Joe Manna is the kind of lawyer you want on your side when you feel helpless and confused. Unfortunately my family lost our mother to what we felt were bad decisions by her surgeon and his residents. Rafael is a dillagent attorney, carasmatitic and a good listener. I went to several consultations before a went to Rafael costing me a few hundered dollars everytime. I was told by these other attorneys that my case would be difficult to win and they weren't interested. I felt as though no one was listening to me or really cared about my hardships. I knew that what had been done to me wasn't right and I never wanted anyone else to go through what I had gone though. Rafael listened and answered my questions. He has a great presence in the court room and is a force to be reckoned with. If I had it to do over again, I'd hire him again. I have referred him to several people and will continue to do so.
