Brian is such a great attorney and guy. The amount of time and effort he spent on me I honestly felt like I owe him more money! After going bankrupt I really didn't have it but I hope this review can bring him more customers. I shopped around, his rate is very reasonable and the value is best you'll find. My bankruptcy has finally discharged well over a year later and he has still made himself available to me. When you call, he answers the phone, not a secretary and he knows who you are. For almost three years Lorena represented me in a custody battle that included a FAPA order. There is a lot of back and forth that happens throughout the years, and Lorena kept matters lawful and to the point. Her knowledge around domestic abuse, the law and keeping children first always kept me at ease. She is kind and well spoken. There is no doubt Lorena knows her stuff!! Compassionate and insightful are the two words that come to mind when describing our interactions with Michael Dwyer. My ex-husband and I had been trying for months to reach a divorce agreement to no avail. Someone recommended Michael Dwyer. I do not know how I would have gotten through my divorce if I had not had Adrienne as my legal counsel. From our very first interaction she was so honest which I appreciated and found refreshing. Adrienne not only knows the law, she practices always keeping the law in the forefront of any conversation or interaction, which was nice for me because it made things simple regarding what could be negotiated and what was simply the law.
She worked hard with opposing counsel to ensure the process continued to move forward as she recognized that I could not move forward in life until my divorce was finalized. Adrienne is extremely organized and has an uncanny attention to detail. I trust her implicitly and although I do not plan on getting married or divorced again, if I did find myself in that situation, I would not want any other counsel except Adrienne.
Adrienne is a fierce advocate for her clients and she really took the time to get to know me as a person, my sense of humor and values as well as my triggers (I hate that word) or issues where I could easily become emotional. Adrienne is very honest and will give it to you straight so you always know where you stand. She kept me on track, moving forward and managed my emotions with grace and compassion. She gave me reassurance when needed, always keeping the law in the forefront of any decision or negotiation. Divorce is not for me and like many others I didn’t get married to get divorced, but Adrienne made it not only bearable but at times enjoyable. I should clarify, the divorce itself was not pleasant but working with her was an absolutely enjoyable experience and made one of the worst times in my life a little more bearable. I called Mr. Wallpe to start a bankruptcy filing, and he listened to my specifics thoroughly. He took the time to explain the debts to me and what my creditors could and couldn't do and what actually could be included in my filing. After his patient explanations it was determined not to file at this time and that I would contact him if there changes. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Larry. I really appreciate his calm, level-headed demeanor. For someone such as myself that does not deal with Lawyer's and conflict everyday it can be intimidating and stressful when you find yourself in a position of having to hire an attorney. At the beginning of this year I was granted a divorce by default. In the divorce there was a question of paternity, hence the reason for a default judgment because my ex wife refused to respond or acknowledge that she received the documents. We tried to serve her several times at multiple addresses but to no avail. A few months later I received child support papers in the mail and realized why she didn't respond and that was because my divorce attorney did not specify the child was not mine. I panicked and went to child support enforcement and explained what was going on and was recommended to retain an attorney. I went to a few different consultations. Finally I consulted with Laura's legal team and it felt like someone was actually listening to me.
Laura began working on my case immediately and was able to correct my former attorney's mistake and mistakes I made along the way. Laura took the time to properly represent me in the administrative hearing. The case was dismissed. Prior to this experience I didn't think an attorney like her existed. Most only listen to the dollars they will be taking from you and don't care about the impact it will have on your life. I had a complicated personal injury claim due to an auto accident. The injury required a surgery which I had to postpone due to pregnancy. The other insurance agency was not so understanding of the delay, however, Sarah made me feel incredibly comfortable regarding the entire process. During the settlement, I happened to be involved in yet another auto accident with an uninsured driver. Sarah happily assisted me with this claim as well. Both settlements were resolved due to Sarah's knowledge of the system and persistence with the agencies involved. When my mother was diagnosed with cancer and scheduled for stem cell transplant, she had to face the reality that she may not survive. Among other things, her will needed to be updated, an advanced directive put into place, power of attorney transferred to me, and guardianship for her developmentally delayed sister changed. Bob got on board immediately and created all the documents my mother needed. He showed great patience with my anxious mother and brought her peace during a stressful time. I was injured in a slip and fall case back in 2014. When the insurance company would not quit harassing me, I decided I needed an attorney. I live in Seattle, so I started there. I called every attorney that was also licensed in Oregon (the accident happened in Oregon). I must have spoken to at least 15 attorneys who laughed me off because it was a slip and fall. They didn't want to hear about it, even when I knew they didn't have to prove liability, just damages.
Some attorney in Oregon referred me to Jose. He listened to me, heard me tell him how liability was already clear and that damages was the only issue that needed to be resolved. Because of this, I got a settlement that was more than any slip and fall that I had ever seen. In fact, I have never seen a slip and fall win. If you have a case that you think will never be won, call Jose, and tell him that Terry sent you.

One of the two best intellectual property attorneys I've been associated with in my 50 years of business experience. Michelle pleaded our case concerning a trademark that was deemed by the trademark officer to be too similar in definition as to be an infringement. She convinced the reviewing officer that we would not be infringing and consequently we received our registered mark for the product.
In another instance she negotiated a co-existance agreement that could have cost us the trademark of our flagship product and, even convinced the other party to pay most of our legal expense.

I consulted this attorney over a landlord/tenant issue. He knew the law & gave me some EXCELLENT advice. I would highly recommend him for consultation purposes. I am looking into hiring him further, IF he is available & will take the case. Definitely has a sense of fairness & RECOGNIZES that some laws are wrong, but that they ARE the law, & we, therefore, need to work within them. I, personally think they need to be changed, then, but that's the lawmakers job(s)! Noah DEFINITELY adhered to attorney/client privilege/principles of confidentiality. Attorney Jo Posey was recommended to me when my wife decided to file for divorce. I am very glad to have her as my advocate.
