A while back, I gave my credit card number to a charlatan for a supposed business opportunity. I immediately realized my error, but this man would not cancel the transaction. He had worked this system for quite some time and knew the tricks to abuse the consumer. So, even the credit card company could not help me to recover my funds. Wally stepped in and looked meticulously at the case. He applied extensive knowledge, understanding, and strategy and soon had the swindler begging to settle. Even though this is a simplified version of how Wally helped me, he utillized expertise and professional skill to recover my money with an efficiency that caused me the least possible stress.

I have had not so great experiences in the past with attorneys in my divorce/custody case. Kimi was as breath of fresh air. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions. Mr. Ross has the unique ability to take what is normally a dry, uninteresting subject (estate planning) and make it easily understandable.
Having been thrust into the sudden position of executor upon my husband's untimely death, I can assure you that there are definite "pitfalls" that can cost you untold time and expense unless you are able to strategically plan for them.
While websites that offer boilerplate wills online my appear attractively cost-effective, for the everyday person, they will NEVER replace a professional attorney with hands-on experience in this field.
I found Mr. Ross knowledgeable, competent, and willing to patiently answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. His ratings from past clients were stellar, and his fees were extremely reasonable. The whole process from personal meeting for info collection, to estate plan execution was streamlined into just a couple of weeks.
The confidence and peace of mind that come from knowing that your final wishes are at last written out in a simplified, easy to understand, legally binding document is undeniably freeing.

Mr Podesta was an amazing asset in my case vs the IRS. He was on things within 6 hours of receiving needed paperwork and had me in NO PAY status within two weeks. He also would call me with updates during evening hours. His mentality was to get the job done, and get the right settlement for his cllient. Hired Martin on two separate occasions regarding family law matters - divorce and child custody matter. The initial matter went extremely well and both parties found a workable solution. Unfortunately, sometime after resolving initial matter, I had to re-engage Martin regarding an adjustment in custody arrangements. And consistently provided efficient and sage advice on all matters. I strongly recommend.
One must also consider he works diligently and efficiently with his support team. Thus, his fees are reasonable and holistically worth every penny.

Martin without a doubt is the most impressive attorney that I have ever met. I separated from the military several years back, and had a very difficult time adjusting to civilian life. I had issues with DUI, reckless driving and speeding. Martin not only helped me with my legal matters but completely eliminated them. Not to say I wasn't accountable for my actions, but I was represented in such a a way that I felt confident leaving the courtroom with my head held high. After paying a 10k retainer for my divorce, this attorney did nothing for me. I caught him in several lies and eventually had to fire him. I couldnt help but to think that somehow this was my fault, because, after all, HE is the legal professional, and knows what he is doing. Right? Wrong! I picked up my "file" from his office and took it to my new attorney. She said, "This is it???? Where is everything???" I had no idea how bad it was until I saw my new attorney go to work. She handled my case in a matter of WEEKS, not months or years, and earned every penny of her retainer. She actually got me more than what I thought I would get. After mediation, the opposing counsel even remarked that this attorney did absolutely nothing for me. I think it is only fair to end this review on a positive note. This attorney did refund a small amount of my money after I complained. Maybe he knew deep down that he fell short.

I hired Kevin for a disabaility case that was awaiting a hearing. After, I hired him the hearing was scheduled within 3 months time. Kevin did no major hourly work on my case because it had already been done prior to him being hired, and the work that needed to be done Kevin failed to do, like get important medical documents prior to the hearing and failed to inform me.Kevin asked the judge if he could have an extension/ continuance in order to obtain the documents. To top it off Kevin asked me to secure the documents a job he was hired to do and failed at. He also presented a questionable work expense to the judge in support of his request for payment from me. and
What kind of attorney seeks payment for work he NEVER PERFORMED? I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEVIN D. WHEELER , especially if you are looking for a honest, hardworking, truthful, attorney.
