We were introduced to Damon Hudson, Attorney at Law with Singleton Schreiber a year ago in September, 2023.
Little did we know his qualifications were so vast. His knowledge of the law and his experience with insurance companies is amazing. He also takes time to explain things so laymen can understand and doesn't mind doing so. We were not only surprised with his manner of handling himself with our insurance company, but how he handled himself at court hearings.
He was definitely aware of what was happening. He maneuvered through the hearings with direction, knowledge and without hesitation. He knew exactly when to speak out and responded with authority and respect for the judge and the court.
He was born to be an attorney and showed it in his work. He is compassionate, dedicated and has pride in his work. He exceeds his qualifications.

I think he seems like he is gonna be a really good lawyer. My husband had a brain injury back in 2016. Before the injury he was a healthy ambitious person & our sole provider. He owned & ran a restaurant and catering business called Joe's Back N The Day. In October 2016 he had a surgery that he & I will forever regret him having! He is now 100% disabled..bedridden & wheelchair bound. We lost everything.. the business, our travel trailer and truck was repossessed but more importantly I lost my healthy husband! I now am his caregiver and will be for the rest of our lives. My husband & I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. I personally had given up. A few months before the statue of limitations was about to run out my husband called the law office of James Wood Law. I'll never forget my husband handing me the phone & telling me to talk again with another lawyer about what happened to him. I was irritated and didn't want to have to relive the story again. It was always emotionally exhausting for me but I got up & dusted myself off and relived the part in our lives I wished never happened. I can't recall exactly who I spoke to but she was very attentive & said she would give the attorney all my information and someone may call me back. I got a call back from Arslan Umarov. I am overwhelmed with joy from what Arslan, Jim & all the attorneys at James Wood Law has done for my family!!! There really is no words!!! I have had Barbara Arbuckle represent me on three separate legal matters over the last 17 years. The most complex case of the three was my divorce, which my now ex-husband involved our children in a felony, his refusal to manage our daughters chronic medical condition which resulted in her having a life-threatening emergency, his continued threats against my life, and his refusal to separate marital assets. Mrs. Arbuckle immediately address each issue as it arose, ensuring the safety of our children and myself throughout the time this case was active. She continually educated me on how each issue would be handled, the need for ancillary involvement (Children Protective Services) and obtained a restraining order for my safety.
With each new obstacle thrown at us by my ex-husband and his legal team, she overcame their disputes and often turned them into an advantage for me. She was able to prove to the courts what was true and false, exposing the many lies and deceptions given by my ex-husband. Her tireless work and dedication to my family speaks for itself. I could only presume that anything negative said against Mrs. Arbuckle would have to come from someone she opposed in court and beat, not from the person she represents.
