When I say this was an amazing experience with Mr. Gold. I was in an accident were I was stuck by vehicle while crossing the street vat a crosswalk downtown. The insurance company tried to make it difficult but Mr. Gold was not allowing it! He fault for. He also keeps me up to part with everything that was going on in my case from start to finish! I would say he is one of the best you can't get in Memphis.

My daughter was involved in a two-car head on collision accident. After the initial scare about her health, I was not too concerned about the legal aspects until I found out that the other driver's family was planning to sue even though the police report supported that the other driver was at fault. I decided that we needed a good lawyer on our side. My friend recommended Steve Black who represented her in a divorce settlement and I thought that he could recommend a personal injury lawyer. It turns out that Steve has done a lot of personal injury cases but does not advertise this component of his expertise. He was very impressive during our first interview, asking pertinent questions, providing thoughtful analysis of the circumstances, and recommending various plans of actions. I hired him on the spot even after he recommended talking to other lawyers before making a decision (a big plus for hiring in my mind). We have been extremely happy with his thorough preparation, accurate predictions of the likely responses and ultimate outcomes of the participants, amazing patience (my daughter is not well organized), and the successful conclusion of our case - maximum settlement in our favor. I give my strongest recommendation for hiring Steve Black in a personal injury case.

I hired Steve for my complicated, post divorce matter that has persisted for years. Steve is highly intelligent, and while I had been previously represented, Steve is the only attorney that was able to discover my ex husband's true income which was exponentially more than claimed. Steve is extremely detail oriented and will get to the truth. He also doesn't look for ways to overbill his clients, he is fair. He kept my emotions in check and remained strategic. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.
