First of all, do not tackle filing bankruptcy on your own. It's a very complex process. Hire an attorney. Deciding to file for bankruptcy was initially an emotionally daunting task, but it was the right step in the right direction, and I'm glad we did it with Kathyrn.
We were referred to Kathryn by a good friend who successfully achieved their bankruptcy goals under her services. Kathryn demonstrated empathy and a deep understanding of our situation until we received our Chapter 13 discharge papers at the end of our four-year repayment plan agreement.
She was thorough in her processes and incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. Even though she was our attorney, she embodied the role of a therapist and helped guide us through those stressful moments. She always brought a lighter perspective to our doubts and continued to clear the path before us— and it was a long four-year stretch.
We understood that completing a Chapter 13 repayment plan didn't have a high success rate, but it made sense for our needs. And ultimately, Kathryn helped us cross the finish line, and we could not have done without her.

Mr. Irish was incredibly helpful with legal advice on reading and understanding the renters laws in place in Arizona as well as corroborating those with the lease I had signed as a renter. When my landlord attempted to kick me out because he wanted to sell the property, Mr. Irish gave me peace knowing that my living situation was protected by Arizona law and that the landlord could not terminate the lease unilaterally or raise the rent in the middle of the lease. I wholly recommend Mr. Irish and am writing this review as I pursue further consultation from him for problems regarding return of security deposit from the same landlord.

I highly recommend Benjamin Deguire, Family Law Attorney in Flagstaff, AZ. Ben was the top reference I was given through my friends and family who practice Law in Arizona. With that, I was not shocked to learn that Ben was completely booked when I reached out to him last year, but he agreed to meet with me over the phone to assess the complexity of my Divorce case and feel me out as a prospective client. Fortunately, he agreed to take me on. Ben is an expert on Family Law and also very familiar with the Judges’ tendencies, and well connected with the other family law attorneys in town. This positions him to give sound advice on probable outcomes of settling outside of court vs. in trial. Communication is key when you’re navigating something as stressful, complex and high stakes as Divorce. Ben welcomes questions and input. He was able to pull my input into a strategy with my best interest and outcomes in mind. He tackled each category of the divorce decree one at a time, approaching the cleanest, simplest issues first. This set a nice tone for negotiating the more difficult issues later. Ultimately, we were able to settle outside of court through a combination of a Settlement Lite conference and a Judicial Settlement Conference. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his wife, Liz. They were wonderful to work with and very relatable on the emotional aspects of divorce and divorce with children.

Relentless, resilient, unbridled, unwavering, steadfast, dogged, persistent, and tenacious are just some of the words I using when describing Enholm law firm. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. Everything in life starts with communication. Enholm law firm has always answered the phone with in just a few rings and returns emails in a timely manner. If I didn’t know that Angela and her staff had other clients I would think that I was the only person they dealt with. What can I say about CH except that he is the perfect hybrid of resilience and compassion. His innate ability to see obstacles in such a unique manner which enables him to figure out a solution no lawyer will see coming is what makes him THE MAN! He won't use a sledgehammer or a huge pogo stick to get through or over the wall.... he simply dissolves the weakest weight - bearing brick of the wall and watches her come tumbling down! My divorce and child custody issue is as messy as it gets. International - possible kidnapping, physical threats - all the pieces for a really good Lifetime made for TV movie. Brilliant is the best way to describe Cody Hayes. I had an extensive, and very complicated child custody case that spanned over several years (I used many different well known attorneys and still did not accomplish my goal). Cody Hayes is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about family law and noticed things that my previous attorneys all missed. Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. Kathi is the best attorney ever! I knew halfway through my case that I would be writing Kathi an amazing review regardless of the outcome. She was so great to work with. I am a forty-three-year-old single father who has been fighting for more time with my ten-year-old daughter since her mother ran off with her in 2012. I have had three other attorneys over the past eight years. It was truly a blessing that I met with and hired Kathi. Kathi took the time to get familiar with my past and present court issues. I could tell that she was less concerned with time and money, and more concerned with taking her time to understand exactly what has happened in the past so she could defend and represent me aggressively and in an informed manner. She did such a good job of asking me deep background questions, that at one point I was nervous that she might have been padding the billable hours. When it came time to discuss how much of my retainer was left, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how fair she was in billing me. The process was still expensive, but I truly feel like the service I received outweighed the fee she charged. I’m not kidding when I tell you that I am buying her a gift card to a nice restaurant to send her in a thank you card. She was that good. I think the opposing counsel was really bummed out having to deal with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, tough, but fair. She is a good negotiator. In the end, I was awarded far more than I thought possible based on the past eight years of getting ran over by the court system and my daughter’s mother. I now have 50/50 legal decision making and I spend equal time with my daughter on a 5-2-2-5 schedule. My ex fought us right up to the bitter end but ended up settling the case the night before our trial date. There is NO WAY my ex would have settled if I didn’t have Kathi, so she even saved me the expense and stress of testifying on the trial date. I am eternally grateful that God gave me Kathi. Tracy is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable in tax, bankruptcy, contracts and other issues. He is very understanding and easy to talk to. I have been working with Family Law Attorney, Tali Collins, for 2 years, and she is by far the best attorney that I have worked with for ongoing family law litigation. She is very approachable, knows her legal material, is detail- orientated, has an amazing memory, knows lots of helpful resources and her fees are very reasonable.
I have worked with many attorneys who have similar skills, but want you to hire them and are not great with working with the client that wants to self represent. Because I don't have the financial resources for a retainer, Ms. Collins has worked with me in preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings, and organizing and finding exhibits. She knows what individual judges want, so I feel like I am ahead of the game and know what to expect and how to prepare when I go to the hearing.
Recently, Tali Collins helped me prepare for my latest Parenting Time Modification Hearing and I feel more prepared than I did when I hired an attorney to represent me at the last one, and it saved me thousands of dollars. Ms. Collins knows all aspects of family law and I don't think I could have worked with anyone who could prepare me as much as she has.
I am so grateful that I found Ms. Collins, she has been an immense resource for me and has been so "spot on" with helping me in past hearings and litigation. This has been a great fit for me, and I even look forward to meeting with her. Burr is awesome! I was not interested in signing an arbitration agreement at my job and was worried about my companies social media policy. After 21 years at my company I was let go as part of a Reduction in Force along with 200 other co-workers.
