't realize was available to us, which ultimately saved us many years and thousands of dollars compared to paths other attorneys were recommending. We ran into a situation where we had purchased a home that started to show signs of major hidden damage only 6 months after we purchased it. After hiring multiple contractors to come look at the damage and doing a lot of research on our own, we realized that the sellers were aware of this damage before selling us the home and they chose not to disclose anything to us when we purchased the home (nor did they properly repair the damages).
When looking for attorneys, we came across Kevin's name because he had written a very informative article on this very subject. We hired him and after 2 years, we received the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his background and skills as an attorney. He was incredibly patient with us, he did not overbill us, and he truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.
I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years and if you find yourself in a similar situation as we were in here, look no further. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we have ever made and we are very grateful for everything he did for us.
I should also note that we inquired with several attorneys who didn't even give us the time of day before we contacted Kevin. He was up front and honest with us the entire time we worked with him. He's an excellent attorney with a strong background in real estate and litigation and we are very happy we hired him.

Navigating through the legal system can seem to be an overwhelming task. When my wife and I needed legal help we contacted Mr. Bugni for help. Mark was extremely helpful when I was dealing with a charge. He walked me through the steps in a way that I, someone with no experience with the legal system, was able to understand. He stayed in contact with me about how my case was progressing and what my options were. I was dealing with possible ramifications of my case on professional licensing. I hired Mark Maciolek for a hearing and he defended me as expected. I had explained the circumstances and he sounded sure that it was a do-able case. From the initial first phone call to the very end I was treated professionally, honestly, compassionately, and felt like I really mattered. Attorney Parsons listened to my original case details and determined that they could help me with my work comp injury case. Attorney Parsons represented me in a case against a former employer who tried to get out of paying short-term disability benefits even though I met all of their policy's criteria. He has deep experience in representing employees in HR-related claims against employers, and is very, very good. He knows the law, he knows the system, and knows how the "game" is played. I hired Sam Wayne to litigate a case involving the FCRA, and federal student loan system. It was complicated, the trial Court was uninterested and unfair, often refusing to see how the dots connected, and without Sam's close attention to detail: would have been disposed of. At the end of the ordeal, after the Court dealt me one last bit of unfairness by abridging my constitutional right to a jury trial and verdict, Sam negotiated a settlement that maximized my return and didn't leave me with a huge tax burden. In November of 2008 I retained Tamara Packard to assist me in resolving a dispute with my former employer. From the initial meeting to the signing of the negotiated agreement two months later, Attorney Packard acted dilligently, professionally, and assertively on my behalf to bring about a settlement I was more than pleased with.
My former employer is a small (100 employees) privately-held company. It was reluctant to provide the information necessary to establish a fair settlement. Attorney Packard countered their attorney's every argument against releasing information with her superior knowledge of applicable labor laws.

Mr. Oconner helped me obtain a civil judgement against a store that fraudulently got me to purchase their product that I would not have purchased if I would have known all the ingredients of the product. During the whole time while he was doing all the legal work to obtain this judgment he was very helpful to me by always explaining everything that was happening. He would always answer any and all of my questions either by phone or email right away. Often times doing so after business hours as my job had me working until after 5:00 pm. In late 2014 I decided, along with two partners, to start a small business developing smartphone applications for Android and Apple devices. My partners and I decided to move from brainstorm to business after we realized we could be making money on our fun side coding projects. I had a legal sitution that festered for over five years. Complicating the matter was that I received a judgement in another state and my opponent sought to evade payment in Wisconsin. This mattered little to Mr. Thill. He quickly registered our judgement in Wisconsin and began proceedings.
