I feel fortunate to have hired the law firm of Lyons and Snyder. I was in an accident where an unlicensed, undocumented person hit me, worsening an injury to my knee. I was scared because I thought the guy who hit me , would not be covered by the insurance of the car he was driving.
A friend recommended the law firm to me, as he had had very good experience with them. Martha Brizuela, the paralegal, was incredible from start to finish. Her professionalism is admirable. Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. Once I spoke with Brad I felt so much better. He was supportive from the very beginning. He was honest about the process and how long it could potentially take to resolve the case. When I first met with Ed for a free consultation at this downtown office he spent over an hour with me. After searching for after search for my legal question online, I put my list of questions together for Ed and he went through them and answered them all for me.I was facing a potential foreclosure which is very stressful being this is a home that I have great pride in , have owned for over 10 years and have a lot of money invested in. He explained to me every and all options I have available to me, and what he would be able to do for me. He also offered me a very reasonable payment plan which made it very easy for me to move forward right away. He truly just wanted to help and it was very clear.I did not get that from anyone else I had met with as all I felt with them is they were rushing me out and trying to get a retainer agreement set up. So far, it has been the most pleasure experience under the circumstances of having to need an attorney in the first place. He is always a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns, even late at night and on weekends. He always keeps me up to date on the status of my case.
I am still working with him and usually do not take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt it was worth it as I know how important it is when people just do not know who to choose when there are so many out there advertising their services.
In addition I am a Realtor so he also does Real Estate closings in which he has also handled for my clients and they have been handled so smoothly that now I have a go to guy to use that I know will make for a smooth transaction.

After waiting for eight years for a visa number to become available to find out my next steps in the process to receive my green card, I finally received an email on March 9, 2015 informing me that my case was ready. I was so happy. I instantly called my girlfriend at the time to inform her and as expected she was extremely happy.
Everything was going great until I received an email from NVC informing me that I would have to do my immigration interview and medical in Kingston, Jamaica. My girlfriend instantly said that she did not like the idea because she have heard of cases of people going back to their home country to do their interview and get stuck for one reason or another. After informing my parents about what was going on they told me that everything was ok because they did all of the paperwork correct. My girlfriend at the time was still not happy. In fact, she was adamant that we should consult an attorney. After searching and reading up reviews about attorneys online she sent me a link to Mr. Loblack on Facebook. After setting up a consultation with Mr. Loblack and explaining my situation my worst fear became reality. He told me that if I should go I stand the chance of getting bar from reentry for a period of roughly 10 years because I overstayed (Base on what my parents told me I didn't knew that I overstayed) a period exceeding six months.
My unhappiness gradually began to go away after Mr. Loblack informed me that I can go to the interview in Jamaica but I would have to have a waiver. As a result, I hire him as an attorney.
After following everything that Mr. Loblack and his team (Nadia, Sue, Danielle, Wolf, Rachelle and especially Rose) told me to do I was able to receive a waiver after roughly four months in January 2017.
I leave for Jamaica on February 5 to do my medical at the St. Andrew's Hospital on February 8 and my interview on the Jamaican Embassy on February 24.
While in Jamaica everything went smoothly. In fact, I was able to return to America roughly two weeks after my interview.
In closing, I must say that as a result of the great job that Mr. Loblack did I am now an American resident. Also, I would recommend him without hesitation to anybody with an immigration problem. He and his team is the GREATEST.

Last year my family and I experienced a very traumatic event and we needed a lawyer who could help us through a difficult time. My mother has always been skeptical of attorneys in general, because she has always feared that they would only be looking out for their best interests, so she wanted to make sure we met with several different firms before we made a decision..
When we called Ariel, he came to our house and ended up staying for four hours, including dinner. He was able to connect with my mother in a way that others couldn't, and he walked her through the entire process. When it was time to go to court, his performance was flawless and we walked away with a settlement that we could have never dreamed of.
Things are very different for our family now,, but as crazy as it sounds, in some ways for the better. We had a horrible situation that Ariel helped us through and I could not be more grateful. Even after the case was settled, Ariel still calls my mother every week to see how she is doing and her face lights up every time he calls. He genuinely cared about us and has changed our lives in a way that I never thought was possible.

Mr Abrams is the most professional, trustworthy person I have ever met. Most lawyers tell you what they think you want to hear while doing what they do best, which is billable hours. David handled a complex matter for myself and my family, which involved law in multiple jurisdictions and securities law issues that had no clear precedent. He did an excellent job throughout, and was a consummate professional both in his interactions with opposing counsel and with myself and my family members. The issue was resolved more quickly and with better economic results than I thought possible.
