I was referred to John by a client and sometimes you can help others and need help yourself. I been in corporate America for over 35 years and I was told by someone that I came highly recommended and there was nobody that could get the results I got literally and meeting John was a reminder I needed him more than he knew John is rare no matter what he does I have never met a man that wakes up the bad ass in you so I know anyone that uses his firm will get results none else can get I found my footing with John I was not only in need of his help but his confidence his courage and ability to stick to the facts and not the feelings of the case. I'm a leader in the community | feed the homeless I help others get back control of there life and when I down spiral not knowing I would run into John who got the best results but also got me what money can't buy a reminder of who l had become to others I'm sure he doesn't know this but now he does. No sé ni por donde empezar. Nuestro caso era súper sencillo. Hija ciudadana americana pidiendo a sus padres. Nuestro hijo en ese entonces menor de 21 años iba a ser pedido tan pronto nos salieran nuestros papeles. Empezamos el proceso en Julio 2021, habíamos consultado varios abogados via telefónica pues Covid19 estaba todavía. Caroly nos pareció muy conocedora del tema y por esto nos dió confianza para iniciar el proceso con ella. Le enviamos todos los documentos que nos pidieron y ella nos dijo debíamos entendernos con Maria su asistente quien iba a manejar nuestro caso. Se enviaron los documentos y el dinero. Iniciamos el proceso y aproximadamente 6 meses después me llega una carta de USCIS donde me dice que la documentación estaba incompleta y por lo tanto no podían empezarlo. Llamamos a la abogada para consultar, en ese momento la asistente nos dice que debemos hacer una cita para que ella nos llame y estemos atentos. Hasta ese momento NUNCA nos había dado la cara. Nos aseguró que todo estaba bien y que tuviéramos paciencia. La primera respuesta después de eso se dió un año después en mi caso. Me salió el permiso de viaje y trabajo. A mi esposo nada. Ya ha pasado año y medio en un proceso donde ella nos dijo saldría en 7 u 8 meses. A mi esposo le llegó el permiso de viaje y de trabajo 2 meses después. Meses después Maria me dice que debo hacerme unos exámenes médicos, fuimos inmediatamente a realizarlos. Ella me dijo que estuviera atenta que ella me avisaría cuándo enviarlos. Pasó un año más y nunca se enviaron esos exámenes. Ya han pasado dos años y medio y todavía nada de nada. A estas alturas la abogada todavía no nos da la cara y Maria ya no trabaja más allá. Empezamos a comunicarnos directamente a USCIS para tratar de ver qué pasaba. Terminamos escribiendo al Senador Rubio, quien gracias a su gestión nos enteramos que habían enviado a la oficina de la abogada varias cartas pidiendo los exámenes médicos y otros documentos, que los procesos estaban parados porque no había esa documentación. Inmediatamente hicimos llegar esos documentos. Nos tomó 6 meses más yendo a la oficina, tratando de hablar con alguien que revisara los casos. No gracias a esta abogada tenemos el green card. Es a pesar de ella que lo tenemos. Nuestro hijo se quedó sin papeles, por su mala gestión mi familia quedó dividida. Y NUNCA nos dió la cara ni siquiera para disculparse por su pésima gestión.

I have used many different attorneys over the years and German is possibly the best one I've ever retained. Based off my experience, him and his office provides excellent communication. He litigated and won a very difficult civil case for me and throughout those years he always responded to my emails, he always was there to provide insight and listen to my concerns. He is the only attorney that I have ever had that I felt actually cared about my case. In my opinion when hiring an attorney those are the things that separate good attorneys from great ones. I entered into a real estate contract to buy a house in Wilton manors. When I decided that I did not want the deal the real estate agent and the title company did not want to send back my $5000 deposit. Mr Greenberg found out that the person that sign the contract did have a authority to do so because it was still going through a probate issue. Mr Greenberg wrote an email to both the title agent and the realtor and their tune changed very quickly. I received my check back within 24 hours.

Had him take over a case from a shyster lawyer who was hustling us for months stalling on settlement and running up fees. Keith was knowledgeable firm and honest in his dealings, and we soon mediated and signed a settlement within a month. It was not an ideal resolution financially but considering the options it was the right move. I wish I had hired him from the start, the case would have had a better outcome and ended much sooner. His billing was fair and he did not overcharge as many others do.

Three other lawyers worked on my case before I came to Ms. Prado. Thankfully, she knew how to handle the alimony, child support, and distribution of assets without dragging the case on like my previous attorneys. I was extremely frustrated with the entire court process before I came to her. She simplified the issues and brought the case to a close within the time frame she estimated.

I can not express how deeply grateful I am for these attorneys. The odds were stacked against me for an allegation that i did not commit. No one believed me, until I hired these attorneys. These two attorneys have spoke to me numerous times about my case and were always available especially as i was overseas and still was able to answer any questions I had. For all that its worth, Michael and Alexandra Waddington will treat you with respect and hear what you have to say with no judgement. I have unfortunately had to engage 8 lawyers over the last 6 years, and his professionalism and his understated genuine hidden nature to protect and nurture his clients is a quality that reveals itself over the years. He genuinely cares to the accuracy and legal adherence to the rule of law and is beyond generous with his time! His assistant “Brittne” is so sweet, compassionate and reflects Wares’s core values.. in my opinion” integrity, honesty, caring compassionate advocate of my rights” I have not been 100% successful in all the matters that was represented for me. But if you want to have an attorney that is so brilliant and detailed and attentive, then Mr Cornell is the only lawyer you should consider. His is unlike any attorney I have ever engaged and if you want representation by the “shark” whereas all other attorneys swim in his pond!

We met regarding a labor case involving my employer and an ongoing Disablity discrimination and retaliatory harassment case. Even though we have not formally filed any charges because of special reasons, he already knows what he has to do to reduce expenses and get the end result we would like to see. He has measured the cons against the pros and gave his opinion based on what he knows about my employer and the type of courts we have here in Florida. My impression is that He is very knowledgeable and a matter of fact which I value in a lawyer. I appreciated his honesty even if it was not information I wants to hear. He offered his expertise opinion on how to deal with the case which was a wait and see after I am fired. Even though I’m not happy with having to continue to be harassed and the hostile working conditions I am being subjected to, I know that he will be the best to represent me because he has a plan in place. Immediately after my consultation, I provided over 700 pages of my evidence to him and with a small consultant fee he reviewed it over several weeks. He then scheduled me a few weeks later to discuss the plan and the pros and cons of my case. He did not charge a second consult fee and advised me of the approximate amount it would cost me to hire him for arbitration. He already knows the direction my case will have and what he needs to do. Based on this I feel he is competent and trustworthy. I am confident that he will deliver when the time comes. I met with Ware when he was recommended by a friend. I liked him right away, and I hired him. It was my first time hiring an attorney, and I should have asked him more questions to understand his work style. But I liked him and trusted my friend's recommendation.
I would have been happier working with an organized, strategic planner. If I had received a phone call or email every couple of months with an update on my case, that would have been better. Had Ware spelled out the specifics of my financial obligations to him up front instead of sending me seemingly random and sporadic invoices, I would have trusted him more.
But what really bothered me is that Ware took away ownership of my case. I told him I wanted to be at all the depositions for my case, but instead he held them without my knowledge. He did not consult with me to learn details that these depositions could have brought to light. I never heard from him after depositions with a summary of what took place. As I see it, this was my case, and Ware was there to help me, but he seemed to think I had little role in it.
In the end, the real value of my case was over 200K less than his original estimate. When did he break this news to me? On the morning before the final mediation.
It's been two years since my case concluded, and I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if time would soften my perspective. In the past two years, I've gotten to know dozens of attorneys through my current job, and have a clearer picture of attorneys can potentially operate. They can be organized. They can be transparent communicators. They can keep their clients in the loop. But Ware doesn't.

I've known Mr. Pestcoe for several years. He came cautiously recommended, and despite our initial meeting - which was pleasant - his follow-up, concern and kindness evaporated to a nearly non-existent level. I would, therefore, not recommend him or his office for any legal work of any type. We were extremely disappointed and I urge you to beware.
