If you are in search of a Bankruptcy attorney who is knowledgable, professional, caring, empathetic, cost conscious, walks in your shoes, going that extra mile with you;… Yet is tenacious in resolution approach with each of your creditors, then you should secure the representation of attorney, Maura Zalc and the ZALC Law Firm, located in Wheaton, IL - DuPage County. I have no desire to ever file for Bankruptcy again; However, I would recommend ZALC Law in a heartbeat to anyone who unfortunately needs to go down that same grievous road. Thank you.

I can truly say that Attorney PieRina Infelise works with integrity, accuracy, and most of all compassion. I was 30 days away from adopting a child I had for two and a half years to only be falsely accused of child abused. I was recommended to work with Justin on my "highly contested" divorce with a raging narcissist. It had been 8 months and the needle hadn't moved an inch. Justin came in and he accomplished what my last attorney couldn't. It was 3 months in the working of getting my home back while my ex moved out and the house was vacant. Two days into hiring Justin, opposing counsel answered his emails after not receiving any response for 3 months regarding the issue. Just merely hiring Justin provided an upper hand in my case. He walks tall and carries a big stick. The courtroom is an attorney of people who know each other and it seems that everyone knows Justin. His law firm is definitely known as my realtor mentioned it when she heard his name. Regardless, I am a week in to having Justin as my lawyer and I already feel more confident with him on my side, he's achieved as much if not more in that time frame than the last attorney, and he seems sincere and legit. If you have a difficult divorce with a lying maniac then you probably have Leah Setzen as your opposing counsel attorney. Justin is the one to make it right. I am shocked there aren't more reviews.

I own my own business. My divorce was complicated because I wanted to keep my business, stay in the house, maximize my time with the kids and only pay what was legally required to my ex. Chuck got the job done promptly, and while the process was expensive it cost far less than it could have. This is the guy for your divorce. Great office staff too! The only real danger is that you don't hire him before your spouse retains him. I would definitely not want him on the other side of my case.

Ted has been my husband's business lawyer for six years. As the wife of a contractor, I have been the target of many substantial business disputes, the latest with my husband's bank foreclosing on his loans, therefore bringing an abrupt halt to a business that took 25 years to build. Once again, I was named in the case because the real estate assets were held in my name.
My home is my most prized asset, as I have lived in it for 25 years. Ted Donner worked with his assistant, Melissa, for many hours on this case, resulting in me being released from the suit the bank had brought against me.
I will be forever grateful as Ted in short, "saved" my life. This is one attorney you want on your side, because God help you if he were your opposing counsel!

I have contacted Mark Schmidt on numerous legal matter over the last ten years. He has a judicial temperament which sets him apart from many other lawyers. He always gives due consideration to the issues involved before responding. Once a course of action is decided upon, he stays with that course and does not vacillate between different positions. In court he has always been well prepared and respectful toward all parties and opposing attorneys.
In two very complex defense matters he proceeded to a extremely successful resolution after a trial began in one case and caused a dismissal of a will contest in the other case. Both cases also came to relatively speedy conclusions with reasonable fees.
I would never hesitate to recommend him or to refer cases to him.

At the time I filed for divorce, I thought that I had a good lawyer to represent me. I soon learned that my counsel directed me to settle and lose custody of my son without a legal challenge. A friend encouraged me to find different counsel to reach my goal. I contacted Stogsdill Law Firm and met with Bill Stogsdill, Jr. Bill explained that he and his team of lawyers would represent me at all times. Should my primary lawyer be indisposed, another competent member of the firm would be in the courtroom to help me. The firm has a proficient staff and processes all the legal documents in a timely manner. Initially, I met with Bill Stogsdill Jr. and reviewed my case. I supplied a detailed history in an outline format. Bill was able to accurately access my chances to obtain sole custody of my son. He warned that the cost to win the case was high. I did not expect the cost to be twice as much to win. Bill assigned my case to Bryan Estes. My initial impression of Bryan was good. Neither Bryan nor Bill have lost a worthy custody battle. Over a three year period, Bryan provided sound and strong and sound counsel. The legal battle included seven court motions, six depositions, seven days of court time, two parental psychologist reviews, formal request to the judge to amend his decisions. Also, there was an appeal process in the appellate court. Bill Stogsdill Jr. was never far away form the legal proceedings and intervened when needed. I completed every homework assignment that Bryan submitted. For example, I had to provide ten years of financial records. We had a strong working relationship and improved my chance to obtain sole custody. The Stogsdill Law Firm and I were able to obtain sole custody of my son. I am fortunate for the outcome and I am to be a father to my son. Secondly, my ex-spouse was awarded limited portion of the marital estate. Bryan Estes is more than an excellent lawyer; I consider Bryan to be a friend who stood next to me during the toughest times of the divorce.

Gregory, showed compassion, interest and concern for the outcome of my requests as a victim of the broken legal system. I believe everyday he had my back professionally. There are so many legal presidents with divorce I did not now. Probably would not of spent the money. Gregory did provide context on every step. I hired Greg while releasing my former attorney after a year of no progress and extreme unprofessionalism, who was also highly rated on attorney websites. After hiring Greg, my case started moving towards completion of my divorce and I had my decree in a few months. He acted with complete integrity and influenced me to exercise good judgment when I unwisely wanted to work on my case from the hospital. Greg also recovered some money from my former attorney, who the judge recommended that I pursue for disbarment. He remained calm while my arranged marriage partner's attorney was being difficult and also when my former attorney threatened him. I would highly recommend Greg for all family court matters.

The Law Offices of Nigohosian & Dahlquist, P.C. is the right place for you. I hired Brian Nigohosian after having hired three law firms prior. Brian came in in the middle of a very convoluted "battle" with my self-centered, egotistical, rapacious, controlling husband, who is also an attorney. The likelihood of trial was very high from the very start, and the uncertainty that comes with this process was incredibly stressful and unnerving. The idea that I would have to “prove” my credibility and worthiness, while fighting for my future and that of my children’s as much as possible, kept me up many nights over. Many circumstances existed outside of our control, however, shortly before our trial date we were successful in entering into a settlement agreement. A lot of the issues involved caused me panic. Brian did a phenomenal job working on those issues considering the short time left in my case – a time-frame, which is allowed by the courts. Brian did the best he could and found many ways to come up with a favorable result that we could present to the court. There was no other attorney from the ones I had hired prior to Brian that did what Brian did. Considering he was “fighting” another attorney, Brian was not afraid and faced all controversies with confidence. Brian was very aggressive in what he wanted and he genuinely fought for me and my rights. I would highly recommend Brian’s legal representation if you find yourself in a very complicated, twisted, avaricious, and egotistic process of dissolution of your marriage. One more thing I forgot to mention…Brian was so very reasonable with his billing. Brian gets to the point when he is working on your case. Our condo association was trying to make us get rid of our pitbull. We were given and signed old bylaws without any pet weight restrictions, so we thought winning this fight would be fairly simple. Ms. Carey gladly and promptly helped us and was very reasonable when acknowledging the light case load. Every other attorney was asking hundreds of dollars in retainer fees in order to begin helping us.
She did research to find that the association did not even record the new bylaws, therefore, could not enforce them upon us or other residents until they had done so. It took her a simple, yet well written and polite letter to win our case!
I highly recommend her for any issue you may have as she kept lines of communication open, kept us well informed, was kind and pleasant to talk to, and highly intelligent.
I have worked as a legal assistant for the past eight years for firms big and small, and find it refreshing to meet people like Ms. Carey who genuinely care for justice, their clients, and do not fixate on the dollar at the end of the day.

Dan Collins. I’m making this post out of free will. I wasn’t asked from anyone to make this review.
I am making this review because I want everyone looking for an attorneys support to stop and call Dan. I’ve known Dan for about 7 years I want to say. I’m 4 years from 30. I was referred by my sister who was referred by everyone else in the dupage area that she knows who’ve had from traffic violations, dui to so much more.
Dan is honestly the absolute best, he’s got the type of personality that makes you comfortable. He’s the
most reliable, the most caring, the most understanding, the most motivated, the most intelligent , honest, lawyer I’ve ever had. I’ve had lawyers before for the same cases that I had to hire Dan for because the previous attorneys gave me option that I couldn’t take. Dan gave me better option. Ever since I’ve had him represent me, he has helped me tremendously from life lessons to not extreme results to my consequences.
Dan is for the people 1000% and I’m not the only one who has said this. Dan is a my Harvey Specter.

The Law Offices of Nigohosian & Dahlquist, P.C. is the right place for you. I hired Brian Nigohosian after having hired three law firms prior. Brian came in in the middle of a very convoluted "battle" with my self-centered, egotistical, rapacious, controlling husband, who is also an attorney. The likelihood of trial was very high from the very start, and the uncertainty that comes with this process was incredibly stressful and unnerving. The idea that I would have to “prove” my credibility and worthiness, while fighting for my future and that of my children’s as much as possible, kept me up many nights over. Many circumstances existed outside of our control, however, shortly before our trial date we were successful in entering into a settlement agreement. A lot of the issues involved caused me panic. Brian did a phenomenal job working on those issues considering the short time left in my case – a time-frame, which is allowed by the courts. Brian did the best he could and found many ways to come up with a favorable result that we could present to the court. There was no other attorney from the ones I had hired prior to Brian that did what Brian did. Considering he was “fighting” another attorney, Brian was not afraid and faced all controversies with confidence. Brian was very aggressive in what he wanted and he genuinely fought for me and my rights. I would highly recommend Brian’s legal representation if you find yourself in a very complicated, twisted, avaricious, and egotistic process of dissolution of your marriage. One more thing I forgot to mention…Brian was so very reasonable with his billing. Brian gets to the point when he is working on your case. Christine represented me for my recent home closing; she was able to handle all details and made it very simple and straightforward, even though the buyer had some challenging situations to deal with. I had to leave out of town prior to closing, but Christine was able to smoothly close the transaction and even paid my water bill (which you have to do in person). Would absolutely recommend that you work with her. She knows the law very well and will represent your best interests!

His 30+ years experience shines in the conference room, courtroom and private conversations. Much deliberation is emotinally based and Andy has a VERY high emotional intellignence combined with diplomacy and legal experience. I originally met with Andy for a consult and he was very thorough about how the process worked. He was busy and so he had his associate Sharon take over my case.
