You cannot say nothing bad about Bataresh Pammer. When I meet with George Pammer for the first time. He made me feel comfortable with the stress I was going through. I also received addition support from his team of partner Claudia Bataresh and his Para Legal Michelle Vincent. It made a world of difference to me. I later learned from my niece that George was rated Super Lawyers NY Metro Rising Stars for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and most likely 2025 which I did not know. She was worried about me as to who will represent me fairly during this stressful time. Now I fully understand why he is the mark of excellence. I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. I retained Ian for both child support and custody. In child support he was able to set my child support at a number way less than what I should be paying. I hired Ian to represent me in custody, he answers every phone call and every text. During the process I never felt alone. If I got frustrated and carried away he would make sure that I would remain professional and would not tolerate it. Because of him I now I have a set schedule with my children, he stopped my narcissistic children’s mother from controlling and manipulating everything she could get her hands on. Thanks to Ian my kids have stability and they can be in their father’s life without having any issues. Ian is a man of hard work and he doesn’t stop until you get what you want.

We have used josh for selling and buying houses. He is 110% the best RE attorney I never seen. Lots of my friend says RE attorney don’t do anything, I told them that they didn’t get lucky to find a good one. Good attorney could make deals but bad one destroys all relationships. I cannot more highly recommend Josh Bogaty and his firm for Long Island real estate transactions. I am myself a lawyer, but do not handle real estate transactions. I was looking for experienced real estate counsel to handle the simultaneous sale of and purchase of residential real estate, a stressful situation that's like trying to thread a needle, with a lot of potential pitfalls. Josh came recommended from a colleague and I'm very glad we found him to advise us in the process.
From our very first phone call through closing on our second transaction, Josh was simply outstanding. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough and highly responsive. We encountered several unanticipated issues throughout the process that could have been disastrous, but with Josh's expert counsel, they ended up just being speed bumps in the rear view mirror on the way to our final destination.

I was happy with my initial divorce proceedings and communications with Palermo and my divorce lawyer, Ms. Riley Perry. However, after the divorce was final, the handling of the QDRO and getting my remaining retainer back has been a NIGHTMARE. I have sent countless emails and left messages that do not get any response. The QDRO was finalized in November of 2021 - I do not have a certified copy and I still do not have a refund of what is remaining on my account

Hired for a child custody case, he gave a good sales pitch during my consultation, but when it came to court appearances he was a mess!!!! I felt embarrassed for him, my ex's attorney walked all over him. I was following a friend's Recomindation, but was disappointed with the outcome and service provided, had to retain a different attornew to refile my petition.

I thought this lawyer was going to help my children but instead was an absolute detriment. She saw my children one time for maybe 10 minutes during a practically two year case. She didn’t listen to any of the the children’s therapists or pediatrician. Her lack of diligence put my daughter back in the hands of a bad person for unsupervised visitation. She should never work with children.

Does not listen, does not respond, totally incompetent. Have to be anonymous as 4 years into this, she is still their court appointed attorney will zero results.
