Mowrey Law Firm, and in particular Rebecca Emert, did a great job representing me in an accident case in which I was completely stopped at a light and another vehicle plowed into my car at well above the legal speed limit while simultaneously searching for his cell phone… thus never using his brakes. Mowrey Law Firm pushed hard to not allow my insurance company to force me into a settlement for less than I deserved.

I hired Terry to represent me after my DUI arrest. Leading up to my trial I was incredibly nervous but Terry helped subside those fears . I was hit hard by a truck on the bridge of Lions. After ending up with injuries and damage to my car I decided I would try to be a good sport with the other parties insurance company as at the end of the day it was an accident. They were not Returning the courtesy and actually told me to “get an attorney if I didn’t like it” also rude and unhelpful. After calling multiple attorneys I decided to go with Tom. he was straightforward, Honest, direct and helped me Immensely with the case. He got me everything he promised, helped me with aftercare for my injuries and even helped get compensation for the depreciation of my vehicle. I now see him as a friend and I appreciate all he did for me during this time. I would highly recommend Tom Copeland, we will be the only attorney I will be using in the future. Brittany Fraser Keith is a one woman, powerhouse. She has done multiple estate planning executions for us including Amendments to Trust, Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Health Care Surrogate. Not all Estate Planning attorneys in St. Johns County do things correctly or keep you covered under the law - Brittany will. She gives honest feedback and explains things in layman's terms. You cannot go wrong with John Galletta. He is always available for you, usually right away. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for him. He treats you like you are his only client. Additionally his fees are so reasonable I actually called him once to ask if I've paid him all I owed! Unbelievable! I have had need of good lawyers in the past, from time to time and I can assure you he is the only lawyer I have ever actually called to make sure I'm paid up with! Anyway sometimes I read these reviews and wonder if they are paid reviews. This review is definitely unsolicited and I am in no way related to John. I recently referred a friend to John and he is giving him the same great service for the same great price as he did for me. This is just how he does business. Mr. Galletta and staff are wonderful to work with. We used his law firm for a probate case from when my husbands dad passed away suddenly. I asked a hypothetical question regarding whether "entrapment" could be considered for a dog being lured onto a property...because it seems to be only used for humans.
This lady accused me condemned, condemned me, and has determined that I am guilty of being a careless dog owner who allows his dog onto a neighbors property. ...its a hypothetical question, along the lines of a bar exam question! WOW! She has some real issues, imo!!
