I had a very challenging situation, both monetary and emotionally. Shneur Nathan was the consummate lawyer for me. He was totally attentive to all details, measured in his judgment, and wise in his counsel.
All of his communications with us were detailed, but always clear to our laymen ears. My wife and I had total trust in his honesty and integrity throughout our ordeal. Dealing with Shneur Nathan made a difficult time period for us much easier. And the bottom line is that he delivered results that went truly beyond our expectations when the case began. At the end of the case, he was modest about his achievements and he expressed gratitude that he was able to be of help us. If every lawyer were of this caliber, we would have a much finer justice system. I most highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rashmee Sinha on two occasions this year. Both of which were to defend employee complaints. We were initially introduced when she was assigned to represent my company by our insurance carrier. We quickly built an excellent rapport and she handled the matter swiftly, professionally and tenaciously. It seemed to be very easy for her to negotiate the matter down to a satisfactory resolution in a brief time frame. Several months later I was presented with the challenge of my 22+ year career in HR with a complaint that was most definitely outside of my scope of expertise. When I reached out to my insurance carrier to report the claim, I requested that Ms. Sinha be assigned to the case. I knew that our company would be in the best hands with her managing our defense. Once again, she proved that she is a force to be reckoned with. We spent months investigating and navigating through a very challenging situation and once again she coached and guided me every step of the way during the process. She was always available when I needed her, or had questions and needed clarification. She never backed down and fought hard for our company and the end result was much more positive than I could have hoped for. I've learned a great deal from Ms. Sinha throughout both cases with regard to HR law and workplace conflicts, and I will continue to draw from my experience with her for the remainder of my career. In October 2018, I was a pedestrian in a car accident. Thank God, I was able to walk away from it. However, I did sustain injuries and was out of work for a long period of time.
Through a recommendation, I contacted the Law Office of Edelman, Krasin and Jaye for guidance and advice. After a home visit to discuss the particulars of the accident, I was soon thereafter contacted by the office of EKJ and frankly, I hit the jackpot. The paralegal on the other end of the phone, whose name is Rosemarie, was just the person I needed. I probably asked hundreds of questions and for every answer she gave me, I had hundreds more to ask. But for Rosemarie, that was just fine. She let me talk. Her caring and patience was remarkable. She was able to read me as a person, and not just a client. There were countless phone calls, emails, appointments, paperwork, as well as many fears and tears. My wonderful paralegal got me through all of it. When there was despair and confusion and I picked up the phone, in no more than an hour (sometimes less), there she was. Rosemarie called me before and after my surgery and even remembered my birthdays. After surgery, beautiful flowers were at my doorstep. We became client/friends and I grew to love her.
After five years, and many court appointments with very talented attorneys, my case actually went to trial. This was something that Rosemarie knew I was terrified of. As a matter of fact, we giggled about it many times. But the time had come and once again, she was the one that got me through it.
In the end, I received a very fair settlement through the hard work, professionalism, and “never give up“ attitude of so many at EKJ. I was touched by so many attorneys, including some of the partners, and everyone was amazing. I was treated with respect and dignity and compassion for five years.
I would like to give a special thank you to my attorney at trial, Colin Rathje, who did a fabulous job. Colin worked very hard for me and kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening in the courtroom, which is not an easy thing to do. He was so caring and solid and tough. In the end, decisions needed to be made. He explained everything to me and guided me to a good and just decision. I will always appreciate your hard work and effort.

Title: Disappointed by Lack of Flexibility and Understanding
Review:
I’ve been a Discover customer for many years, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I reached out to resolve a financial issue and hoped to work out a reasonable payment plan that fit my financial circumstances. Unfortunately, I found Discover to be rigid and unwilling to consider any compromise, even when I demonstrated good faith and explained my hardships.
During a time when many companies are showing empathy and understanding for customers facing challenges, Discover’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh. Their insistence on unaffordable payment terms left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
While I’ve appreciated certain aspects of their service in the past, this lack of flexibility has made me reconsider my trust in Discover as a company that prioritizes its customers. I hope they revisit their policies and provide more reasonable solutions for those trying to resolve their debts responsibly.

I absolutely hated getting the notifications from this company and decided to call them. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely helpful and seemed too nice to be from a collection agency. They made it very easy for me to pay the debt and close the account. These people made me realize that it truly wasn't that bad, and I was able to repay the debt and put an end to this nightmare eventually.

Just got off of the phone with Geoffrey on a zoom meeting and just about had to laugh at how different my perception of him was after reading the reviews vs after speaking to him for no more than 5 minutes. Last night I spent a good hour Reading through all the reviews, trying to be really selectiveas who I choose to represent me in a landlord, tenant dispute. After reading through, I was pretty much convinced that he would be the right choice, especially given that I am also a business owner and would find need to use his services in other areas of law for my company. I was totally wrong and I'm glad I saved my money for a firm that will truly deserve it.
Within five minutes of our conversation, he and Alyssa pulled up my case and assumed he could represent me without even hearing certain details of my defense in my case against the landlord.
After requesting specific intentions of his approach on this case and his experience on such a case, he arrogantly got an attitude and hung up on me while Alyssa stared with a blank face with no further words.
So as I am glad that I will save money and find a more sincere firm that actually cares about more than just collecting a retainer and will actually
LISTEN to their clients voice, I just felt that it was important to share my personal experience as someone who let the reviews lead me to believe that this was "the right" firm. I genuinely got the feeling that it was all about the retainer. I guess that explains why there's no photos of himself online to be found. It really makes me wonder if he paid for these reviews because its definitely NOT the same person I was reading about. So since you couldn't hear what I had to say for a fee, you can take this negative review for free :)
