Suzanne and her team were wonderful. If you need an attorney you need to contact her. The response to my questions or concerns were always quick. Since I've never gone through something like this before it's exactly what I needed. I didn't want to sit and wait for answers. There was so much to deal with Suzanne and her team were on top of everything. She would let me know if she was going to be out of town but that didn't slow down her replying to my emails. Just outstanding service and respect from the entire staff. She was also a calming influence when the other attorney was slow to move things forward. She could tell I was getting anxious. Suzanne explained what was going on and politely reached out to the other attorney to move the process forward. I always felt like they cared about me and wanted to make this a less stressful process and they did.

Suzanne and her firm quickly become like family. They do their best to keep fees down (she's not a magician, and it can be expensive, but that depends on how the opposing team acts and how much work you're willing to do on your own, how organized you are-and how well you LISTEN). She'll be upfront and honest about what can happen, even if it's not what you want to hear. She won't promise something if she's not certain she can deliver. She and her firm are some of the few attorneys in the Memphis area who understand what to expect and what to do in a domestic violence situation.
My case was both contentious and complicated (involving 2 states), but she took charge after being hired mid-case and worked at warp speed (as far as courts are concerned). I never once set foot in a court room until the final hearing where my divorce was granted. I still consult with her and her associate as things come up, as I still have a little guy to protect.
Landers Firm is the ONLY family law firm in Memphis that I would personally recommend. My only regret was that I didn't find her until after I had already filed.

Pam Blair is my friend, my customer, and my attorney. I am a general contractor and business owner. Pam has helped me in my business as an adviser and a "sounding board" for problems arising from various contractual issues. Pam has helped me solve several very different issues by "coaching me". She has been able to figure out solutions to my problems by simply advising me. As a result of this advisement, not only I have never been involved in a law suit, but I have been able to reconcile my issues in an amicable manner. To me, that is huge!
I have witnessed Pam in court defending a friend of mine. I was a character witness for my friend while he was going through a divorce. During court I watched and listened to Pam site several points that illustrated that my friend was a good father and a hardworking man. Pam convinced the court that he was not at fault in his character nor in his ability to continue raising their children. Pam exhibited an air of fairness without hurting anyone and soon thereafter won the case.

Mrs. Pam Blair was assigned by my errors and omission carrier to my case. Boy was I lucky to get her. She worked diligently to obtain all the facts and realized early the case had no merit. She tried to settle the case but the other parties were unrealistic with their demands and expectations. In court, she was well prepared and very aggressive. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Bryan Smith and his paralegal Nikki. There was never a phone call made to him that was not returned promptly by him or his assistant. I was involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler. The insurance company offered me money almost immediately after the accident and I called the Reaves Law Firm to ask their opinion. They told me that the offer was way too low and that they thought I deserved a lot more. My lawyer was so responsive and walked me through the whole process. Sarah was a tremendous person to hire as an attorney to help guide me through the dissolution of a near 15 year marriage with multiple children. She was a great attorney, she helped me get my daughter back. My original attorney was kicked off my case and she was court appointed. the judge ordered the paid attorney to give me $2500 of my $4500 back. I went to the court house and the lady at the court house gave me a copy of the paper work saying the old attorney already paid my attorney (Autumn Chastain) my money back and I had to take that to her office to request my money. She said she never recieved my money from William Winchester. I went back to the Court house and they said it showed right there in the paperwork that he indeed paid my money back and autumn has it! I went back to her office several times and the desk lady said she wasn't there every time. No returned phone calls. The last time i went up there I left a copy with the secretary that she said she would give to autumn. I never heard anything back. I was never paid my court ordered money. I still have my copy and it still makes me angry every time I think about it! Im grateful for her helping me get my daughter back. She even gave her stuff for Christmas the first year I had her back, but it seems like I paid for it really. I tried many times at 2 different offices she moved to, nothing!

Autumn represented me in the wrongful death of my daughter. It was a difficult case but Autumn was there for me through every stage of the case. Our case dealt with an inept but combative opposing attorney, Autumn fought aggressively on my behalf and won practically every battle that had to be fought. I am a law student nearing graduation and I clinic with juvenile offenders. Working in the children's defense field, I again worked with Autumn and can tell you she was a fierce advocate and strong defender for these children. Bill Jones provided cool-headed guidance in a seemingly life-shattering situation. He took me from getting no time with my kids to winning majority custody. Plus, he enabled me to save money by teaching me how to do a lot of the tedious homework, like discovery responses, for myself. He wasn’t looking to bleed me dry. He treated me with genuine compassion; while also keeping me grounded, and making sure my goals in my custody battle were realistic.
