Dilip Paliath took my grandson case in the Fall of 2015. Mr. Paliath had to drive three hours to attend the court session beginning at 9:00 am. My grandson met with Mr. Paliath before court began. Mr. Paliath ask personal questions and discussed different roles of court persons. My grandson did not understand the concepts of court and Mr. Paliath expressed this concern to the judge. It was determined by the judge that my grandson needed training about court. Mr. Paliath had to return during the winter twice and the case was not settled until June 2016. Through all of this Mr. Paliath kept in contact about each and every court corespondence. Mr. Paliath is both kind and a complete professional. I will call him again!!

Roger Weinberg is not only a compassionate person, he is a highly competent and effective lawyer. We worked with Roger for two years in our case regarding our mother's unfortunate neglect at an assisted living facility. He helped all of us (five children living in various states) stay focused and informed during the course of the lawsuit which eventually led to a trial. Roger was resourceful during every phase of the lawsuit, especially at trial where he defended our case with aplomb. All of us are deeply grateful to Roger as he worked long and hard to represent us during a stressful period. I applied for Social Security Disability and I had previous representation but my case was getting nowhere so I consulted Mr. Cooper to find out what options were available to me. My attorney, Debra Cruz, saved me & my son's emotional and physical well being- literally. My life was completely torn apart at the beginning of my separation. There was absolutely no light at the end of my tunnel. Debra's education, expertise, & emotional support saved me from losing my son. She walked my family and I through each & every step- always guiding and supporting me. She never failed me- not even once. The court proceedings got extremely confusing & technical for me to handle. A lot of divorcees choose to attempt to "go at it" alone- under no circumstance do I recommend that.

Craig Ward handled my challenging case about 6 months ago. I was fortunate to have Mr. Ward. He’s not afraid to fight for you and he seemed determined to make things work in my favor. I can tell you I was extremely worried about my case, but knowing that I had Craig Ward for a lawyer truly made a huge difference. He developed a plan for me to follow, called me to keep me informed about what he thought and I fully trusted him and listened to everything he instructed me to do. I can't even tell you how great of an outcome I had in court today, I received something even better than what I thought was the best possible scenario. I noticed other lawyers sitting around and waiting their turn to be heard in front of the judge, but my lawyer was constantly talking to the states attorney throughout the entire period I was in the courtroom. He made everything convenient for me as a client, showed a high degree of professionalism, and defended me perfectly when I gave him a tough case to take on. Jared represented both my wife and myself after a distracted driver hit us pulling into our driveway. Our initial instinct was to settle immediately, but Jared explained both the pros and the cons in our unique situation of the settlement process. He did not pressure us to wait for a larger settlement offer (although my wife and I collectively decided to after reflection).
His knowledge of having worked in the insurance industry prior was the asset that eventually gave a positive resolution and an amicable settlement. We were not trying to get rich, just be compensated for our injuries and loss of wages fairly.
His staff, and especially his paralegal Celene, were so responsive to questions, because we had many. An A+ experience. He even remembered my wife was expecting and sent a personalized card months after our settlement was completed. That level of customer service was not expected

Michael W. Moore is a very professional attorney. He had to deal with not one, but two simultaneous, criminal cases (cross charges). He also had to deal with a prosecuting attorney who was determined to go to trial. In addition, he had to deal with another defense attorney who was very loud (to put it nicely).
