My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.
Mr. Baseman and his team worked through the appeal with skills that only come from experience. He reiterated to the appeals Judges with accuracy my ex's very low character in the court of law and won my case.
Mr Baseman was very easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark Baseman and this firm for any family law appeals that anyone may have.

Richard is very professional and personable. My situation was complex. Many jurisdictions and asset classes. It is rare you will find a divorce lawyer with his background and ability to understand complex securities related issues. I fired three lawyers before I found him. Best decision I made in my whole divorce process was hiring him. I highly recommend Richard to anyone going through a divorce process. Richard has become a friend and I know he had my interests all the way through the process. I knew someone who had been arrested in NY and was facing extradition to Florida due to outstanding court issues and probation. I had contacted several attorneys who told me there was absolutely no way to get around the extradition and not much could be done for my friend. I was referred/found Maj and he knew exactly what to do and how to help. He was true to his word and used his expertise to get this person's probation issues cleared, charges handled and got the extradition taken care of so that this person could be released in New York. He was a miracle worker. I would highly recommend Mr. Vasigh for any of your legal needs.

Maj is awesome, caring, and so incredibly helpful. He was helpful and stayed on top of things with my husbands case, he had to repeatedly get in contact with the JA because of a ball they dropped. This went on for months and every time they got it wrong he was on them to get it fixed. On top of already getting my husbands second driving on a suspended license with knowledge thrown out with ease. Couldn’t have ask for a better attorney to work with on this, I’m very grateful for all he’s done for us. Highly recommend you hire him if you’re looking for a reliable defense attorney who will get the job done. Also he has a sense of humor so that’s a bonus!!

By far one of the best experiences I have had when needing help. David and his law firm took all the stress off our backs and totally put our concerns at ease. Natalie handled my divorce several years ago, but she has also handled several post judgment issues for me over the past few years since my divorce was finalized. The firm helped me with a bankruptcy, like millions of other people we hit hard times with the economy. I originally met with attorney Charles Stohlmen and he explained to me how I can “get rid of my second mortgage” – which we did successfully. Cheryl was very helpful and preparation of my paperwork. But Darcy in the corporate office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always returned every call and explained everything in detail with words I can actually understand. I am so relieved now that I don’t have creditors constantly calling and harassing! I am making monthly payments and I feel good that I am paying something back. But when I am finished – that second mortgage is gone – we are talking about $65,000 2nd mortgage!! I would totally recommend this firm to anyone!

Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.
