Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

I was injured on the job and barely could walk and was offered a very low settlement by a company’s insurance rep. I felt it was unreasonable so I looked in the yellow pages under K because my last name began with a K. I saw John P. Kolb’s name and decided I was just going for a consultation. Extremely nervous I was greeted with a very warm welcome and immediately felt that I was important. After one hour with John, I realized I need this lawyer in my corner. John took the time and explained my case in words I could understand. I Never felt rushed. I signed with John and my life changed. During my 2-year case John kept me updated as my case moved forward. Then after everything was said and done John called me and asked would I be happy with a settlement 10 times what I was offered. Bingo, I said yes and the rest is history. I had a medical malpractice complaint against a Dr who left me disabled. It was not a complication of the surgery. He damaged an area that he should not have been any where close to. The expert was weak and really didn’t look at all the facts. They lied to me about going to trial. They did not even get the injury correct. When I read the depositions I thought they were working for the physician. I wish I never had hired them. I haven’t been able to work since the injury and we spent a good portion of our savings on Dr bills. They dropped my case after 5 years and it’s been impossible to find a new lawyer. I’m now trying to get a job and no one wants to hire a nurse who’s disabled and has been out of work for seven years. Not only has this physician ruined my entire life but these lawyers didn’t know enough about nerve injuries to take the case. They also printed up a fake trial date on a court document and gave it to me to make me believe we were going to trial. Who does that?

When I first spoke with him he sounded very confident and promising which helped reduce and relieve the stress.
