We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

Joe Columbo and his team were a great choice 12 years ago when we went into foreclosure. We never wanted to lose our home. We tried so many times to refinance but the bank would do nothing. We were told to stop paying our mortgage to qualify for grants and we did that hesitantly. We never got the grants and the bank never helped us. Columbo walked us through the entire process and helped us so much! So glad he helped us!

Flawless, professional and compassionate is my best description of attorney Eve Ditz Bouchard. She helped us with our Will and Testament. We were involved in a hit and run. We saw the driver's face and got the license plate number off the truck before he took off. We met with the police immediately after the accident and they said they would look into it for us and gave us a case number. Per the recommendaion of a family memeber, first thing Monday morning (this happened on Saturday evening) we were at Shane Smith's office. We met with Stacy Overbey, Case Manager. Had I known then what a pitbull she could be, I possibly would have been a little intimidated upon our first meeting, instead I felt right at home like I was meeting a friend of a friend. She was kind and professional and made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of. My feeling was right! Within a day she had began working diligently on my case. The owner of the vehicle told her insurance company that the car was stolen during the time it was invovled in the accident. After more research Stacy found out that the vehicle was back at home within hours of the accident and that it was never reported stolen to the police. She told me that it would be a longer process because the insurance company was not going to cooperate but that she would do everything she could to ensure that we were taken care of. And that she did! Within 2 months she got us everything we were hoping for and more! They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.
