Matthew coordinated a settlement with my landlord over an illegal, unsafe apartment violation. Before working with Matthew, it was an incredibly stressful situation and my landlord was not taking the situation seriously. Matthew stepped in and made the process seamless and I finally felt like I had someone in my corner. We ended up settling for far more than I expected. I'm so happy to leave this review because other people in need of a landlord-tenant attorney should know about Matthew! He helped me when I was in the middle of contentious dealings with my landlord. Matthew's legal counsel was measured, fair, logical, and reasonable. He helped me negotiate relocation expenses, and knowing I had Matthew in my corner made the whole stressful process a lot less stressful. Matthew helped me resolve a dispute with a landlord who wanted to break my lease to sell the house I had recently rented. It was a difficult situation as I had barely settled into my new home. Matthew provided clear and effective advice at our first meeting. He drew up settlement papers to which the landlord agreed without argument. I had the best possible monetary outcome and was able to take the time I needed to find a new home. I am grateful to Matthew for taking the time to explain my legal options and for calming what could have been a contentious dispute with a landlord who was initially uncommunicative and uncooperative with me as a tenant. I certainly could have waited to write this review until the lawsuit I'm involved in has wrapped up (I'm a defendant). Hopefully that will be in the next couple of months. But I feel compelled to say something at this point because I want to acknowledge that the way Attorney Moss handles things, the way his mind works, and the way things are explained to me, has helped keep my stress level down, and has greatly abated the angst I feel as my court date approaches, three years into a law suit that I should never have been included in. I know that I am in incredibly competent hands with Attorney Moss. But I wanted other people to know that how you're treated during the process makes all the difference.

Must read!! If you are looking for a Lemon Law Lawyer trust me when I say this is the one. Most law firms want your money upfront to start any process and will not guarantee they will win but your money will be spent. Sina and his team reached out regarding issues with our EV battery. Initially, we were skeptical so we looked into the company and Yelp reviews. But after speaking to the law firm they made us feel at ease so we agreed to move forward and are beyond grateful that we did. Everyone in the law firm that we spoke to was patient, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in depth for us to understand while making our wants a priority. While the process took some time we were told that at the beginning, the payoff was well worth it. The communication throughout the process was amazing and this law firm delivered exactly what they said. I pray I never have to deal with a lemon again but if I do I know exactly who I will call! My Father and I have been coming to Mr. Frieden for legal representation and advice for a number of years. His professionalism and fairness with every case is something to appreciate.
He is extremely resourceful and able to research his cases to make you feel comfortable that he is protecting you and representing you at the highest level. Mr. Frieden has always been very reasonable with fees and his retainers- He is the only attorney I know, that actually will give you back a portion of the retainer, if the work has not been put into it. In my professional life dealing with attorneys, I have never experience that before.
He is one of the smartest individuals we know in the legal business and I would recommend him to anyone that needs good representation.

I met Megan in 2019, after a conflict with my family reached an impasse and I felt I needed an advocate. She was the fourth lawyer I met with, but the first to take me seriously and to engage with my story. After almost 2 years, we were able to reach a solution to a complex, multiparty, high dollar value, and very contentious conflict.
I cannot recommend Megan more strongly or passionately. She is an incredible lawyer who understands the rules and how to move within them. But more importantly, she is an incredible partner who knows how to sit in pain and distress with her clients, build mutually agreeable solutions, and to work long term to execute a difficult and intricate strategy.

Megan worked very hard for us on an upcoming case regarding a trust.
We live in the state of Washington. I was very surprised when Megan called me back personally the next day. I have a very difficult time understanding the legal wording of documents, but Megan was able to help me with my questions. She didn’t seem to tire of my frequent emails and texting. I live in Tucson and my late husband and I had a Trust that was drawn up here. However, he owned a condo in L.A that we weren't able to get into the Trust before he passed away.
Megan was very responsive in working with me and with my AZ attorney in getting the property into the Trust without having to go through Probate. Although I haven't taken her up on it yet, she offered to help me find someone to assist if I decided t try to sell the property.

Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
I could not be happier about the outcome. Mr. Stark goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I am so glad to have consulted with him. Highly recommend!

It is easy to dismiss a 'perfect' review, but my results were what I needed and not over the top in fees or drama. I employed Ms. Fruchtman to intervene on an employment issue that had be washed over by previous attorneys as too insignificant or politically charged in the non-profit sector. My concerns were taken to heart, letters written, conversations had, and in the end, that is what I wanted. I did not want to go to court or sue over a sexual harassment claim. I wanted to be heard and apologized to by the employer. I wanted the perpetrator fired. I wanted them to acknowledge that they were wrong and that I was still watching them to prevent future misdeeds. They were scared. They listened. I was heard. Finally, I was able to sleep again. The perpetrator was 'retired' and women will be safe at that location. I owe that to her calm and relentless professional pursuit of the truth. They listened. That's what I needed. No court, no drama, just a good result for everyone.

I was involved in a scooter vs. car accident in May of 2017. I was on my scooter and there was a collision with a sedan on a city street where I live in Los Angeles. I found out a few days later that my AC joint was sprained because of the impact of the collision.
The day of and half of the day after the accident I was in sort of like a shock state. I had never been in an auto accident before and I was thankful that I wasn't more severely injured. At the same time, I had a pain in my shoulder that I knew wasn't going to just go away on its own. I was referred to Schwimer and Weinstein because my case involved "soft tissue" injuries.
I spoke with them on the phone and they agreed to represent me in my case. Immediately, they set up appointments for me with specialists to figure out exactly what kind of damage my shoulder had sustained. After I saw the specialists I was referred to physical therapy. Schwimer and Weinstein found a physical therapy office 2 blocks from my house and got everything in order to begin treatment.
During and after my physical therapy my case started to develop. Schwimer and Weinstein spoke with the other drivers insurance company and handled all the paperwork. I would get updates every couple weeks about my case and sometimes I would get news that seemed like it was bad, but I was always assured that they believed in my case and that the outcome would be good.
Whenever I had any questions I could call or email the office and they would answer my questions until I understood. I was never rushed off the phone and they always took their time to go over anything I wanted to. That was really great because the legal system takes weeks and months to move and I would get anxious about everything.
Overall I am truly satisfied with the outcome of my case and the amount of work Schwimer and Weinstein put in for me!
