A few years back Len Sperber handled a lawsuit against our company for a liability claim. The company that handled our insurance found a loophole in our policy and denied insurance for that claim. End result several months later, what could have been a financial disaster ended in a sigh of relief. It was settled for $1000. Need I say more

I retained Ted Naima for legal assistance regarding an auto accident. Since the very first meeting, Ted was direct and honest about the upcoming legal process and expectations. Ted explained the litigation process is great details, collected the necessary documents, and filed the process. Ted continued to press the responded until the proper resolution of the case. Ted did not take No for an answer from the insurance company. At the end, Ted prevailed and I'm very happy with the result! Mr. Naima helped me after I was hit in my work truck stopped at a red light. I Lost most of my tools and machines in the accident. I also recieved quite a few stitches on my face and gashed my arm. However through this negative time MR Naima was able to not only help me recover what I had worked so hard to purchase over the years, but he actually cared. He not only followed up to check on me he was genuine and honest... Rare in attorneys but there are some good people out there and Mr Naima was one of them.

I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I found that Mr.Ford also was their for support and was able to leave the worrying aside.He filed all the papers and documents on a very timely schedule,court dates and what to expect.Mr.Ford was very professional and his office kept me up to date every step of the way.My case was complicated and other issues were addressed concerning property and maintenance.Mr.Ford called or emailed me with information and he stayed on top of things,which is very important as the court system is backed up so time was very important to me. I found that Mr.Ford was very educated in all aspects by book and his many years of experience...he was able to "think outside the box"..In the final out come my divorce was granted and all property matters etc. were finalized and I was made whole again..Mr.Ford did get me everything on the list that was requested at our very first meeting.It went down exactly as he planned and said it would go. Scott effectively negotiated a settlement with 2 insurance companies following an auto accident. He explained to us the basics of insurance, no-fault and tort law and set our expectations early. My story is a long one but ill try to keep it as short as possible. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Basically a lady pretty much hit me at a perpendicular angle, or to better put it she "t-boned" me. I flew off the bike and my right side hit a tree. The impact was severe and left me with literally around 3 pages worth of injuries. The most severe of my injuries is that I have no use of my tight hand any more and i am in constant physical pain. Not the kind of pain you can just think of something else and it would go away.. It's the kind of pain that will cripple you. I've had about 4 spinal surgery and nothing worked.
Words cannot describe what David has been to me. Nevertheless, i will try. First he's been a loyal, trustworthy and honorable friend. Second he's been a great lawyer from the start of my case to the end. He's kept every single promise made to me, kept me updated as things went by, made me feel confident enough to talk to him about anything regarding the case, he even answered phone calls at all kinds of ridiculous hours just to make me feel comfortable.
I couldn't think of a better man, or lawyer for me.
In conclusion, i am more than satisfied with everything he's done for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty with me, for that i must say he's more than a lawyer to me, he's a trusted friend i've gained for life.

.While working for the NYPD as a school crossing guard,I was involed in a serious accident, the accident was life altering. While in the Hospital my Family and I realizied how serious my injuries were. My son Chris had experience working with Mr. Brand through his employment. Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied.
