I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service. I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

Gerald and his team were so organized and his expert witnesses were so good that he won the biggest verdict ever in Hall County, GA., according to Jakob Medley's grandmother. Jakob needed a breathing tube when he was born, but it took eight minutes for the hospital to supply one, and he was born terribly brain injured. The $8.5 million the jury awarded showed they agreed the hospital was at fault. Jakob's grandmother now will have the financial means to give him the best life possible. She has nothing but praise for Gerald and would recommend him to anyone.

Ken won a $6.5 million settlement for the Riveras, whose son was born brain-injured at the hospital at Ft. Hood, TX. According to the lawsuit, Kasie Rivera’s pregnancy had been proceeding normally until near the end of her term, when the doctors decided to induce labor because the baby’s growth slowed down. Even though fetal heart monitoring showed the baby was in distress in the womb, the doctors kept Kasie laboring instead of doing a C-section. When the baby was born he was severely brain injured. Suing a government hospital is hard, but Ken did a great job and got the Riveras a settlement that will help them take care of their son for the rest of his life. Based on what he did for the Riveras, I think Ken would do a wonderful job for anyone needing his help.

A year ago, I was attacked by a pit bull during a door dash delivery. The dog attacked my left calf and I was left bleeding on the owner's lawn. Luckily there were neighbors that came to my aid and an ambulance came and took me to emergency. The attack was so bad that it resulted in a big scar on my left calf.
I felt that I needed to be compensated for something that could have easily been avoided by the owners. So I contacted Louthian Law Firm and told them about my case. I gave them the details and showed them the scar and they believed that I had a real case.
I can't tell you how helpful Brianna Higgins and Bert Louthian were throughout the whole process, as it was my first time contacting a law firm of some sort. They walked me through the process and eventually settled the case, which helped me get a lot of compensation.

As a lawyer he does good on your behalf, just don’t expect a lot of communication and he is very arrogant. He will remind you consistently about what a good attorney he is in case you have doubt. But again he is a good attorney for our community. I would recommend him if you have a serious case you are fighting. He will gain your confidence. His presentation is excellent. Just be well prepared. Every lawyer has their flaws and his is being extremely arrogant and make sure your money is right and you have a lot of patience.

Don’t trust this lady with the most important things in your life. My divorce, went on for a year and a half. I paid $12k to this Law Firm to do nothing. First mistake the judge will appoint one lawyer to turn in the paperwork for child support. They appointed my lawyer She never turned it in. I Kept calling the courts house to see how much my child support . Then I find out she never turned in the paperwork. Her mistake made me behind $5000. Me and my ex-wife gave my father-in-law $50,000 to buy his company. Which we had 500 shares of stock in the company. Miss Bowen told me that in evidence finding that it was no proof of 500 shares. She kept on giving me the runaround about this. We went to mediator, That Miss Bowen did on zoom while my ex-wife and her lawyer was there. Saying that she had a flat tire but still charge me $3000 dollars for it. While she was never really present leaving the zoom turning her camera off so we couldn’t see her. Nothing got settled. Then the day before the final court date she called me saying that we did have 500 shares, but it was gonna be a problem in court. So I made a bad decision to go with what she advise me to do. But to find out later she was wrong. So I settle out of court to get half the money back from company that I put in. My settlement agreement was $75k. Miss Bowen told me I would receive that money within 3 weeks. It took 3 1/2 months before I got the entire amount. Had to call her and she only send me 25k. She said that the other money was held up in HER bank. 4 weeks went by had to email her she only sent me $20 thousand more. Then another 4 week went by I had to email her again then she sent me another $20 thousand. These went on for months. She did these like it was her money. A couple more things went wrong but I’m running out of room but I think you get the message. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
