I can’t begin to describe how efficient and highly professional Jennie, Luz and the team were. The experience of losing a loved one is catastrophic and pain staking. While encountering other attorneys in the probate space many lacked the consideration and patience required to deal with a grieving family. On many occasions I am asked to provide letters of recommendations and reviews for companies, attorneys, doctors, I deal with on a professional basis. I am a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and understand the importance of these recommendations, especially when it relates to the character and integrity of a business. In addition, accurate information with minimal corrections to documents, files, and information is important to me when dealing with other professionals. Therefore, I am writing this review and highly recommending Farshchian Law, P.A. which was very timely, professional and completed the job when promised. The information was accurate, reasonably priced, and did not require continuous revisions and corrections to the numerous documents that they were working on for my wife and me. I'm writing this review so that anyone in a desperate position with no end in sight will do the one thing that might save them, Hire Mr. Haynes. I'm a big believer in hiring people you know this way there is a personal connection. well we didn't know Mr. Haynes. From the moment he took our case we could see that he not only knew the law but was a fighter. We were in an impossible situation fighting a case in Florida while we lived in California. He worked on our case for years never complained never once changed our agreement. As a matter of fact after years of fighting he called us which I thought well I'm ready for bad news. Without a beat he said great than I can make your day, you won the case and its over. He was so humble yet making sure I understood that's what he does win cases and ours was no exception. His prices aren't fair for him that is he spoke to us about money one time and that was it, its unheard of for any great attorney.

Daniel and his firm have been representing and defending me towards a NON compete lawsuit which has concluded in my favor in the Miami Circuit court to the Appellate court and won all of our case including attorney fees.
He's very detailed, professional, caring, straight to the point, very ethical and meticulous in his work.
I'm very impressed in his conduct and in court as he's always very well prepared for his case for any possible direction or questions that may surface without notice.

This man and his wife is very rude in disrespectful he gets your money never shows up. He gets your money then totally disrespect you he told my brother the only way he is getting out of jail is if he goes to prison first. He hasn't been to not one hearing!!!! His wife that answers the phone is no better I really HATE these people. I will be calling the Florida Bar ASAP!!!!

He is very unprofessional, neglect , doesn’t care about his client. I hired him to defend my brother in a serious murder case thinking he’ll do his best abilities to do so . However, it turned it out to be a huge mistake and I wish that I hired a public defender instead of this awful guy . He Took my hard earned money and did a very poor job and had no defense plan. He convinced my brother after waiting four years to accept the prosecutor harsh offer 25 mandatory sentence in prison and not go further to trial where he might had fighting chance for a better outcome . He’s an awful lawyer .
