Debbie provided excellent representation from beginning to end in the defense against charges of manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine, that I received in Canton, MI, The charges are felonies that carry a mandatory 10-20 year prison sentence. Debbie was a super star in challenging if there was probable cause to pull me over and nearly got the charges dismissed before the case left Canton District Court for the 3rd Circuit Court of Wayne County. Debbie was able to get the felony charge of manufacturing and delivery dismissed and replaced with a misdemeanor charge of use of methamphetamine by using her expertise and knowledge of criminal law, that she has developed over her years of practice. I highly recommend the retention of Debbie Schlussel to represent you in the defense of any criminal charges! She will grind and out work the prosecution if necessary! I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down. My father suffered a medical condition in late summer, causing the living and financial situation of my parents to deteriorate quickly. As power-of-attorney for them, I sought and received several referrals. After doing my research on attorneys and conducting interviews, I determined that Tracy would be best for my parents. Matthew Curtis was recommended to me and after the initial consultation with him, I knew that I didn’t need to look any further for an attorney. I would like to say my case was as easy as pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but on the contrary, I had a very difficult case. I had Mr.Hamor's help to solve my issues with my landlord. I was just so fortunate to know him through my friends' referral.
He is willing to listen to you, very responsive and clear. He explained things to me at each step, what was going on, and what to expect next, including time and fees. While things are very stressful, I could feel very protected because of Mr.Hamor.
At the last occasion facing my landlord, it was incredible that my landlord eventually asked Mr. Hamor (my attorney) for his advice. That tells you how much he is a professional and competent attorney. He was just my hero at that point.
Nobody wants to have an occasion to need an attorney's help. But unfortunately, it happens (like me). I had a very bad experience with another attorney for the same problem (who left me a feeling that he just "fast talked" me and almost convinced me not to have an attorney ever again.). However, my experience with Mr.Hamor has changed my view.
Please get a good one like Rob Hamor. who is passionate, professional and fair. Do not waste your time to find another one by googling. I would highly recommend him.

Victor Balta is a great lawyer. I watched my grandfather suffer with disappointment on his adventure to find a lawyer for his matter, and it made me nervous for my quest. I recommended Ayanna Hatchett to a friend of mine that was involved in a horrible auto accident and the insurance company refused to pay for his injuries and lost wages. His first attorney dropped the ball for months in filing a case against the insurance company and the Michigan statute of limitations was quickly approaching.
After letting his first attorney go, I accompanied my friend to the consultation with Ayanna (he couldn't drive) and he retained her to represent him. Ayanna walked my friend through the process, expectations and paperwork he would need to start his case and she quickly organized and worked to open his case days before the statute of limitations ran out. I received a ticket in Auburn Hills for disobeying a traffic control device. I changed lanes too soon basically. Although I have a "good record", it is not perfect. Racine took my case when nobody else would. All the other lawyers said there wouldnt be enough money in it to be worth their time. I know she had other cases and also did some pro bono work, but when it came time for her attention to my case and trial, she was so focused. The jury heard and understood everything she had, and even thgough I didn't have medical bills or broken bones or anything, they came back in my favor because the cops treated me wrong. She believed in me, and so did the jury. The case took three years, but she never gave up on me.

Hired Mr. Taub after being threatened by medical collection agency, as well as a underhanded attorney who threatened me with a lawsuit that he never filed. Mr. Taub was professional, reassuring, and told me the truth. He made me feel very taken care of in a situation that was frightening and made me feel powerless.
