Audrey was great, supportive and reliable. each time i called she was responsive and i am thankful for her effort, she came to court about 10 time for my case and did not ask for any extra time cost which i think she did it because i had to pay a big amount of return to my client and she knew that was putting me in a tight financial situation and was the only way to get out of the mess, That to me is valuable in a person.
Something we should know that i learned is lawyers work based on the document you have not your story, I was almost getting charges and being guilty because i pleaded guilty but i realized I have to dig into my document and send them to her which took my hours and days and when I sent them she started to organize them and send me things for correction and presented a great defense and finally from pleading guilty the case dropped and all charges to Null.

I highly recommend this law firm. Someone directed me to this law firm when my daughter’s mother sued me for child custody and child support with the intention of extorting money from me. With the help of attorney Michael who practice under this law firm, my case was dismissed with prejudice . Michael is very knowledgeable with Maryland family law as well as international law. This was my first time going to court , I was nervous lol. Attorney Michael gave me some good legal advice with respect to my case. I am glad the case was dismissed.

Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

I had met several family law attorneys in the past through the Montgomery County Bar Association, and 2 years later when my (ex-)husband and I decided to get divorced, she was top of mind. Dorothy R Fait was my lawyer in an extremely difficult divorce involving child custody. She advised me throughout the process without any issues; very responsive and responsible professional. All my questions and urgent requests were answered immediately, she never made me wait - which is a very important factor in high conflict cases. She paid a lot of attention to details and brought out important facts in the argument, without getting into petty exchanges.
She protected mine and my children's interest, and thanks to her I have an exceptionally detailed settlement agreement and a court order that covers all aspects of our life to prevent any possible issues.

After a 25 year marriage, I didn’t know where to begin to find legal representation with the knowledge, professionalism, and support to guide me through the tribulations of divorce. Honestly the best lawyer I have ever had! Hoping you never need one, but if you do then call him today! This was my second DUI charge and 1. He never made me feel bad 2. Gave me facts only and told me realistically what could happen. 3. Followed up periodically and let me know everything what was happening and basically held my hand the whole way.
He was able to get it dropped to reckless driving which is amazing. Super nice guy with lots of knowledge and connections in the DMV. Highly recommend!

I hired Tracy Rezvani to sue a major bank in DC. They'd opened accounts without my permission, and screwed up my credit report. Tracy was relentless in getting the bank to compensate me for my damages. And, she never waivered in her support of my claim. She always did what was in my best interest. And, deferred to me for all decisions as to how the case should proceed. We never made it to court because the bank settled the case. I would definitely hire her again.

I hired Keith based on his online reviews. Initially, I was impressed with his commitment. However, as time progressed, I encountered several challenges that affected my experience negatively. Keith often seemed overwhelmed with his caseload, which might have contributed to the issues we faced.
During our interactions, Keith occasionally displayed a temper, which was unexpected. He also provided me with unclear explanations regarding the financial aspects of my case, specifically how funds were being allocated, which led to rapid depletion of the resources without much progress. While I understand that managing multiple cases can be demanding, the level of service I received did not meet my expectations.
In court, I felt that the aggressive approach I anticipated from our consultations did not materialize as effectively as hoped, which was surprising given his demeanor in person. Unfortunately, the outcome of my case was not favorable, and the legal fees accumulated quickly with what seemed like limited action taken on my behalf.
This experience was disheartening, especially since I initially had a lot of trust in Keith's capabilities. It's important for others seeking legal representation to consider all aspects of a lawyer's client interactions and not just their courtroom performance. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when considering hiring Keith and suggest consulting multiple sources and reviews to form a well-rounded view.

Keith is probably the most knowledgeable family law attorney I have met. I interviewed several before hiring Keith Havens. Keith makes no promises, but he is a subject matter expert regarding marital law. I was surprised that his hourly fee was $250...lower than most.. My divorce was fairly uncomplicated except my career is federal law enforcement and there was property involved...those in my career field no what I'm talking about. FYI - even at $250 per hour, my divorce cost me approximately $15,000 in attorney fees, but his trial preparation is impressive. He is not perfect, but he is definitely looking out for your best interests. Keith takes charge when he needs to, but doesn't need to hear the sound of his own voice, i.e. mediation etc.
My former spouse began to experience psychological issues before and during this process which made negotiations very tough. Her attorneys were competent, but they turned a simple 1 year wait into a 2 year hassle...typical for most attorneys that squeeze their clients for every dollar.
If you need a family law attorney in Maryland, you need to contact Keith Havens.
And if you get married without a prenuptial marital agreement...bad idea...

I hired her in March of 2017, and she did NOTHING until the week before, we settled outside of the courtroom in July because she procrastinated for so long, did nothing, wouldn't respond to emails or calls, but then said on the day of the hearing I'd have to give her $5000 if I don't agree to the settlement...I still didn't get the fact that she totally screwed me so I again asked her to help me with an appeal and she didn't respond for 5 weeks of continuous emails, missed deadlines, had to postpone my hearing and still missed deadlines...the WORST!

Our family hired Ms. Wall for the handling of our mother's estate. But once hired she fails to reply to letters concerning mom's will. Even phone calls she will not return. And still do not know why. She won't reply to any inquiries. So if you want a lawyer that will not inform families of their mother's estate, this is the one to hire. $2,500 later and no one in the family knows what is going on. The executor knows, but shouldn't the rest of our family know, after all it was our mother? Both this attorney and the executor are hiding information so they both can be "sneaky" so the executor gets to share the funds with Ms. Wall and keep the rest for herself. Now we are pursuing another attorney to find information about our mother's will. Guess the only way this lawyer divulges information is to hire another attorney to find information for our family. Another loss for our family...

Ed Haenftling (pronounced "Hen - Fling") is an attorney whom I would not recommend for counsel on any legal matter which a potential client may wish to have addressed either in a court of law or in settling a private affair.
Mr. Haenftling is a bit "wet behind the ears" with regard to how he carries himself and not prompt or timely in returning phone calls or keeping said clients up to date on their cases. Not in the least.
Mr. Haenftling struck me as dismissive of various tacts / ideas / suggestions that I posited to him regarding the case in which he was representing me, but alas, he was able to either come up with ambiguous reasons as to why they were not valid -or- were based upon his "consultation with other attorneys" (just whom - i.e. "names" were not given) as to how to proceed with my case.
Ed strikes me as the type of individual who knows that they are in a position of authority (elected authority that is ... he was voted in and can easily be voted out), is making a nice salary, yet will get by with just enough effort in order to maintain that position come round next election time.
Seemed to be more concerned with adding "Wins" in his portfolio rather than "Maybes" or even "Losses".
If you case is of the latter pair, then expect little enthusiasm from Mr. Ed in seeing that justice will be served.
In closing, avoid this guy like the proverbial "Plague" and if you vote, be sure to cast a vote for a truly qualified attorney come next primary date.
