Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

I have been trying to get ahold of the individual helping me with my case and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have called, text, and emailed multiple times and no one ever reaches back out to me. I am wary on finishing paying off the fee because I am supposed to be working with Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy but the invoice says Fresh Start.

We had a case that was being handled by another firm and just before trial we were told that there was a conflict..... Thankfully we were referred to John Case and he took on our case though it was a tough situation pushed through all the obstacles and got a final resolution to a very emotional and stressful ordeal, from an injury sustained and no one would come forward even though there were plenty of witnesses, he and his investigators stayed diligent and sent the message that got this case resolved with the best results that could be had. we are very greatful to him for all his hard work!

Elizabeth Howard's firm was our guiding light when our brother became terminally ill in a hospital in Colorado. Since my sister and I were both living in two different states, we had limited time to spend with him in CO. My brother did not have a will of any kind and we sadly had to return to our home states without his getting one completed. I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I would highly recommend Chalat Hatten & Banker, PC to anyone who is in need of legal advice.

I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. He sent faxes to my outstanding bills and stayed on top of things like contacting my lien companies and insurance companies to keep the ball rolling so my case would not be held up. He made sure to communicate with me so I knew what was going on and was available for consultation when necessary so I did not feel alone and scared. A life changing accident like mine was one of the worst things that could happen to me and my foot will never be the same. This tragic accident was a terrible storm and very hard to get through and my life and health is forever changed. Working with Russell however brought a rainbow after the storm and a brighter future than I ever thought I would find from such a tragic accident.

I fell down my stairs in 2008. They were built incorrectly and not up to code. I sustained a neck injury and had to have surgery on my neck. I retained an attorney that I thought was going to help me but she didn't. I was very frustrated and disappointed so I did some research. I researched and contacted several attorneys in
Denver that handled slip and fall cases but was not satisfied with the initial phone conversations or actual meetings.
In June of 2010, I found Mr. Koupal on the internet and was impressed with his profile and credentials. I contacted Chris and set up an appointment to meet with him. I found Chris to be very knowledgable, professional, confident and a man of intregrity. Chris agreed to take my case and also helped me handle the dismissal of my other attorney in a very positive and professional manner. From that point on, he proceeded to research, investigate and move forward with my case. He kept me well informed almost on a weekly basis for over a year. Chris always emailed me back or contacted me by phone regarding the progress of my case. As a result from the neck surgery, I had accquired many medical bills that totaled thousands of dollars. I felt confident and at ease knowing that he was doing everything he possibly could to resolve and settle my case. Chris knew that I didn't want to have to go to trial and worked very hard to make sure that we would avoid going to trial. He had his work cut out for him as the builder had vanished which made my case more difficult and challenging. We hired "Woodruff" years ago, literally on a wing and a prayer..."God, please let us find the best attorney for our child." God did not disappoint.
When we first met David, he was quiet and unassuming. He was politely matter-of-fact as he explained the law to us, the "easier" bits of a lawsuit, and the difficulties that were sure to come in a case as complex as ours. He promised that he would do everything in his power to help our child, and then he set about to do just that.
There were so many issues, so many uphill battles that had to be fought and won. Each step of our case seemed fraught with peril. David even had to travel back to the state of origin to force production. David went above and beyond for us. Even when it was looking bleak, as it did at times, David reassured us that, no matter what, he was all in.
When it came time for trial, David masterfully weaved the threads of a broken, fragmented, tangled mess of chaos into a clear and powerful portrait of what happened to our child and why. Every question was answered. He fought for her. He advocated for her when no one else would even try. And he won.
There are no words that could ever come close, no words that are big enough or grand enough or mighty enough to show just how grateful we are that Clark Kent just so happened to be at his desk one day, and just so happened to answer his phone.

I'm not one to write reviews, but Jay Reinan deserves one. Without going into details of my case, I'd like to commend Jay for his absolute grasp of fundamental legal issues, without the all-too-prevalent prescient grasp of potential clients' wallets. I admit to having been "down on attorneys," but this guy is actually restoring my faith in this much-denigrated profession.
If you have a good case, bring it to Jay. He'll tell you the truth about your case, quickly and succinctly. If you have an unusual case, you're in good hands - he isn't one to recoil in horror nor to dismiss a valid claim, substantiated by sufficient and relevant evidence, no matter how much the claim may raise the eyebrows of other less forward-thinking attorneys.
His paralegal, Melissa, is whip-smart and empathetic. His offices are convenient to downtown, and parking is easy. What's not to like?

I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

I was working for an employer who suddenly stopped paying me for my work and tried to get out of paying me at all. When I ended our contract for nonpayment, I found out he hadn't paid anyone who had left the company. I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.
