Lack of communication and unprofessional. I got tired handling discussions and dealing with paperwork with Wells Fargo’s, home equity loan personnel, my husband and I, decided to hire Justin Clark law firm to fight our battle. They did nothing different then what I had previously done. We cannot tell you how many times we scheduled an appt. through Justin Clark’s”s paralegal, Candice Medina and Justin Clark was NEVER available, he was always in “court”, what’s worse, we would not even get a courtesy cancellation call. I have over 30 years of experience working with attorney’s, Justin Clark does not come near of having the professionalism, honesty and integrity of the attorneys I’ve work with. Please don’t hire this law firm they will take your money and resolve nothing. I no longer had them represent us, and settled with the bank on our own. Lesson learned. I wish I could say something good but my experience was hurtful and the attorney, Justin Clark knew it, because I expressed it to him several times in my emails. Pray no one gets deceived and Justin Clark does the right thing. There’s a God that sees everything and knows very well our hearts. Highly recommend. The entire staff all highly professional, all working together as a team. Very thorough especially Mr. Wayne Spivak. Questions I had were short and to the point, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very easy to navigate through the process. I learned a lot as well. Important to gather all your data and keep it handy for references.They follow all proper legal guidelines as to what is needed. I had researched other places and I went with this firm. Cost effective wise they were THE best regardless of which route you went for your case.

I had never needed a lawyer before. I did not want a billboard lawyer and was doing some research online. When I came across Sarah I just instinctively KNEW. From our first meeting to the end of the case I felt like a person in need who mattered, not just another client. She and her staff really take the time to develop a relationship with you and put your needs first. I felt like I was in a jungle with no idea what to do. Her kindness, empathy, professionalism, and knowledge helped me out of the dark place I was in and got me back to feeling whole. The entire process was taken care of. I did not have to worry about anything. She and her staff took care of even the smallest details you never know you need help with after an accident.
I was in another accident yrs after the first and was terrified. It was a Holiday and I just left her a message. I did not have to wait at all... she personally called me back at the scene and took the time to help me through yet another dark place.

The first time I was in a car wreck, I was referred to Sarah Goldman through a family attorney who had worked with my parents for some time. My grandson and I was in a car accident in January 2017. I have dealt with many lawyers over the years, Vanessa is the best that I have dealt with. Even though she has not been practicing for a long time, her understanding of the law and research skills are top notch, you would think she has 30 years of experience when dealing with her. My experience with lawyers is similar to my experience with doctors, they don't get back to you, make you wait, and have limited patience. Vanessa is the opposite. She actually cares about her client, she will email at all times of the day or night, answer questions, text message, and calm nervous clients down. I had a recent experience in Family court, and her compassion will never be forgotten. I am not someone that normally writes reviews, I would suggest hiring her, you can trust her 100%, She can go head to head with any attorney in Florida.

During my 37 year career as a law enforcement officer and as Chief of Police for the past 16 years I have worked with many attorneys. Cliff Shepard is without a doubt on top of my list as an advocate for his clients. In recent litigation involving a multi million dollar lawsuit many lawyers wanted to settle the claim after arbitration. Cliff took the position we had done nothing wrong and insisted on going to trial if need be. As a result of his insistance the case proceeded and we prevailed with the court ultimately dismissing the claim totally.

Cliff handled a very sensitive civil litigation matter for me which involved mutiple parties and perfomed admirably. Mr. Wallsh handled both a criminal and civil domestic case for me. It was a long drawn out process because of the dishonesty of the opposing party, but Mr. Wallsh was alway patient and honest and gave me exceptional advice. We suffered damage to our roof during hurricane Ian. Make a long story short, we settled our case with the insurance company and are ready to move ahead with roof replacement. This would not have been possible without the help of Cohen Law Group, and our attorney Chris Carey and litigation assistant Erica Whitlock. Erica took the time to answer any questions and provided excellent communications throughout the process. This was my first experience with a homeowner's claim, and I really appreciated Erica's patience.

I met with Attorney Veliz, for my relocation case with my son because my previous Attorney dropped the ball, and I was at a loss of what to do. First, not only did Attorney Veliz offer a consultation to review my case and to discuss how to best assist me. He was clear, honest and very insightful about the law. While Attorney Veliz made no promises about how the case would result, he felt that we had a good case, and explained his approach.
Fast forward to our day in court, Attorney Veliz is a BEAST in the courtroom, that is where he shines. He takes no punches when he sees that the opposing sides argument is not valid, or has NO PROBLEM objecting when he needs to. Not to mention, Attorney Veliz does not waste your time or your money. When he tells you he will do something, HE DOES!!! The court room is where he shines and does his best work. First, not only did Attorney Veliz offer a consultation to review my case and to discuss how to best assist me. He was clear, honest and very insightful about the law. While Attorney Veliz made no promises about how the case would result, he felt that we had a good case, and explained his approach.
Fast forward to our day in court, Attorney Veliz is a BEAST in the courtroom, that is where he shines. He takes no punches when he sees that the opposing sides argument is not valid, or has NO PROBLEM objecting when he needs to. Not to mention, Attorney Veliz does not waste your time or your money. When he tells you he will do something, HE DOES!!! The court room is where he shines and does his best work. I can honestly say, my case was not an easy one, because he had to "clean up" the residual from my previous Attorney that had that dropped the ball. WE WON THE CASE!!! I used Tark for my business formation and intellectual property protections. He got my company a copyright, and a trade mark, and did most of the research to get us a patent. He has a large network of associates that he uses to refer clients to when he can not do the job himself. He put us in contact with a great patent lawyer and was there during every step of the process. We are now patent pending and will be using Tark as our own in house counsel of sorts. He has a program that gives small businesses a lawyer on their team for a lot less than what other lawyers charge. My only problem with Tark is that he takes his time to complete tasks like patent research. It took him almost three weeks to put together research on the prior art and put together a draft description of our product for review and filing by the patent attorney. It did take along time but I suppose that is the norm because even the patent lawyer took about 4 weeks to get the finalized designs and description and he had a draft to work with. It was a detailed task so I am glad he took his time to make sure it was right now, but when I was waiting I ended up calling him a lot and complaining. He still took my calls and made sure that I was comfortable at every stage of the process.

In my initial consultation with Michael Long I explained that I had a dispute with a pool contractor who caused considerable damage to my property while installing a swimming pool and then placed a lien on my property after I refused to pay them in full without an offset for at least part of the damage they caused. Mr Long was upfront and explained that I likely had an uphill battle due to the one-sided contract that I signed, however, after meeting with him and making him aware that I had all documentation, receipts, photographs to substantiate the damages caused, he indicated he had numerous prior dealings with the attorney representing the contractor and would do his very best to help me.
In order to get a sense of the legal costs I might be facing, during the initial consultation I asked him to give me a range of what my legal expenses might be and he indicated they would likely be in the ballpark of the $1,500 retainer as long as court appearances and filing/answering lawsuits were not involved. I agreed.
In the end (no court appearances or lawsuits were involved), I wound up settling this matter for THE FULL AMOUNT the pool contractor originally wanted, plus paying his firm $3,000.00 for their legal fees.
There was zero benefit to me in hiring Michael Long. In the end, he did absolutely nothing to help me.
Needless to say, I would not recommend this attorney or his firm Brewer Long.

But on the advice of my best friend, who was a former client of Michael Long, I reached out to him to handle a sensitive issue connected to my employment contract in effect at that time. Michael was incredibly efficient and delivered an answer I could depend on in very little time. He took even less time than I expected and helped me understand what I *could* do -- but even more importantly, offered me advice on what I *should* do. If I or a firend had a similar problem, I would recommend him without hesitation.
