Ryan Semerad is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable Attorney. He helped my daughter out with sound advice. We were going to retain him, but he told us to go with the plea deal offered by the courts and public defender. He advised it was a fair deal and didn't want to take our money. He is affordable, compared to the rest of the attorneys in Casper, who seem more interested in money, than helping a person out. I recommend him highly!! He would be the first I would call if I needed an attorney for criminal law.

Baend isn’t your average attorney. He was upfront and even told me initially he may not be able to handle my case as it wasn’t his specialty, but promised to be transparent thru the process. He ended up doing an amazing job, despite my case becoming much more complicated than he originally anticipated. Baend’s hardwork and willingness to dig deep for evidence in my case, provided a more favorable outcome than I had hoped for.

I worked with both Rob Stepans (in Jackson, WY) and Ryan Shaffer (in Missoula, MT) over the course of a year from 2014-2105. They are fantastic attorneys and they have a dedicated support staff who are top notch as well! Together, they make a great team. Rob and Ryan are smart, professional and really know their stuff. They helped me work through a very difficult and stressful time (the loss of a job) and showed (and taught me) incredible insight and patience. Rob and Ryan represented our commercial leasing company in a landlord tenant dispute. We needed a legal team willing to tackle a case many attorneys would avoid. From the start they were diligent, hard working and compassionate. They listened to our case and offered honest expectations. Their level of professionalism throughout the process was noted by many involved. It also gave us confidence and I feel an advantage over the opposing counsel. Their communication was excellent. They returned phone calls, answered any questions and explained issues in understandable terms. Our case was very complicated and required a high level of knowledge of numerous fields. Ultimately, we were successful in reaching a settlement just days before trial. Rob and Ryan were fully prepared for trial and the defendants conceded. I am a professional in a public service job. I was arrested and eventually fired from my job. I contacted Rob and he was able to get me released from jail without posting any bond. After working with Rob and my local union representive I able to get my job back. He returned all my calls, his legal secretary was very helpful in getting messages through to Rob and getting legal documents mailed, and faxed back and forth from another state.

I was in absolute shambles, I tried to find a good attorney for over a year. When Jason reached out to me he made it very clear his concern was about me and my family and that was it. He made it clear him and his team cared. In the end we got a settlement that was more than I expected. The biggest thing to note is because Jason cared we were Finally able to put one of the worst things that ever happened to me and my family behind us. When my small construction company became involved in civil litigation, my contractor’s insurance provided my company with a capable defense, but hiring Ms. Megan Goetz to represent me personally is what led to a much better outcome than I ever would have believed possible. Throughout the process, Ms. Goetz provided exactly the right level of involvement, advising me which steps could be handled by my corporate attorney and which decisions needed her input, saving me thousands of dollars. As the trial date approached, I walked into the Pence and MacMillan conference room for mediation, thinking that by the end of the day, I might need a referral to a bankruptcy attorney. Once we made the decision to move forward with creating a family trust, Marty Oblasser and her paralegal Tiffani Vandermark did not disappoint. John handled a civil case for my wife and I, we felt he did an excellent job.
He was extremely easy to work with and easy to talk with. He and Heidi kept us updated on necessary things and seemed to be on time with his court documents and briefs. I thought one of his strongest points was using the correct legal cases when arguing the case. He is well spoken and handles himself well in front of others. Civil cases can be contentious, yet John seemed to be blunt when needed, but still under total control at all times. Great Attorney!

In the fall of 2012 I was injured in an auto accident that left me permanently disabled and forced to live with chronic pain and nerve damage. I hired John Bowers as my attorney to settle my case with the person at fault and his insurance company in order to help cover my medical expenses. My mom has early/mid stage dementia and I wanted to get Durable Power of Attorney documents in place since my dad is ill and could pass at any time. Tassma and a paralegal (Shirley) met with us and very efficiently got these documents lined up and signed. They also suggested we do a Living Will and HIPAA document, which we did. Not only was this a pretty quick process (and very reasonably priced) but I also greatly appreciated the patience and empathy Tassma and Shirley showed in their interactions with my mom. For additional estate planning needs I will have no hesitation in going to Tassma for these. Highly recommended.

My father's health was failing quickly, and he did not have his legal paperwork in order. He was extremely worried about my mom, as his will was completed. Tyson was an excellent lawyer, he went above and beyond what I had expected. Tyson kept in good contact with me, keeping me informed of everything going on and explained the process thoroughly. I have been acquainted with Tom Lubnau for many years. He has successfully guided us through ordinary and unfortunate legal events. However, one night my husband suffered a life altering accident which left him with a traumatic brain injury, multiple broken bones and in a coma. When the sun came up I called Tom’s office for legal documents and asked for representation. Tom and his firm stepped up for the fight of our family’s lifetime. Within six months we encountered over l.3 million dollars of medical bills, were having to sell our home, land, horses, life-long belongings and I had to quit my teaching job to become a caregiver. I have known Drake for nearly 30 years. He has what I consider the hardest combination of legal skills - attention to and understanding of details and a solid understanding and appreciation of the business ramifications of his work and the skills he brings to bear. He had shown repeatedly his tenacity in pursuit of a client's interests and special talents essential to a litigator. Drake is an excellent speaker who can make understandable even the most complex legal principles (a skill so very valuable in court as well) and also an excellent writer able to communicate effectively for his clients' causes. He also "sees around the corners", anticipating the client's needs, sometimes even before the client itself realizes the need. It is also worth noting that, although his forte is in oil and gas, it is not a limitation on his civil litigation skills, which he has applied successfully in many other legal areas.
These are all general observations, but he has been successful in advising us in general business matters, including protracted litigation. He has been a welcome legal advisor, something I wish I could say for other lawyers we've had represent us.
