When first meeting Regina it was initially to create a pre-nuptial agreement, never thinking we would meet again to handle divorce proceedings. The prenuptial agreement was done timely, accurately and her advice was very exacting. When the separation/divorce was imminent she was not only a most knowledgeable legal representative but kind and emotionally available. Never did I expect to be navigated through such a most difficult time in my life with such caring. I was rear ended very badly one night on my way home and the injuries that I sustained from this accident changed my body in ways that are permanent. I had a prior experience in a bodily injury claim in the early 2000s so I was a bit familiar with the process, but this experience was next level for me. Mr. Bergman and his team were wonderful in their referrals for the medical help that I desperately needed. Being that I am an older man now, my body does not bounce back as quickly as it did 20 years ago. The person that hit me had a minimum policy and my injuries were greater than that. Thankfully, I have a better policy with my own insurance, and Mr. Bergman was able to get all the money available in both policies to compensate me for my injuries, pain and suffering. I am very confident in Mr. Bergman’s skills in getting the job done and I am very appreciative to him for such wonderful results in my case.
