One of the best decisions I made was to ask for Tilem & Associates to help me with my 6 point speeding ticket, they got it reduced to a zero point parking ticket. Very respectful and so helpful! Without their help my insurance definitely would have gone up a lot, so I can’t thank them enough!

After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. (Even though he never showed any interest in being a father until I got the courage to leave him) He was incredibly skilled at playing the victim and I needed someone who was able to not only recognize this but to have the ability to present the truth to the judge. From our first consultation, I knew I finally found the right representation with Natalia. She was incredibly intelligent, attentive and perceptive. She helped me to navigate this nightmare with such professionalism and tenacity. After 2 1/2 years of litigation, the judge in fact saw that my ex dragged me to court under “self serving” purposes and awarded me Sole Legal AND Physical custody with permission to relocate out of state. This was a complex case and if not for Natalia’s wisdom and expertise, not to mention compassion, I don’t know where my son and I would be today. Lawyers are a dime a dozen but very few actually CARE about their clients. This is definitely what sets Natalia apart from all the rest. I highly recommend her if you find yourself in a contentious custody and/or divorce case. She will keep you grounded, focused and empowered with knowledge of applicable state laws.

You wont find an attorney who is smart, and empathetic at the same time as William Cooper. I have spoken to many personal injury attorneys who would go no further than a phone call. I would highly recommend the Douglas Family Law Group. I have come to realize that you either have a horrible lawyer or a great one. I feel the best measure is when they are transparent and show that they actually care. I was first represented by a pro-bono lawyer who wouldn't tell the court my ex-partner boyfriend threatened me, that she caused him 38 lates to school and she didn't have him half the time and she moved out of state without telling me or the court. He just kept telling me " you never know what the judge will say so take the settlement". he refused to even put my requests in the settlement if he felt they wouldn't agree. When I retained the Douglas Family Law group it was a different experience. There was constant communication, empathy and acknowledgment for some of the unfairness that I had experienced. Elizabeth spoke up for me in the courtroom and stated many things that needed to be on the record. Elizabeth put in my reasonable and justifiable requests when engaging in the settlement process. Elizabeth many times had to explain to me what the court pays attention to and what path we can take to present that. I have a great disdain for the family court system and it's practices but if you have representation from this law firm they can professionally and honestly represent and defend your interests in this institution. I, thank them for finally giving me a voice in this arena so that my son can truly have what he needs that serves in his best interest.

Was on the other side of a transaction and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Matt thought it was OK/moral to send contracts out to multiple offers while knowing the real estate agent accepted one offer and not letting the counter parties know that was happening. A very poor communicator and would not respond to inquiry’s after our lawyer was made aware that multiple contracts were sent out. Inappropriate and not someone I would trust doing business with.
