I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... Then Danielle Salice is who you want going to war for you, because she will give everything, she has into protecting you and getting you justice.
When I first met Ms. Salice, I was terrified, I felt so alone, afraid of what the future was going to hold. I was in a bad marriage, had recently been diagnosed with a health condition, and was in the beginning phases of my divorce. Without sharing too much detail, I shared a bit of my story with an online platform of a group of moms seeking advice. Ms. Salice was one of the fellow moms who reached out to me to offer support, but in no way did she appear to be seeking a client, but rather, she was simply being kind and compassionate. The mere fact that she was a Family Law Attorney didn’t even come into play until much later. When it became clear that I needed a lawyer, I didn’t even know she could represent me in my county, but on one of the scariest days of my life, I reached out to Ms. Salice in a panic unsure of what to do. I had couple of lawyers for different problems in my my life but no one helped me as much as Mr Ameli did, he was the best. He was there whenever I needed him. He was only one phone call away.
I just met him once at his office, but we were always in contact via email, and cellphone.
he handles the cases himself and as good as possible. ( He also has a really great assistant)
He is not one of those lawyers that take people to fantasy land to just get the case. He is trustworthy, helpful, and honest.
The first day, after Mr. Ameli heard about my case, he exactly said how my case was going to end up and sure enough 11 months later my case was closed with not only the same result as he told me the first day but better.
Long story short, he knows the law, he is good at it, and more important that he is a good man.

Never retuning calls/emails
Lack of knowledge around workers comp
Not at all trustworthy. He told me to trust him with my case and after signing the contract, never returned my calls.
I had to switch to another attorney and fire him.
Not at all recommended for workers comp case.

First and foremost, Mr. Wasieleski was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not be more thankful for the help that he gave me. I was involved in an automobile accident in late 2015 in which I was t-boned at an intersection by someone who ran their red light. As a result of my accident I was experiencing sever pain in my body almost immediately. I was referred to Mr. Wasieleski by a friend who had gone through him for their auto accident and they were extremely pleased with how he handled their case. He immediately contacted a witness at the scene in regards to my case and was able to the prove that I was not at fault for the accident by securing the witness's statement. Thanks to Mr. Wasieleski, I received the treatment that I needed and he was able to settle my total loss vehicle for more than I believed it was even worth!! Not to mention, he got me a great settlement for my personal injury claim as well. All of this was done by him and his office and they were diligent in their work and response. I highly recommend him and will happily refer all my friends and family in any situation where serious personal injury has occurred. He is my go to attorney for life.

I have required the services years ago to get custody of my young son at that time and recently for a divorce. I cannot recommend Alexandra Leichter and her offices more highly. Everyone in the office is great and did great work on my matter. Besides Ms. Leichter, her son Ariel Leichter-Maroko and her associates Jenna Charlotte Spatz and Preston Green all do fabulous work and as a client, you are privileged to be represented by any or all. In my case, Jenna really did a ton of work specifically on my behalf to be certain I was properly protected along with Ms Leichter herself.Their knowledge of the law and attention to detail are excellent.
I might add, that Ms. Leichter helped me get custody of my son at a young agenda was truly outstanding as a trial lawyer.

Don't go here unless you've got a pile of cash to blow through and don't care what it costs, and want it to take forever and be overly complicated. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I was (unfortunately) recommended this firm by my UCLA law school Family Law professor (I was in law school at the time; I'm now an attorney), to help me file for divorce.
My ex and I split amicably and didn't have any assets or kids, so it should have been easy. This firm waaaaay overcomplicated things and charged me thousands of dollars. I ended up retaining a different firm who got it done in less than 2 hours of attorney time, and for way way way less.
On top of that, this firm tried to charge me for work they did for a completely different client, and then even tried charging me interest on that work. I kept requesting a copy of my invoice, which they ignored and were rude about - only to finally notice the erroneous charges way later.
It's been a nightmare dealing with them and I wish I'd never been recommended. Go somewhere--anywhere--else.

CAUTION! Michelle Cohen- Huggies is NOT to be trusted. It is only a matter of time before the claims of her unethical tactics become proven and she is disbarred. I too, have experienced her attempt to win by default and lie that I was properly served for an unlawful detainer. filed for a motion to quash (must be within 5 days from when served) and was dismissed. If you are her opposing council, do not under estimate her willingness to lie, cheat or steal!
