Dennis has been my family lawyer for years. Because, he is the most honest lawyer, that I have known Mr Kollenborn. I few lowyer before Mr kollenborn that took advantage of me, Unfortunately, I didn’t know Mr. Kollenborn then. I'm opening with the statement: INCREDIBLE service, attention to detail, and follow up! I sustained injuries in a car accident where the other driver was at fault, and for the first time in my life I realized that I was going to need more than my own auto insurance company's assistance. I have hired Ferguson Law Group several times over the past 10 years, for tasks ranging from contract review, general estate planning consultations, to the preparation of my family's estate planning documents. Others that I have referred to Ferguson Law Group have engaged them for help with probate, tenants-in-common agreements, and trust and estate planning issues.
Adam and his associates have always provided expert advice for a reasonable fee. When I initially engaged with this practice I was looking for help with a trust and he tried to talk me into a (much less expensive) will because he didn't think I needed a trust at that time. I know that I can always trust Adam to provide me with the most cost effective solution.
I have also referred family members and many clients to Adam for assistance, and have always heard back that their experience was consistent with mine. I consider Adam and his team to be a valuable asset to myself, my family, and my tax firm.

Adam helped our mother set up her trust, though we had very little involvement during the process, when she passed away is was very apparent why she selected Adam as her attorney. She had numerous properties and complicated dealings, things she was passionate about but none of her children were. She knew this about us, and from our experience with Adam she made sure to convey to him exactly how she wanted things handled. It was easy for all of us, and if your personal goal is to show your family how much you care about them, hire Adam and his team. Thank you Adam, John and Janelle, you were wonderful.

Let me just say, every single person I had the opportunity to speak to and/or meet in this office is absolutely FANTASTIC.
My first interaction was with Stacy. Before I did any kind of explaining regarding my case, she was kind and honest in letting me know she couldn’t guarantee it would be picked up due to the deadline (I came to them with only weeks before my statute of limitations was up) and how busy the office was which I understood. But after I told her what happened, she reassured me if the office had too full of a plate, she would still personally help me find someone to take my case. Even though she was confident they were going to be able to help, I appreciated the additional effort on her part. Once she passed along my info to Louis, he called me back promptly and let me know they could take it.
In the same day of speaking with Stacy and Louis, I was also reached out to by Emily who I spoke to for hours. Now, while most was relevant to my case, she was also just super personable! Each time I got off the phone with someone, I literally wanted to cry from how relieved I was. In just one day, this office took away any stress I had and finally put me at ease. Later on, I was assigned a case manager, Rebecca, who communicated extremely well and checked in on me to make sure I was updated on everything surrounding my case!
After my accident, I didn’t expect to find myself having to scramble for a personal injury lawyer. But I am glad to have met each of these individuals. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about all of the help and hard work they put into my case. Also, shout out to Eben for helping me with the prep for my first scheduled deposition, even though opposing counsel rescheduled day of due to having “no Wi-Fi” :)
It’s easy to think “well that’s their job” but you can tell, to them, it’s so much more. While I would never want to experience this again, I am glad this office was recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them to others. Thank you everyone 1000x over! You are truly the best!

I hired James Cai (or Jingming Cai) as my attorney for a case. It was a disaster!
He has, at least, the following issues:
1. Concealed important information. He hid the information for earning your money;
2. Not professional at all. Delaying your case without notifying you;
3. You would get a HUGE bill, some of the items was not caused by you at all;
I have FILED a lawsuit against him and SAC Attorneys LLP.
NEVER use him!

I filed a lawsuit against my neighbors for riding motorcycles next to my horse boarding facility and blocking the access to my facility with large farm vehicles. The goal was to obtain a prescribed easement and an injunction prohibiting motorbike riding next to my property. The case lasted 3 years and included mediation, several settlement conferences, depositions, 4 separate trial preps and a 2 week jury trial. I had the opportunity of working with Laurel throughout my case and at all times I felt that I was in the presence of a respectful professional that knew the law and how to present it. During the trial I witnessed Laurel putting her heart and soul into her efforts to help me prevail. We did get the easement and injunction. There’s no doubt that 3 years of fighting with your neighbors is exhausting, but the experience of working with Laurel and her associate Ron Rossi and watching them in action during the trial was something I’ll never forget. Laurel represented us in a recent real estate disclosure case and overall was wonderful to work with--thoughtful, very well-prepared, and most importantly, calm and confident. Her outstanding preparation was evident throughout the process and especially noticeable in the depositions and arbitration when it counted most.
Her brief summarizing the entire case was superbly written.
After just 2 days of arbitration, the plaintiff asked to settle and pay our attorney fees, in large part because of the strength of her defense strategy.
All in all, Laurel is an outstanding attorney and I'd work with her again in the future--she listens well, is a great writer, and has an understanding of the legal issues that far exceeds her years.

I worked with Andrew on a case for a good 18 months. After working with him for extended period of time, I have a very clear idea about Andrew and here is a summary of what I found:
1) Extremely strong lawyer: his work including is simply unbelievable; to say the least. He is very knowledgably about everything has to do with law and legal matters. He never failed to impress me every time he drafts some paperwork and never failed to impress me on phone calls. The advice you get from Andrew are extremely valuable.
2) Very honest person: Andrew’s is extremely honest and he never ever tried to do work (like many other lawyers) that has little value to me even though he could benefit from it. He was always putting my interests before his interests, and this happened in dozens of scenarios.
3) Unbelievable writing skills: it is well-known that lawyers’ writings and choice of words are excellent, but Andrew is at a different level. I was employed for many companies in the last 10 years and I worked with many lawyers on various contracts. Andrew is way better than anyone I worked with by a massive margin.
4) Hardworking: he is always available, and always respond within a very short period of time. He replies to emails after hours, and even after midnight.
5) Very nice person: I met Andrew couple of times in person and I had a great time with him. This is a person you would live to spend time with, and you would definitely like to work with him on anything.
6) Very smart: he is very intelligent, and has a wide understanding of modern technologies. I have met lawyers that you need to explain to them terms from my industry. In Andrew’s case, he was so aware of our industry thoroughly and we did not need to spend time to educate him on anything. Furthermore, he has deep analytical skills that came handy in many situations. It is critical to work with a highly intelligent lawyer, and Andrew has that in him. It would have been so counterproductive to spend time explaining every detail to him, he knew everything.
I highly recommend working with Andrew, he is unbelievable lawyer. I think I was very lucky to work with him, and I recommend anyone to hire Andrew. He has it all given my experience.
