Extremely frustrating experience with this law office.
My father passed and this firm was handling probate details.
I needed to sign a couple documents and no longer live local to the office.
The documents were emailed to me and I had them notarized and shipped the physical copies back. The documents were received Monday April 29th.
On Monday May 6th, Terri Erickson emailed saying she sent the wrong documents and I would need to go through the process again. Ok, mistakes happen. She provided a new document for me to sign.
I went to have the new document signed and she made a mistake on my name. The notary would not notarize the document. Another wasted trip.
The lack of attention to details is surprising.
I would highly recommend looking for a different law office. The attorney Terri works for is Leslee Hungerford.

I would highly recommend Susan Heikkila! She assisted me with an issue that related to my settled divorce. Uncooperative spouses can be very distressing especially when there is a signed divorce decree. Susan was extremely diligent and reassuring. She is very good at holding both opposing counsel and their client accountable. I'm grateful for the efforts and time she put forth to solve this issue.

Mr.McMaster handled our situation with concern and professionalism. It's nice to have an attorney with morals representing us. Could not have asked for a better result. Matthew is a very thorough and competent attorney who always had my best interests in mind. Matthew would not hesitate to tell me when he had to curb our actions based on what would be more beneficial for me as the client. Thomas is always very prompt and thorough. Which was extremely important to me because my previous attorney did not meet expectations. This was the first time I'd been in a situation as such and I had no idea what to expect. Tommy was detailed about the process and what to expect. He did not "sugar coat" anything. There were no unrealistic expectations set. I would use his services again and also recommend him.

I had a great experience with Mr. Sinowski. I previously had a different lawyer who was doing nothing to help me so I found C&S. They promptly sent me paperwork to sign to begin working on my case. They made sure to communicate with me regularly to update me. Whenever I had questions they would take the time to explain it in terms I understood. Tommy was very accommodating when he had papers for me to sign. I was unable to make it to his office so he would fax things to me. He was always very polite and professional. I appreciated that he worked quickly and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. They are a great team and I would definitely use them again!

Joe did a tremendous job in mediating a personal injury case for me recently. I had the pleasure of working with Joe several years ago when we represented adverse parties in a lawsuit. As a mediator, Joe showed the same mix of bulldog toughness and ingenuity but still being a very nice guy that he used so effectively as a trial lawyer. This is a tough blend but Joe has it. I've only been using Laurie for about a year and hope to continue to do so for decades to come. Not only is she extremely well versed in all manner of the law, but has enough knowledge to even do quick, expert, competent research, to cover those areas not her specialties.
She's already helped us with legal issues, ranging from elder-care and
real estate, to intellectual property (trademark) and contracts. We have yet to present her with any legal circumstance she hasn't been able to masterfully control on our behalf.
And while this certainly shouldn't be your first concern when in need of legal assistance, let's not forget her reasonable rates. We all know the inflated rates many attorneys charge. Laurie does not. She knows that bad
things happen to good people, often with limited funds. As a family woman, she seems to really understand that people aren't made of money.
In short, when you're in need of any specialist - medical, education, home services (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.), you want someone who's truly into their trade and is not only great at it, but loves doing it. Laurie's that person. Simply put, she's a law geek.

I hired Ms. Jones to help us resolve a longstanding dispute with our homeowner’s association. She listened carefully to all of our concerns, and then informed us of our legal options and where current case law stood. The options provided to us were always accompanied by careful explanation of potential benefits, costs, and drawbacks.
Ms. Jones also worked in a timely and efficient manner. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and quickly. Correspondence both to myself and the opposing counsel were courteous and professional. Finally, Ms. Jones was able to resolve the matter in our favor.

Very Disappointed.
I hired Megan Jones based on our first conversation and was reffered by John Lippencott back in August 2017. (disappointing to say the least) It has been 17 months and a lot of excuses and delays on Megan's behalf.
So much time past I just wish to put this terrible experience behind me. Now with an offer from the OC.
I finally asked Megan Jones and John Miller numerous times to accept the OC's offer.
But Megan Jones nor John Miller have not responded to my numerous emails and attempts to contact them which I find very unprofessional.
Megan! Please accept the offer from the
Lumber Liquidators OC (Ms.Smith) so this can be resolved and I can have closure.

I can’t express my deepest appreciation for my attorney and his staff. I am new to Georgia and when I was accused in a new state, I felt lost. Would NOT recommend this lawyer at all!
I fired him from my divorce case. He became angry about it and decided to back charge me erroneous charges. He and his assistant, Haley Ray, were NEVER prepared for any of the meetings we encountered with my ex-husband and his lawyer, not even our mediation! Which cost $1650!!! Not only were they never prepared I, the client, was the one constantly presenting them with information that I was paying them to obtain! Once my divorce was almost finalized, he decided to put a lien on my house and charge me even more bogus charges. This man cheated me out of $11,458! Really more than that if you count all the work I did personally for my own case. RIDICULOUS! If anyone is considering using this lawyer, please reconsider at all cost. I will be more than happy to share all of my proof with you.

I've had lawyers in the past that sold me a dream on what they would do for me but, in the end, they never came through with everything. Don't get me wrong, I've had decent lawyers but David has surpassed them all. I was charged with driving on a suspended license not long ago and keep in mind, my driving history is not the best by any means. David sat down with the D.A and worked out a deal to where I was able to keep my license without being put on probation. I expected much worse. There was also a situation where I was facing prison time for failing a drug test and violating my probation. David not only kept me out of prison but also got me into the rehab that I needed. He will tell you like it is. He will tell you exactly what to expect and what he can do for you. David has done everything for me that he said he would and more. I have been very pleased with everything he has done for me. I will continue to use David for any problems I have in the future. I strongly recommend David for any situation no matter what it is.

Skelton and Blackstone Attorneys helped my wife and me prepare our wills and advance directives. They carefully took us through all of the various decisions and helped us understand the ramifications of each. We left the office with complete documents which Skelton and Blackstone filed with the appropriate authorities. This gave my wife and me great peace of mind and actually did a lot to solidify our relationships as it showed how we would need to depend on each other in the event of an untimely passing. In my opinion she took my case based on the money she could make and who the litigious opposing council was. She first didn’t want to take my case but when I came back 6 to 8 months later, she heard who the opposing council was and she had a change of heart. I don’t feel she represented my interests, just hers. I was in the middle of an emotional divorce and didn’t have the wherewithal to really evaluate what was happening.

Stephen Steeler is a crook ! He made already challenging and emotionally charged situation even worse. He repeatedly prioritized his own financial gain over the best interests of the clients, providing subpar legal advice, failing to communicate effectively, and dragging out the legal process unnecessarily.
