I got into a car accident over the summer and when I was asking around at work for attorneys to help me out, our amazing HR, Kristy, had recommended Parham Hakimi to me and I am so glad I listened to her. Parham was an absolute shark working on my case and taking care of everything. A mutual of mine was also looking for an attorney to help her out and I immediately recommended him. When my little girl passed away it was devastating. I went on his website and filled a brief description of daughter’s case. He called immediately, we spoke for awhile. It took lots of fighting to get this trucking company i worked for, pay for what they did to me. Mr. Miller fought off 2 attorneys, 6 so called "witnesses" forgery, stolen truck, the list goes on. Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Due to him I was able to recover from my accident, have proper care, and make a little bit of money to pay off my new car and still have left over. I was the victim of a car accident where the driver blew through a red light and hit me on the passenger side, in which at the time I was 28 weeks pregnant. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!
