My family's experience with Brian Cummings was wonderful. My mother had a terrible experience with a doctor, involving a missed diagnosis that lead to a devastating terminal prognosis. Brian worked with us in our pursuit for justice. He was knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He spent as much time as we needed explaining the legal process and keeping us updated as it evolved. Radford has been patient and answered every question and concern I had about my case. Everything he says he will do, he does. My son was taken away and he got him brought back home to me. I had a prior attorney for several months and Radford did more in two months than my prior attorney did in seven months. Mr. Dimmick has been an amazing lawyer hands down. He has opened up the opportunity for me to have my kids again, He has always been available to talk to and explained things very well. He went to court with me and stood up for me and my rights as the father of my kids. We have went through mediation and court together actually. He also gave me the courage to stand up for myself and my kids which I know is not part of what I paid him for but he took that time time listen and help me understand the truth of what was going on. Mr. Dimmick has been very proactive in my case always looking ahead and let me know what was coming up . The money that we have paid him I feel was very reasonable and can't ever compare to the work that he has done for the kids and I. I would recommend him 1000% with out question.

Kristen represented me through a custody dispute, as I tried to navigate the best possible scenario for my daughter, age 5. We knew some of the things I was fighting for (relocation) was an uphill battle, but she supported me while also giving me realistic assessments of our options. I retained Kristen in December of 2021. During our initial meeting she answered every question and I had 3 pages of them. She never made me feel rushed and even asked if I had additional questions. She and her team made me feel important. When dissolving a marriage of 28 years it can be absolutely crushing as we all know. Kristen was always a voice of reason and calm. Mr. Kuhn's service, attention and knowledge far, far exceeded my expectations. He was referred to me for help with my divorce, and made what could have been a horrific process extremely tolerable and as low-stress as possible. He explained everything in extreme detail and made sure I was comfortable with and understood every step in the process. Mr. Kuhn was kind to explain what things could be done ourselves instead of through him in order to save money, and charged an extremely reasonable retainer for all of the time and attention I received. In fact, I received a partial refund once the divorce was final for unused retainer hours -- that truly left an impression on me and spoke to the honesty of his entire team. The divorce process went surprisingly smoothly, and I truly believe it was because of Mr. Kuhn. He helped me understand how to communicate with my spouse in order to make myself and my intentions understood, and made the entire process as genuinely peaceful as something this traumatic could be. Irwin Kuhn is a talented attorney and mediator. He is a careful listener, and an excellent writer who is able to convey your ruminations, concerns, and suffering into precise legal language that gets the job done. Not only is his writing succinct, but he is an excellent verbal communicator, both in and out of the courtroom. He collaborates well, will always try to mediate, but also knows when to take it to court. Irwin is well-respected, and for a good reason. His affable nature, and easygoing manners might fool you into thinking he’s a softie, but his pen is a sword for justice. He doesn’t mince words. People don’t seek legal recourse unless it is urgent and compelling. When people turn to a family law attorney, they are seeking help from the very core of their being. He has helped me win my my post-divorce matter. Everything that I needed to get done, happened with Irwin Kuhn at the helm. I will always be grateful to him.

I have used Judge Penny Harrington over the past seven years for several very difficult cases important to my family. She handled one over a four year period involving me obtaining Temporary Custody, Guardianship and then the Permanent Guardianship of two of my young grandchildren. Even more difficult, we were later able to terminate Parental Rights and I was then able to adopt them as my own children. More recently, she has again proven her expertise as these same children were step-parent adopted by my same-sex husband, the first case of its kind in the state of TN.
I have always found Penny to be highly professional, an expert legal mind who thinks very strategically about how every case is positioned and have nothing but high praise of her. It is obvious to me that she is highly respected by both the many judges and lawyers we have dealt with in two different counties.
She will also be preparing my estate planning documents in the next few months as I continue to use her services.
I would highly recommend Penny Harrington to anyone who asked.

Ms. Reddick prepared a prenuptial agreement for me and my husband. We decided to get married in less than two weeks, so we needed someone who was quick to respond, but was still thorough. She handled it very expeditiously, but we never felt pressured or rushed. We were very happy with her knowledge of the law and trusted her advice. I felt confident that she explained everything in a way that I could understand. She was extremely professional. I would recommend Ms. Reddick and would use her again.

I'd give zero if I could. If you're a woman trying to get out of an abusive marriage, go to someone else. My mother, siblings and I were viciously abused by my father in every way imaginable except physical and had evidence to support this. Richard was hoping for an open shut, easy money case so he had the audacity to waste my mother's time and tell her she had no case and my dad would get everything in the divorce. Keep looking.

I needed help with an issue with my employer, and while he told me that I didn't have a legal case I still hired him to him help me work with in the system. He didn't listen to me at all, he didn't do what I asked and we accomplished absolutely nothing and I spent a $1,000, erudition i didn't haveand he didn't help me one little bit, absolutely nothing, no help what so ever. He could't get pass the fact that i didn't have a legal leg to stand on and just kept repeating that while i tried to explain to him how their system worked and what i needed him to do. He host continued to argued that point with me charging me by the hour. He couldn't listen to me to help me navigate within their system to write a responses and the information that I needed to help me hopefully hold on to my job. Total rip off

I reached out to Mr. Venick for his counsel on a separation agreement and for advice regarding discriminatory treatment I had experienced from my direct manager.
Mr. Venick was out of town when I initially reached out and wouldn't be available until at least a week from my initial contact. As I was under a time constraint I was anxious to meet with him. I shared that with his staff who apparently made sure Mr. Venick was aware of this. Mr. Venick was very responsive upon his return and scheduled a meeting with me on his 2nd day back in the office.
During this 1st meeting, Mr. Venick took the time to ask me a lot of specific but thoughtful questions to help us move forward.
Throughout the process, he was very responsive as well as proc-active in reaching out to me to make sure I didn't miss any deadlines.
I would recommend(and already have) Mr Venick to anyone who needs assistance with employment/employer issues.

Mr. Venick's professional assistance and advice during the worst six months of my lengthy career was outstanding. He was like the extended family member who helped me work through the emotional anger of my former workplace situation when newer, younger, and less experienced people became my direct supervisors. Once I was able to focus on the facts and document them as Mr. Venick recommended, I was able to make the appropriate decisions for me and my family.
