In this "Age of Communication" where responding is virtually impossible NOT to achieve, the Evans, Ga. branch of this Law Firm are professionals at being rude and condescending. It does not take 7 days to pick up a phone and return a phone call unless your building was demolished by a tornado. Professional courtesy, due diligence and good manners have not been displayed to (us). I have no doubt that others have had a better experience therefore I would have to say that prejudice falls into play here. To choose and select whom to help and dismiss others due to the size of the "purse" is immoral and unethical.

We went to Mr. Dekle with a personal injury case. He was very honest from the start saying personal injury is a very hard case to win. However, he fervently went to work for us. He researched our case, found expert witnesses, and dedicated himself to winning us a judgement . Mrs. McLeod represented me in a medical malpractice case I was involved in. It was my first time being sued and so I had no clue what to expect. On top of exemplifying every rating attribute (trustworthiness, responsiveness, etc.), Mr. King is also an efficient and proactive attorney. I was charged with a misdemeanor possession of marijuana along with a failure to stop at a stop sign. Upon our initial consult, Mr. King was very understanding of the personal circumstances surrounding my case, and even went so far as to console me through such a low point in life. Within 24 hrs of establishing a rapport and hiring Mr. King, he called to inform me that he already started working on my case as soon as I left, and my charges may be reduced to a disorderly conduct if I agreed to either a 6 month probationary period or a 3 weekend stint in jail. During the time before the sentencing, I had called Nicholson Revell LLP several times with questions regarding the case, and each time Mr. King called back promptly with clear and concise answers. My case concluded with the 'failure to stop' thrown out, and conviction of disorderly conduct with a 6 month probationary period along with a 250$ fine. I highly recommend Mr. King based not only on the outcome of the case, but his professionalism and proactivity as well.
