Lawrence Markey was my attorney for a potential divorce that I was the respondent to years ago. I believed my separation from my wife was a temporary problem and kept an open mind about my family’s future. Lawrence was a very honest, caring and professional lawyer through every step of the process. He never tried to attack my wife’s character in order to get more than was deserved or needed. In short, he is one of the most moral attorneys I have ever known. Unfortunately had to go through a divorce and had to find a lawyer. When I met Ester she was very kind, listened to my story and gave me most of my options I could proceed with going forward. I wasn’t rushed or hurried in our initial meeting like I had been with other lawyers who wanted large sums just to talk with me for a short period of time and not very helpful with information. As we went through the process of the divorce she kept my emotions in check but did not dismiss them, which was nice knowing she understood where I was coming from, but guided me on the best path to pursue. But when it became apparent that we would have to be aggressive in our actions she definitely was up to it. Trust me when I say she will go toe to toe with any lawyer and will not be bullied around. Whatever you need or want to do she will tell you if it’s good or not then move forward with a plan. I can’t speak highly enough of her and how she helped me through one of the toughest periods of my life. I left feeling immensely satisfied with my agreement and custody and don’t think it could have gone any better

Beti did a fantastic job. She is compassionate and honest, direct and patient with us when it was warranted. Very skilled in interpreting or reading the courtroom's temperature. She comes prepared and manages precarious courtroom situations with aplomb.
Everything that needed to be done, she managed to pull it all together, handled promptly with great detail by her and her office. I am extremely pleased with the successful outcome of our case!

I hired Beti to represent me in a family dispute that had been brewing and knew would become extremely contentious. To save costs, Beti directed the associate lawyer who later left but then was replaced by another associate attorney, Lorne who was very detail oriented, responsive and capable. I was always advised honestly of what would happen. Beti and Lorne did not escalate any matter in order to pad their bill. Beti is a tough lawyer and not afraid to fight. But she and her associate always gave me the landscape of options and what would happen if I chose one option over the other. And when I did chose an option, they played a strong hand. It was a painfully emotional and protracted ordeal, and in the end, it concluded in a way that I still kept my rights, stopped the one upsmanship with the other side, and my restored my well-being.

I met Beti almost two years ago after my husband helped me search and search and finally narrow down the right attorney to represent my case. From the first consult Stoller provided a lot more detail of what to expect during probate, schedule, pace, statutory and extraordinary fees than the other consults I had which I appreciated as a granular person myself.
When we were working together he helped me with family dynamics, real estateclosings, ancillary estates and guidance on what is proper as a Probate administrator.
As is typical with probate it was a long slog but eventually we got it resolved. I appreciate all that he and his team did for me to help me start the next chapter of my life.

Debra is representing me in my divorce proceedings. My ex wife and her attorney are trying to make every step difficult for me. Constantly intimidating me, falsely making statements, not to mention being unresponsive to emails requesting documents. Debra is a fighter, and she will fight for your interests as if it were her own. During my divorce I was amazed how caring, honest, and compassionate she is with her clients. Everything is working out for me which I thought was near impossible. I truly appreciate the fact that she doesn’t waste any time, is extremely thorough, and most importantly she didn’t let the opposing counsel get away with wasting our time when they disappeared during the remote hearings. Mr. Hammons represented me in my legal suit against a contractor who terminated work on an existing contract without any notification. The contractor was pre-paid for the majority of the contract and had completed only a portion of the work. The law suit was against the contractor's bond to recover pre-paid expenses for unfinished work and the expenses to repair the unfinished work that was damaging the property.
Mr. Hammons was very professional and personable to work with. He also was very efficient in preparing the legal documents to expedite closure of the case.

I have some issues on my credit report that are illegally on there and I am working on their removal. I have the evidence that they are being falsely reported and Shiva has been completely responsive whenever I email him, he gets back to me immediately, and he solves the issues and does not leave me hanging. If you want an attorney who will help you solve your issues, he is the go to person who can get things done. I really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and extreme care when it comes down to things that must be taken cared of. I highly recommend him and would give him a BILLION STARS if I could.

We searched online for an experienced lawyer with the CSLB and found Brown & Brown. We contacted Adam and told him the story. Adam did not promise anything but assured us that our case looks like a misunderstanding and that with the evidence we may be able to get it withdrawn.
