I was referred to Ms. Huchton by another attorney. She really turned out to be a great lawyer who was really knowledgeable about Medical Malpractice which enabled her to give realistic recommendations and negotiate for the best settlement for her client. Additonally, I found her very personable and empathic.

Veteran Approved! Thanks to Dunham and Jones, my life is much better than I thought it would be after getting arrested. I made a bad choice that caused me to end up in serious legal trouble. I personally had a great experience with both Wes (representing me) and Vanessa’s (assistant) assistance throughout my court case. I don’t recall who I did the initial meeting with, but it was very professional and I couldn’t beat the price. I believe this was the most reasonable pricing for anything that I have needed legal service for in El Paso. I will say initially, I felt as though communication was “far and in between” and I am a person who prefers frequent communication. What helped with me was emailing them both and they would respond to me in a timely manner to my questions. Any questions I had they were both able to answer, and though at times I thought I may have known best Wes would come to me with great reasoning. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. Thank you.
I will add:: We do have to remember that the legal system goes at its own pace and as much as we want things to speed along, the ones who represent us can only do so much in that regard; they are also at the “mercy” of the courts.

Clark hermanson was recommened to me about 2 years ago when i was hit by a drunk driver.
My first car accident so didnt really know what to expect with the whole lawyer thing.
Just knew my car was totaled and i suffered some minor injuries thank god.
So i saw clark he took my case he was straight forward on what can happen.
Hes firm was also helpful during the case like hes asistant Rosy im assuming hes right hand.
Never kept me in the dark,kept me updated on whats to come n so forth.
They got me my money within a year which was pretty fast to me n it also came in at the right time i needed it haa.
I thought i got a fair amount and if i was ever in another one he would be the one i would go too.
So thank you to the Harmonson firm.

have never had to have an attorney before, but was very upset after the long-term disability insurance I paid the max on every year just in case of exactly what happened with my health, denied me. Marc Whitehead’s office has worked tirelessly for 4 years so far with me. There is no way I could have gotten anywhere on my own with the long-term disability company, which is a shame, and I feel for anybody who needs it.
Melissa High and Kyle Rich, among others, have been particularly helpful along the way and I can’t speak more highly about them. They’ve helped me through a very challenging time.

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Stewart Forbes was assigned to my father's estate as an temporary administrator even though his spouse was representing my step mom. Stewart Forbes never contacted any of the siblings from day one. He only represented the the interest of his spouses client. His only goal is to sell everything off in an estate as fast as possible to make his commission. He does not follow any of the guidelines set forth by the state. Multiple emails and attempts to communicate remain in awnsered. The one time he did respond it can off like a angry two year old. This man will not serve your best interest.

I wrote a previous review. I was contracted process service. Never could get anyone to open the door, answer the phone, and he doesn't even put his name on the door. Did the work, but he ghosted me. Had to send a demand letter by Certified mail. I finally got the affidavits sent to State of Florida Child Support via One Serve Legal. Mr. Gandsra blocked the service app from producing any affidavits. I never got paid.
