Professional, thorough, considerate, and responsive barely describes the positive experience I had with Robert Schalk. Mr. Schalk listens to his client, and thinks quickly on his feet as to the best way to solve a problem. Mr. Schalk was patient and considerate in understanding my concerns about a difficult situation I found myself in. Surviving an accident is a blessing of course however, the stress of dealing with everything after can be a burden. At first I was going to use a different office but last decided to go with Frank and it was the best decision I could have made.
