Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

Very poor customer service and coordination I was threatened by Rupa Ramp that if we didn’t agree to meet at a location I wanted to pick which is close to my work in certain minutes time frame to respond that they won’t meet or change location although we had enough time to coordinate, zero coordinating or meeting half way!!

Mr. McLean took a case against a Large Company as a contingency fee for personal injury because I didn't have the money to pay upfront for all the cost that was going to occur. Mr. McLean did a great job at explaining to me the process of the suit and what was going to happen and so forth. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His secretary was awesome and made terrific coffee! He was very knowledgeable in my case because he had a lot of experience in handling cases against large companies. The great thing about Mr. McLean is he gives you solid advice and if he doesn't know, then he has colleagues he can refer too. He doesn't BS you! The best thing about Mr. McLean is he is a true family man, and for me, I really respect that. He got me a settlement and everything we agreed on was done as promised. The only thing that I believe Mr. McLean would need to work on is his timing(scheduling), replies, and a little better communication. But with young children and other cases I can understand things can get crazy.
With that all being said, I definitely would recommend Mr. McLean as your attorney if you ever happen to need one!

After being hit in a car accident, I wasn't sure who to turn to for help. Mark was highly recommended by a colleague who said he was one of the best. She was definitely right! Mark took over for me from day one so that I could focus on my recovery. He was truly amazing. Anytime I had a question, he was there to help. I didn't have to worry about any of the legal aspects. If you are looking for someone who truly cares, goes above and beyond 24/7, you will not go wrong with choosing Mark. Mark was great! He handled my case quickly, and settled for 6X the amount the company had originally offered! It was like a weight being lifted as you receive a breath of fresh air! A single consultation, and a few emails later, we were closing the case! I wish I had gone to him sooner, instead of trying to deal with it all myself. So, if you're considering hiring Mark, but don't want to go into debit, ask yourself if you want to save money, or make it?!

After an accident with an 18 wheeler, we were totally lost on navigating the personal injury and medical side of things. We started receiving calls from the at-fault party’s insurance company trying to settle right away and knew we needed experienced help. I was a little hesitant to work with an attorney at first but we got connected with Chip Evans through a work referral program and he put me at ease right away. Chip is very down to earth, knowledgeable, never seemed in a rush and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt confident at every turn that we were in good hands. He was very patient with my long lists of questions and helped us tackle the pile of medical bills. Chip's case manager Nancy was a pleasure to work with as well and went to bat for us on more than one occasion--including a last minute (and super stressful!) situation that came up less than 48 hours before back surgery. Chip and Nancy were both amazing--very helpful every step of the way and got us through what ended up being just over a two year long process. I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Ive never used him or talked to this neighbor before the incident. Will wrote a letter to this individual and was successful in the removal of the Bad review.

I recently needed a lawyer for a real estate matter. I was referred to Walter by a Real Estate agent I trusted. I am glad she did. While a lot of firms would have looked at my case and said “You were wronged, but there isn’t enough money in this for us.” Walter, even though he is a high-powered attorney, looked at it as “You were wronged and that upsets me, let’s do something about it.” He cut through all the common hour building legal processes and got to the heart of the matter quickly and efficiently. We asked that he work towards a quick resolve so that we did not have to relive our problem for an extended period. He understood and got us a quick and satisfactory resolution. During this time, I came to really like Walter as a person. He is a good man with strong ethics. If I need a lawyer again for any reason, I will call Walter first.

Our trucking company hired Walter and his firm to defend against a non-compete claim. Walter took a single deposition, filed a summary judgment motion and the other side ended up paying our attorney’s fees. On other occasions, he successfully defended against wage and hour claims. On still other occasions, we were able to resolve matters without litigation. I’m impressed by his ability to cut through the legal nonsense and get results that makes sense. Walter is comfortable in a board room or a job trailer. Walter and his firm are the only attorneys we call when litigation rears its head.

If you are looking for a creative lawyer who can see strategies that other lawyers can’t grasp then Hunter is the lawyer for you. Nobody would take my case, but Hunter wasn’t intimidated by a health insurance contract that excluded coverage for my son. He never showed worry or doubt though the odds weren’t good. It took awhile, but we won.

Most folks would probably prefer to settle their case outside of court, but sometimes you can't get the other side to agree to a reasonable compromise. That is what happened in my case, so we went to a jury trial.
Hunter did his research and was extremely well prepared for the case. Even though we were trying the case in a venue that favored our opponent, Hunter's people skills and judgement were on full display in every aspect of the case. Long story short, we won thanks to him!

Not Recommended! I told Sandy in our phone conversation what I wanted in an attorney but she became defensive like I was trying to insult her, when rather I was talking about a hypothetical plus my own past experience dealing with attorneys .
Further, she did not honor her commitment to follow up with the documents I sent her.
I am sure there are better lawyers for people to consider.
