I’m glad I found Danielle to represent me during the worst time of my life fighting for custody. God works all things together for good to those who love Him. Words cannot express the goodness of the man or the skill or talent he possesses on so many levels. Robert successfully corrected all of the errors from the trial court, the attorney representing me, the attorney representing the other party, the judges errors, procedural errors and made a muddy swamp crystal clear, a box of Christmas lights a straight line. Justice was done. I was lead to Robert through a miracle of circumstances that I could not even orchestrate leading me to only one conclusion - Heaven sent. An angel. Wow--- completely blown away by Nate's skills as a mediator.
My case was extremely complex and went on for many years. We had already been to mediation several times before and parent coordination. We had not been able to have any movement or agreements on our case. Mediation was required to attend before we could go to trial so I didn't think we would reach any kind of agreement. I was so wrong. Nate is extremely skilled at what he does and was able to help us get a full settlement after being in a divorce and custody battle for YEARS. I'm grateful for his creativity and flexibility. He is QUICK thinking on his feet and stayed hours after he was supposed to because he saw we could reach a settlement. Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this divorce lawyer. From the start, their bedside manner was appalling—cold, brash, and completely lacking in empathy during what was already a difficult time. Communication was poor, and I felt like just another case file, not a person going througha life-altering situation. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed more interested in billing hours than actually providing quality legal support. Ultimately, we parted ways because I couldn’t continue working with someone so unprofessional. It felt like an absolute waste of both time and money. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who actually cares.

This program , the Law Firm, the Attorney’s, and everything they do for our community and the people of our community is absolutely amazing! My attorney Mr Brooks Fusselman and his associates helped me through a major crisis I was facing with an elderly landlord who didn’t even live in this country. This landlord tried to put me and my very young child on the street. The “Property Manager” is her alcoholic tenant who dwells downstairs from the house I leased for 12 months. He doesn’t like the noise of a child running down the hallway, or his bath time, etc.. therefore I was considered a “noise problem”.
Once Mr Brooks and the very generous people of Community Law Program took my case and started looking into the eviction process…they immediately took legal action to protect me and my child, giving me extra time to prepare for our sudden move and a new place to call home.. I could not have done this if it wasn’t for the kind hearted people at Community Law Program.
