This has been my first experience with an automobile accident, I was referred to Accident and Personal Injury Law Center, I met with Atty Mary Jo Meives, she is a wonderful, and very knowledgeable attorney . All my questions were answered, she is helping me throughout this horrible accident, I left her office knowing that everything was going to work out only because of her. Mr Koerner walked me through what the process was going to be from start to finish. He never overpromised or made anything sound easier than it was going to be. He stayed with the case and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion in a shorter amount of time than he originally said. He worked hard for me and did a very good job. I would recommend him to my best friend. He is honest and doing things for the right reasons.

Hugh is a real fighter, and he always treated me like I was his most important client. He won my civil rights case despite going up against tough odds, lying cops, and two opposing lawyers. Currently in the process for a rear-end collision back in October. I’m not sure what happened to the gentleman below and Virgina but, I can tell you that she has explained to me the process and always answers my texts or calls. Her staff at the office are on top of anything that comes up, especially Stephanie! I feel comfortable to call either and they always answer any time. I text Virginia often and she always has my back with whatever small issues/concerns I have. The at-fault party has already sent me a collision check (it only took 2 weeks or less).
I wouldn’t pay too much to the review from 2016. Lawyers don’t drop clients unless there was a reason. Seeing as his wife was still driving around illuminate that her case may not have been as serious. I can’t drive so Virginia made sure i had Uber’s to and from Physical Therapy.

We went with this firm because of the rating and reviews - DONT make the same mistake we did…… I live out of state and my parents were based in Florida. We were looking for a group that would make this as seamless and easy as possible. Instead, we got confrontational rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Fernando twice and then he passed us off to his cronie Maribel. Maribel has no business dealing with people in general, especially people that are grieving the loss of their parents and trying to handle an estate from out of state.
Every time my brother or I spoke with this individual, it seemed as if we were a complete bother to her - she was hands down the rudest “ professional “ I have ever had the displeasure of paying to work for us.
Our estate was VERY small $237k - split between 3 youths ( as one share ) and 2 adults and yet we paid them 37k !!!!!!!!! An utterly ridiculous amount !~
Sadly and unfortunate for us , this was a process we knew nothing about and did not interview or research other firms so please do your research before going with these people.
