Laura is an excellent attorney. I knew the ladies there would take care of me from the moment I entered the office. They made my daughter and me feel very comfortable. We hired Sonja to help with the custody and then the adoption of our son six months later. Sonja is incredibly personable and professional. Ive known good Attorneys But I im very impressed with the work Tim Rountree does he got my felony case dismissed in just one court day He got to the court and after just 10 minutes off speaking to the prosecuter I saw him go to the judge and in less then 15 minutes we came out and he gave me my motion to dismiss sing by the judge If you are ever in need off any legal assistance don't go waist time and money with No one else...I've known attorneys through out my life but had never seen such an impressive job done and not only that but Quick.

This lady was my Second lawyer after my first lawyer dropped out of my case cuz I wouldn’t take the 3to6 months of probation for a gun that I had Concealed next to me the police were rong and miss Taylor had my case dropped olny two days on the case and she got it dropped for me and I just got my 380 back from the police property room thank u so much for fighting for me and Doing your job honestly miss Taylor u are a blessing and I’m keeping her number in my phone just in case can’t thank Tanisha Taylor Enough wish she was here so I can give her a big big hug

I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. Robert Davis Jr. also took the time to meet with me when he was about to start a meeting with another client. I highly recommend working with this attorney.

Immediately after the accident I didn't think anything was wrong. Nothing hurt. It wasn't till after a few weeks that my neck began to ache. I thought of all the attorney names you see on TV and I called a few, but all turned me down. I thought there was no chance of getting any help, I had waited too long according to them. Ms. Munsinger met and easily exceeded my own expectations of what effective advocacy and representation should “look like”. All of my calls and questions were answered either directly or in an extremely prompt manner. It was especially evident of Attorney Munsinger’s professionalism when I witnessed the manner in which the staff at the adversarial attorney’s office worked with and respected her as well (this was a collaborative divorce case so the work is more collegial in nature). I had an important document that needed to be faxed. My bank at the time wasn't able to fax the document to Bexar County Attorney's District Office downtown. AT & T phone line service servers were down at the time causing problems for a lot of businesses. My bank called Attorney Adkisson's office asking about the fee price to have it faxed for me. I broke my wrist when I tripped over a cable in the aisle at Macy's Department Store in Alabama. I live in San Antonio Texas. I only wanted my medical expenses to be paid, but Macy's would not even talk to me. Mr. Karam investigated my claim and all of my medical bills and were paid for, and I got an additional $16,000, this did not include his fee. I did not expect any additional money. Mr Karam took care of the everything and checked on me to see if I got proper medical treatment and that my wrist was completely healed. He handled everthing personally and checked with my family to make sure I was satisfied. After my cast came off my wrist was very stiff and I could not move it. I needed a lot of physical therapy so I can play my violin again with my left wrist. I did not have to pay for the physical therapy. He did a fine job and I am very satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.
