After an accident with an 18 wheeler, we were totally lost on navigating the personal injury and medical side of things. We started receiving calls from the at-fault party’s insurance company trying to settle right away and knew we needed experienced help. I was a little hesitant to work with an attorney at first but we got connected with Chip Evans through a work referral program and he put me at ease right away. Chip is very down to earth, knowledgeable, never seemed in a rush and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt confident at every turn that we were in good hands. He was very patient with my long lists of questions and helped us tackle the pile of medical bills. Chip's case manager Nancy was a pleasure to work with as well and went to bat for us on more than one occasion--including a last minute (and super stressful!) situation that came up less than 48 hours before back surgery. Chip and Nancy were both amazing--very helpful every step of the way and got us through what ended up being just over a two year long process. Chip Evans came highly recommended by a longtime friend who also practices law in Texas. He was responsive, professional and gave me extremely valuable information, on how to proceed in my civil matter. It wasn't until after I consulted with Chip, that things started to move in my legal situation. The Evans & Herlihy Law Firm was recommended to my husband when I got into a car accident and sustained multiple injuries. Chip Evans and his staff did a phenomenal job handling our case, helping us process all of the medical bills that came our way, advocating for us when facing insurance, and just being genuinely good people to talk with about our situation and options. After an accident with a semi truck I engaged Briggle Polan to assist me through the process. They were communicative, friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. They dealt with the other insurance carrier with ease despite the folks at that carrier being difficult (understatement). Andrea, one of the paralegals, was always available for a question or concern. In the end it all worked out. My car was repaired, my bills were paid, and that was my primary goal from the start.

I went through a hard time financially which led to some bad choices and criminal charges. I wanted to fix everything but had no idea why. Polan worked with me and got my case dismissed. Parker was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. The legal process was pretty long but he was able to respond either by phone calls or emails and keep me up to date with the progression of my case. So I was riding my bike to work and some lady hit me with her car. I got in contact with these guys and they handled all of the details of my case quickly, and answered any questions I had along the way. After all was said and done Briggle and Polan handled all of the hassles that come with accidents,medical bills, and all that jazz. Not to mention they got me an awesome insurance settlement. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with personal injury claims.

I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Ive never used him or talked to this neighbor before the incident. Will wrote a letter to this individual and was successful in the removal of the Bad review.

I recently needed a lawyer for a real estate matter. I was referred to Walter by a Real Estate agent I trusted. I am glad she did. While a lot of firms would have looked at my case and said “You were wronged, but there isn’t enough money in this for us.” Walter, even though he is a high-powered attorney, looked at it as “You were wronged and that upsets me, let’s do something about it.” He cut through all the common hour building legal processes and got to the heart of the matter quickly and efficiently. We asked that he work towards a quick resolve so that we did not have to relive our problem for an extended period. He understood and got us a quick and satisfactory resolution. During this time, I came to really like Walter as a person. He is a good man with strong ethics. If I need a lawyer again for any reason, I will call Walter first.

Our trucking company hired Walter and his firm to defend against a non-compete claim. Walter took a single deposition, filed a summary judgment motion and the other side ended up paying our attorney’s fees. On other occasions, he successfully defended against wage and hour claims. On still other occasions, we were able to resolve matters without litigation. I’m impressed by his ability to cut through the legal nonsense and get results that makes sense. Walter is comfortable in a board room or a job trailer. Walter and his firm are the only attorneys we call when litigation rears its head.

If you are looking for a creative lawyer who can see strategies that other lawyers can’t grasp then Hunter is the lawyer for you. Nobody would take my case, but Hunter wasn’t intimidated by a health insurance contract that excluded coverage for my son. He never showed worry or doubt though the odds weren’t good. It took awhile, but we won.

Most folks would probably prefer to settle their case outside of court, but sometimes you can't get the other side to agree to a reasonable compromise. That is what happened in my case, so we went to a jury trial.
Hunter did his research and was extremely well prepared for the case. Even though we were trying the case in a venue that favored our opponent, Hunter's people skills and judgement were on full display in every aspect of the case. Long story short, we won thanks to him!

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in November of 2023. The worst mistake I made was not contacting Glen Larson Law sooner. I waited two months after the accident to get them involved. I never would have thought that the at fault insurance company would deny liability with all the evidence in my favor, but they did. Even though I waited to contact them, Glen and Marco worked extremely hard to gather all the evidence to help support my case. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they managed to get the body cam and dash cam footage from the responding officer the day of my accident. They managed to get the other insurance company to back down and settle for the maximum policy amount! They always kept me updated on my case and would proudly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!

Mr. McLean took a case against a Large Company as a contingency fee for personal injury because I didn't have the money to pay upfront for all the cost that was going to occur. Mr. McLean did a great job at explaining to me the process of the suit and what was going to happen and so forth. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His secretary was awesome and made terrific coffee! He was very knowledgeable in my case because he had a lot of experience in handling cases against large companies. The great thing about Mr. McLean is he gives you solid advice and if he doesn't know, then he has colleagues he can refer too. He doesn't BS you! The best thing about Mr. McLean is he is a true family man, and for me, I really respect that. He got me a settlement and everything we agreed on was done as promised. The only thing that I believe Mr. McLean would need to work on is his timing(scheduling), replies, and a little better communication. But with young children and other cases I can understand things can get crazy.
With that all being said, I definitely would recommend Mr. McLean as your attorney if you ever happen to need one!

Mark was great! He handled my case quickly, and settled for 6X the amount the company had originally offered! It was like a weight being lifted as you receive a breath of fresh air! A single consultation, and a few emails later, we were closing the case! I wish I had gone to him sooner, instead of trying to deal with it all myself. Not Recommended! I told Sandy in our phone conversation what I wanted in an attorney but she became defensive like I was trying to insult her, when rather I was talking about a hypothetical plus my own past experience dealing with attorneys . ​
Further, she did not honor her commitment to follow up with the documents I sent her.
I am sure there are better lawyers for people to consider.

Jack and his staff were superb! I am not a direct family member but I was at the consultation for moral support to my grieving family after having lost their father, my uncle. I hired Jack back in 2020 to work on a wrongful death claim. I just received a letter in the mail that he dropped my case. No explanation. Nothing. His assistant talked to me probably 4 times. I talked to Jack twice. I have three months before this case can never be tried. Come to find out Jack never filed anything or did anything on this case. This is just wrong. All he did was waste a year and a half.

My daughter passed away at birth 1998 and we hired Ryan as our lawyer. We were told by Ryan we needed to file a paper to show we were serious. Less than a month later he called with news hospital was ready to settle.He also informed us that his fee was 40% plus expenses, I told him it was 33% unless we went to court' He informed me because we filed that the paper he claimed was needed it was 40%. I told him I did not care if we ever settled that he misled us Just then phone started beeping because it was running out of batteries.Ryan was concerned I was taping him.I told him what do have to worry about. Then I told him the reason for beeping and hung up. Needles to say he had us over a barrel. So out of the goodness of his black heart he settled for 36% with hospital and 40% for doctor plus expenses. He ended up with more money then we received from doctor after expenses about 60/40. Expenses very questionable restaurants experts/ friends! I did try to file in 2000 with State bar in Austin but gave up it is difficult. Since then my son passed away also. I started thinking people do not need the person who is supposed to help take advantage of your lack of knowledge during the worst time of your life. In his defense this happened 19 years ago maybe he changed. Please beware!
