Ms Fordham has a mannerism that instantly puts you at ease. She is as sharp as a whip! She knows her stuff in construction and instantly can spot failures in construction with just a brief look at a picture. We had a contractor breathing down our neck nickle and dime-ing us (or trying to) with made up, trumped up charges. Ms. Fordham instantly cut through the clutter, addressed the issue and the contractor went from overly bold and demanding to apologizing on our doorstep in less than 1 hour, dropping all charges/billing. Ms Fordham is good people! she's honest, forthright and generous with her time. Tell me where you are going to find that in an attorney? We found it here with Inge. We now have an attorney for all of our construction consultation needs and evaluations of contract for construction. We now have an attorney we trust and can trust with our estate planning needs as well. We were looking for someone that can do all of that and feel so lucky to have found her. I was referred to Dan by the Bar referral service and immediately felt a connection with him. During the initial consultation, Dan listened to my case and thoughtfully presented guidance and potential approaches to the solution. I was in a situation where I was being taken advantage of by my business partners and retained Dan to negotiate a dissolution of the partnership. Since our initial engagement the situation with the state of the business changed and we had to adapt to changing circumstances. Give us incorrect information told my husband he could get up to a 1/3 good time if he took the deal but it was only 10% good time which is a big difference And we asked to make sure he could see our girls when he was in and never told us that regardless of whether that’s put in the J and S DOC gets to do whatever they want and so now he has not got to see our girls at all… Should’ve went with a public defender

I worked with John Acken regarding a collision I was in. He spent 2 long years working hard and advocating for me on my case. This was my first experience having a lawyer, let alone such a lengthy car accident resolution, but John and his staff were absolutely phenomenal. September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

I really hope I'm not over-hyping her, but this is honestly how I feel. Kathleen is extremely intelligent, detail-oriented, honest, kept us updated regularly, respectful, timely, empathetic, and her arguing skills are insane.
She took the time to really understand our case and its nuances. Moreover, just to emphasize how intelligent she is - I have a rare, complicated disability that parents, teachers, and even doctors have to study (AND be around it) for years to be able to understand it. Kathleen was able to understand it within a week (possibly less - I didn't time her), even though I was her FIRST client with this particular disability!
She won our case, but even if she hadn't my review would be the same because of how thorough she is. We would have walked away satisfied that she looked at every possible angle.

We had the misfortune of hiring an inexperienced contractor to remodel our bathroom. He was very unprofessional and didn't quite know how to do a remodel. We paid him a lot of money but got shoddy workmanship in return. He sued us in Small Claims Court for a final payment of $1280.00 but we were fortunate to have found Jean Bouffard to defend us. Jean had the lawsuit transferred to Superior Court and we sued the contractor for breach of contract. The case was a mess of facts and figures but Jean was able to sort it out and win a judgement of $21,030 for us including attorney fees. We are very happy with her professionalism, knowledge and demeanor.

I know that nobody really wants to have a legal experience and I am no exception to the rule. My long term disability carrier decided to quit paying my benefit due to a patently false claim on their part. Prior to speaking with Ms. Larson, my wife and I spoke with a "top" law firm that specializes in this type of litigation. In order to take my case, they wanted 40% of my award for 5 years. We were devastated... The we spoke with Ms. Larson. After hearing our story, she recommended that we start using her on an hourly basis to see how that turned out. She estimated that it would take about 4 hours of her time and I'm pretty sure we didn't use the full amount. She wrote one of the most concise and "to the point" letters to the LTD carrier that I have ever had the privilege of reading. That was all it took... They resumed payment and have subsequently removed any limitations regarding continuing benefits.

If you want a good loyal honest attorney Nigel Malden is the man for you. My husband and I had a case that we needed an attorney fast. I did not know where to turn so I went to the telephone book.. I called Attorney Nigel Malden's office. His Legal assistant is a very kind, warm and friendly lady. I explained what our case was about his legal assistant informed me to send the documents that I had regarding myself and husband's case, and she would discuss it with Attorney Malden. After submitting the documents requested it was within two days we got a response from Mr. Malden's office to inform us that he would represent us. We had a meeting at his office and the very first time that my husband and myself met Mr. Malden and his legal assistant. We felt like we had known them a long time because they both have a warm friendly way of making you feel very comfortable. After Mr. Malden finished reviewing our documents he told us the pros and cons of what could possibly be the outcome of our case. I hired Russell in the Fall of 2013 to represent me in a multi million dollar securities fraud lawsuit. The lawsuit came to an end in the Fall of 2015 after a three week trial by jury in which we prevailed on all counts.
I cannot say enough good things about Russell Knight! He is very through and organized. He took well over 5000 pages of documents and testimony, wove it into a story that the jury could understand and lead them day by day to the final outcome. Russell is as steady as they come. Do not let his boyish face and soft demeanor fool you. I guarantee that he will not let anyone take advantage of him or the situation.
Most importantly, the jury really liked Russell. After the verdict, both sides sat down with a couple of the jurors to get their feedback. They stated that Russell had presented a full, concise, believable story, which they appreciated.
If you have a large case, which this was, and need an attorney that will spend whatever time is necessary and keep you informed every step of the way, you cannot do better than Russell Knight.

David Corbett represented us in an appeal in the Washington State Court of Appeals, where he worked on our behalf to reverse a large default judgment. Even though the ultimate result was a split decision, we were both impressed by David and the high quality of his work. Because we are residents of Toronto, Canada, we never met David in person, but he was always available by phone or email on short notice, and consistently responsive to our concerns. I am writing this review from the perspective of a client who has a case which has yet to be resolved. Therefore, my review of Mr. Corbett's work on my behalf is not influenced by a favorable or unfavorable outcome.
Integrity and brilliance best describe David Corbett.
He has the unique ability to know what the response will be from his opponent, prior to formulating an argument. This allows Mr. Corbett the ability to know if his argument will be strong or weak.
Mr. Corbett researches the applicable laws and previous rulings on similar cases so thoroughly that he is able to clearly articulate how the law applies to the case at hand. Not all judges and lawyers will research the applicable laws thoroughly. For this reason, Mr. Corbett is able to articulate effectively on behalf of his clients.
He has constantly kept me informed about his research, and his work on my behalf.
I have seen how his work developed because he shared his thoughts with me as he worked on my case.
He has restored my faith in the law, and in justice, regardless of the outcome of my particular case. If there is justice in the modern court system, he will find it.
On the subject of integrity, I have actually seen him with a stop watch in his hand so that he is only billing a client for time that is used on their behalf. I have never known any attorney to be so conscientious. I consider the work Mr. Corbett has done on my behalf to be one of the best investments I have ever made.

My experience working with attorneys is fairly broad, albeit primarily in the business environment. I can say without hesitation that Lucy Clifthorne was not only very capable and effective in dealing with my / our case and in achieving the desired results, she was also timely, direct and informative and as to how the legal process works and how best to deal with each step along the way. I have rated Lucy’s performance quite highly for these reasons but also due to the sensitivity she showed concerning the overall cost of legal representation. We hired Wade Neal to handle a licensing contract. It was apparent right away that he could translate "legalese" into language a lay person could understand. He was able to streamline the agreement, remove pitfalls, and negotiate on our behalf to reach an end that was acceptable. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Most importantly for us, he was able to keep pace with the awkward and unpredictable timing that characterized our negotiations. He exposed the sort of risky nuances that allow you to appreciate the difference a law degree makes. Thoughtful, perceptive, and more timely that I thought we could expect, Looking ahead at our contract we needed a lawyer as a safety net - looking back I couldn't imagine our agreement without him.

I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective. It was obvious in the courtroom that he was respected by the judges who heard various portions of the case. Joe has a high standard of principled ethics that enable him to provide excellent representation. This lawsuit dragged on for over 3 years, & yet my stress level was minimal because I was extremely confident of Joe's abilities to bring about a favorable resolution in my defense. He did not let me down. Another great thing about Joe, is that being the man of integrity he is, I KNOW he would have never chosen to represent the type of individual who sued me--no matter how much they would have been willing to pay him for the representation. Thomas was referred to my wife and I regarding an insurance claim problem we were haveing. We had complied to all of the Insurance requests for the past 10 months, but we were not haveing any luck in settling the claims.

In the past 20-some years Bob has represented me 4 times. Twice he defended me against criminal charges, and twice was my advocate for injury claims.
He was at all times most personable a friendly and always explained the realities of my situation and made sure that I understood what was going on. In all cases he obtained favorable results. His fees for criminal defense were less than what other lawyers quoted me and yet he went full out on my behalf as if I was his only client. (He is a sole practitioner and is sometimes very very busy.) Once he was too busy to take a case from me and referred me to another lawyer who handled my case with high competence and who obtained a great result for my claim.
In addition to criminal defense and personal injury work, Bob has assisted my brother, (who is a musician), with some entertainment contracts and is well versed in entertainment law.
