Jim never followed up with my ex after he sent out the General Judgment to be signed and delivered to the courts, which resulted in my divorce never happening. I signed and assumed everything was sealed and delivered. It wasn't until many months later that my ex said she never signed. I am now dealing with lawyers to finalize my divorce. Jim left me in one of the most painful and complicated scenarios I have ever had to navigate in my life. He has totally 'checked out' from his work and is obviously cruising untill he fully retires. Avoid at all costs.

Brian is such a great attorney and guy. The amount of time and effort he spent on me I honestly felt like I owe him more money! After going bankrupt I really didn't have it but I hope this review can bring him more customers. I shopped around, his rate is very reasonable and the value is best you'll find. My bankruptcy has finally discharged well over a year later and he has still made himself available to me. When you call, he answers the phone, not a secretary and he knows who you are. I was injured in a slip and fall case back in 2014. When the insurance company would not quit harassing me, I decided I needed an attorney. I live in Seattle, so I started there. I called every attorney that was also licensed in Oregon (the accident happened in Oregon). I must have spoken to at least 15 attorneys who laughed me off because it was a slip and fall. They didn't want to hear about it, even when I knew they didn't have to prove liability, just damages.
Some attorney in Oregon referred me to Jose. He listened to me, heard me tell him how liability was already clear and that damages was the only issue that needed to be resolved. Because of this, I got a settlement that was more than any slip and fall that I had ever seen. In fact, I have never seen a slip and fall win. If you have a case that you think will never be won, call Jose, and tell him that Terry sent you.

Jose was excellent in handling my auto accident case. He was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the process, and was always available to answer questions and help me navigate through the complex nature of my case. His team in the office was also stellar, and made the whole process go smooth. Although I of course wish I was not hit in a auto accident and hurt, I'm glad I had Jose on my side through the deposition and mediation, and that I was able to avoid going to court. I was satisfied with the settlement I received. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer.

Adrienne accepted my complex custody case, giving herself only 1 week to prep for the immediate danger order hearing. This was my first time dealing with the law but she was excellant at walking me through every step in the preperation process. She got straight to work and we won that case. Adrienne continued to represent me for close to a year and a half. She was always cognizant of my financial situation and helped me keep the cost down as much as possible. Adrienne is professional, genuine and candid. She gives her honest,professional opinion and does not sugarcoat anything. I do not know how I would have gotten through my divorce if I had not had Adrienne as my legal counsel. From our very first interaction she was so honest which I appreciated and found refreshing. Adrienne not only knows the law, she practices always keeping the law in the forefront of any conversation or interaction, which was nice for me because it made things simple regarding what could be negotiated and what was simply the law.
She worked hard with opposing counsel to ensure the process continued to move forward as she recognized that I could not move forward in life until my divorce was finalized. Adrienne is extremely organized and has an uncanny attention to detail. I trust her implicitly and although I do not plan on getting married or divorced again, if I did find myself in that situation, I would not want any other counsel except Adrienne.

For almost three years Lorena represented me in a custody battle that included a FAPA order. There is a lot of back and forth that happens throughout the years, and Lorena kept matters lawful and to the point. Compassionate and insightful are the two words that come to mind when describing our interactions with Michael Dwyer. My ex-husband and I had been trying for months to reach a divorce agreement to no avail. Someone recommended Michael Dwyer. I called Mr. Wallpe to start a bankruptcy filing, and he listened to my specifics thoroughly. He took the time to explain the debts to me and what my creditors could and couldn't do and what actually could be included in my filing. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Larry. I really appreciate his calm, level-headed demeanor. For someone such as myself that does not deal with Lawyer's and conflict everyday it can be intimidating and stressful when you find yourself in a position of having to hire an attorney. His punctuality included responding in less than 8 hours of contact, on a weekend. His "attention to detail" was both relevant & recent. At the beginning of this year I was granted a divorce by default. In the divorce there was a question of paternity, hence the reason for a default judgment because my ex wife refused to respond or acknowledge that she received the documents. We tried to serve her several times at multiple addresses but to no avail. A few months later I received child support papers in the mail and realized why she didn't respond and that was because my divorce attorney did not specify the child was not mine. I panicked and went to child support enforcement and explained what was going on and was recommended to retain an attorney. I went to a few different consultations. Finally I consulted with Laura's legal team and it felt like someone was actually listening to me.
Laura began working on my case immediately and was able to correct my former attorney's mistake and mistakes I made along the way. Laura took the time to properly represent me in the administrative hearing. The case was dismissed. Prior to this experience I didn't think an attorney like her existed. Most only listen to the dollars they will be taking from you and don't care about the impact it will have on your life. I had a complicated personal injury claim due to an auto accident. The injury required a surgery which I had to postpone due to pregnancy. The other insurance agency was not so understanding of the delay, however, Sarah made me feel incredibly comfortable regarding the entire process. During the settlement, I happened to be involved in yet another auto accident with an uninsured driver. Sarah happily assisted me with this claim as well. Both settlements were resolved due to Sarah's knowledge of the system and persistence with the agencies involved. I hope to never be involved in an accident again, but if I am, Sarah will be the first person I turn to!

When my mother was diagnosed with cancer and scheduled for stem cell transplant, she had to face the reality that she may not survive. Among other things, her will needed to be updated, an advanced directive put into place, power of attorney transferred to me, and guardianship for her developmentally delayed sister changed. Bob got on board immediately and created all the documents my mother needed. He showed great patience with my anxious mother and brought her peace during a stressful time. One of the two best intellectual property attorneys I've been associated with in my 50 years of business experience. Michelle pleaded our case concerning a trademark that was deemed by the trademark officer to be too similar in definition as to be an infringement. She convinced the reviewing officer that we would not be infringing and consequently we received our registered mark for the product.
In another instance she negotiated a co-existance agreement that could have cost us the trademark of our flagship product and, even convinced the other party to pay most of our legal expense.

Absolutely the best! I had lost my disability and an appeal. Insurance companies are NOT your friends and they will do everything they can to keep you from money you are entitled to! Roy Law came in and fixed it all. They really know what they are doing! A special shout out to Kali! She not only dealt with the insurance company but also kept me from going crazy over me having had to deal with them (I really was desperate and knew that I was probably out of luck!) She also made the yearly recertification a breeze (for me at least. It was a LOT of work I initially thought I was going to have to do, but she took care of all of it!)
