I called upon Grant for his help with a real estate matter, and was very impressed with him. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me, and his prompt and professional assistance made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Ultimately I was very satisfied with the resolution of this issue, which had haunted me for years. I wish I had contacted Grant sooner.

Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Due to him I was able to recover from my accident, have proper care, and make a little bit of money to pay off my new car and still have left over. I was the victim of a car accident where the driver blew through a red light and hit me on the passenger side, in which at the time I was 28 weeks pregnant. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable regarding auto accident injury claims and how to navigate the claim to get the best possible results. So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

Recently we were looking for someone to restate our previous Trust. We found Amy and had two meetings with her before we had her restate our Trust. We wanted to be sure we could work well together. No secretary or an answering machine recording promising to get back to us, he began immediately to help and advise. Mr. Molique helped us after we received a letter from a government agency saying we owed them thousands of dollars. Mr. Molique prepared a letter on our behalf. He referenced many legal precedents and really explained to the agency why it was wrong. It was so firm and confident that our position was right and theirs wrong. We knew we could never have responded as effectively on our own. Mr. Molique also explained the situation to us in laymen’s terms so we understood our position and the government’s position and the risks of the course of action of not just paying what the government had demanded. After that one letter, the agency responded that they would not attempt to collect the money from us. We were very happy with the result, to say the least. I would highly recommend Mr. Molique.

Errol suggested since I live in a condo, I should contact the property manager to handle an issue that my neighbor want to involve me in directly. His advice was 100 percent and I have not heard from them again. The issue was a rainstorm and the neighbor suggesting it was my fault that water was coming in their condo.

Contacted Lockhart Park regarding a matter related to the California State License Board (CSLB) and was conntected to a paralegal who took our info. and informed us that partner Lockhart would contact us. Got a call from Mr. Lockhart within the same day. He listened to us and took add'l info. He informed us that he would have a colleague familiar with the county court to contact us. We were contacted by Melissa Wurster the next day. She could tell that we were worried sick. She was very kind and assuring. This is different / oppsite to other firms we have contacted, some were lecturing us. We found out that the CSLB would not be referring the matter to the district attorney office, so it's a relief.
We will definitely go back to Mr. Lockhart & Ms. Wurster if we need legal counsel in the future, and would refer friends / families to them if they need a lawyer.

I was referred to Corey Foley, by another attorney and a family member. I lost my mother in January and inherited her property. Needless to say her lenders were not cooperating with my requests and turning an already stressful and devastating situation into a nightmare. I am the owner of a large business so hiring lawyers is something I have had to do as part of the job many times. Here is why I give Melanie 5 stars:
*She was referred by an attorney that knew her by being her opposition in a hotly contested case and he had a lot of great things to say (and I trust him, completely, as he is my friend)
*She screened me as the client and not the other way around, although she encourged hat. She won't take the client hat can pay her but only the client that has a real case she is willing to sign her name on. She is not free, don't get me wrong, but she's more than fair in her rates.
*She is up front about costs and risks - it's the firs thing she explains. Unlike almost everyone else, there was never "I'm getting you paid" or someing equally ridiculous. It was "I can't gaurantee anything in this business, no matter how correct you are legally or facually" - what? Honesty?
*She is aggressive as can be, but professional - I am not embarassed by an over-the-top crazy person, but I am proud of the fact that she is no taking anyone's crap
*She is not afraid to sue and will do what she says she will in her leters to the other lawyer (it really is not a threat - it is what is coming if there is not a resolution)
*She litigates cases as fast as possible, doesn't take BS from anyone, and remains ethical no mater what - she tells her cliens (me, at least and she said everyone - I of course believe her) that she will not ever pursue a case to the point of crossing lines she is not 100% proud of, as in, no loss of integrity and unethical activity is not up for discussion
*Dirty lawyers make her sick - she will fight them and be mad with you! She is genuinely PO'd when she calls to tell you what was filed for no reason or bad reasons like billing the file
*She is in favor of the fastest resolution - she encouraged setlement at every step and encouraged me when appropriate - she is not in it to bill the file and does not bill in the shower
*Nobody working with her is any different - her partner is her husband and they are high school sweethearts. Silly as it sounds, they are as good as it gets by way of "good people' and they have an adorable family you will get to know if you hang around long enough or simple talk with her or her husband, Justin
*Remeber the saying "good things come in small packages" - small firm, small lady (she's not exactly the tallest one in the room, lol), but not at all small work - impressive is an understatement!
*She knows the HOA community well - the regulars know her and her firm, and they don't want to mess with her unless they think they can win - insurance defense is anoher story, as that means the atorney can bill and bill and bill until someone in the big insurance company finally notices and then like magic it's time to setle! Melanie predicted this like a psychic, although she's not- she's just been there many, many times.
*Ingelligence. I don't mean run of the mill smart but really, really sharp!
*Ethical yet aggressive as I could have hoped for. IF you don't think this firm is strong enough for you, then you want the dirty attorney and not the one that acts professionally and follows ethical rules all attorneys are supposed to follow
*Economical. NO billing in the shower or anywhere near it! Fair billing at fair rates. You do get what you pay for, but you actually get a bit more here. If you go to the lower rate lawyer, you will likely have an ambulance chaser type of person.
