He is incredible! If you're in need of an attorney, Mr. C Peters is the one! I had hired him on for a case of mine that I don't need to get into but in short, my good nature was taken advantage of which resulted in litigation. If I had gone anywhere else, I don't think it would have worked out the same. I say that b/c, being in business for years prior to this problem arising, I'd hired many attorneys and I'd also usually end up firing them as well. They were useless, to say the least. Constantly arguing with my point of view, forgetful, billing me constantly but could never produce any meaningful bills. It turns out that one of them was actually a friends with the opposing side's attorney! Yeah, that worked out well. For those 2! Anyway, Mr. Peter's was there the entire time. He listened, was intelligent and kind to my money problems during the process. It was pure luck that I came across him but should I ever need anyone in the future, he's the one. Please do yourselves a favor and bring him on as your representation. An all around, wonderful human being!

Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. Mr. Anderson was simply stellar. I had a justified but very challenging Lemon Law case - which scared away most of the other lemon lawyers I spoke with. Thankfully, one of those lawyers referred me to Anderson Law. I guess he has a reputation in the field for being able to win difficult cases. He definitely succeeded where most others were too afraid to even try.
I would describe Mr. Anderson as thorough, precise, highly experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, intentional, intelligent, friendly, and very effective. I was rear ended and the other driver didn't have insurance. I was injured and Chris and his team helped me to get my car fixed and set me up with medical care. They also made sure I got paid for the inconvenience of my car accident. They kept checking up on me and gave me timely updates on the progress of my suit. Mr. Nabi is an attorney that operates with integrity, compassion, and diligence. My husband and I retained another lawyer who we later found out was involved in accusations of fraud and was suspended. Mr. Nabi took our case as a collegial favor to the first lawyer, and did not charge us for his service. We were suspiciously cautious, but the only other choice we had was to shell out another $2500.00! After we began to work with Mr. Nabi, it became obvious that he was truly committed to helping us resolve our bankruptcy issue. He discovered an error in the calculation of our actual eligibility for a bankruptcy and began to help us understand why we would have to wait to file. He helped us figure out where to complete the online classes that are required, and prepared us for the next steps in the process. Once all the paperwork was re-typed and submitted, Mr. Nabi communicated with us regularly and attended the meeting of creditors with us. Ultimately, as he had assured us, we were able to get the debts discharged and start fresh. Almost a year after the bankruptcy, I received a notice from a creditor that claimed I was party to a debt with my daughter. I contacted Mr. Nabi and he handled the situation by contacting the creditor. Within two days, my name was removed and I received a release from the creditor acknowledging their error, even though I had tried to tell them that! My daughter’s case had been filed over a year before we met him by another attorney, yet Mr. Nabi was graciously willing to answer my questions about what she could do two years after discharge. He offered some suggestions and she has moved forward as well. Mr. Nabi has my highest recommendation as a bankruptcy attorney. He will certainly go the distance to help you through this difficult time in your life journey.

I enthusiastically recommend Luis A. Barba, Esq. to anyone involved in a landlord-tenant dispute. I had to break my lease due to my landlord's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations, as outlined in my lease. Moreover, the landlord wanted to charge me an unreasonable sum of money to break the lease. Attorney Barba wrote the landlord a letter spelling out my legal rights as a tenant that resulted in the landlord's acquiescence to our terms. I've never heard of anyone who'd been mentally ill having their firearm rights restored, but my team of Attorneys Paul Hecht and Bill Conner delivered! I can almost hear everyone exclaiming "What?" in shocked disbelief with all the negative mental health publicity these days. So, let me clarify: in 2011, I underwent surgery. That surgery and adverse reactions to medications led to my temporary mental illness which lasted only a few weeks. I've been back at work as a successful engineer for several years, but that brief bout caused me to lose my gun rights.

Like many professional photographers, I find people using my photos without my permission. This theft costs me time and deprives me of earnings. On the first case I gave her, she got the company to stop using my photos and to pay me $12,000. I know we could have gotten more if we sued, but I preferred to keep things simple. I am sending more cases.

Ms. Sarega has been the attorney assigned to my cases since I hired Higbee Associates. She has helped me resolve dozens of cases where people were using my photographs without a license. She stops the infringement and collects damages in a professional manner. She just had a court award me $40,000 in a case where a company refused to pay me $1,500 for using one of my photos on their website. I wish I could giver her 6 stars for that.
