He has been representing me in a case for seven straight years. He has never missed responding to a call voicemail text email and seven straight years. I was involved in a very traumatic malpractice suit against a major hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This man never gave up on me even when it look like I gave up on myself. I think the heavens above for a kindhearted, humble man that he is. I trust his judgment and I believe what he says. You never have to wonder about his integrity. He is one of the good ones. He is now considered my family. I want to leave this honest review so people like me ( like us ) 👋🏾can find an attorney that is humble. He talked me through the process. Nowadays, so many attorneys take the money and run and forget their clients. This man has never done this to me. No matter what he helped me when other attorneys said I did not have a case. He fought seven straight years and as of today I can say we WON and he did not force me to do anything that I did not want to do. I can vouch 100% for this man and his character integrity his honesty for seven good years. We’re at the finish nine now!!!!! We are waiting on disbursements of funds and I will be taking him out to a FANCY dinner!!!!❤️❤️❤️That’s the least I can do for answering and responding and treating me like a human. 🙏🏿💯❤️

Received great advice from Mr. Armiger! He was honest and caring with my situation. He was humble enough to point me towards the proper firm for my issue. He also spent plenty of time with me to ease my concerns.

Having Burton Padove as my lawyer for my divorce was a smart decision. Initially, when I spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns! What a gem he proved to be!
I was confident in him getting the results I deserved. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to me which made me more confident through out the process. We needed an attorney that could protect our mother’s financial and medical legal issues and Burt was the right person for the job. He was respectful and so helpful and fast everything came together. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Mr. Kruse was assigned as my court appointed attorney and did absolutely wonderful work for me. I’m a resident in another state, but he was able to help me with a case I had in Lebanon, Indiana. Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I faced costly emergency and other medical bills soon after the incident and dreaded the time-consuming effort of arguing with insurance companies as well as potentially losing money as a result of an accident. I literally had the best possible experience with a lawyer one could ever hope for or ask for in dealing with Mr Farnbauch. His honesty and candor were incredible. Most of us are conditioned to think "lawyers = money-hungry crooks" based on previous experiences with them and society's view of them by-and-large. David is the polar opposite of this philosophy/view! Without getting into the specifics of my case, he gave me advice that benefitted ME, not him. All his dealings with me and advice through my case was for my benefit and not his. He very clearly approached my case in a way that maximized my standing above all else, and was less concerned with getting money from me than he was concerned with making sure I came out of my case in the best possible way. We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. He did explained our game plan and angle we were taking in court plus explained why so I felt like I was a part of the team. Mr. Petri handled a personal injury case for me several years ago. His investigators gathered the relevant evidence within hours after the accident. He fought like a tiger for me, and the insurance company settled shortly after he presented the evidence. Vern and his team did a super job.. I could not have been more satisfied.
On another occasion I consulted with him involving a matter related to an estate. He solved my problem quickly, and a his fee was more than reasonable for his professional advice.
I also worked for Mr. Petri as an expert witness with respect to economic damages from 1975 to 2005. I can testify that he is one of the best advocates a plaintiff can hire. He will take high risk cases that most other attorneys would not consider taking. By using the investigative skills he developed in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service, I have seen him uncover evidence that resulted in very large settlements and verdicts for his clients. I worked for Mr. Petri on two of those high risk cases that I believe no attorney in America could have done better for his clients. I recommend him without reservations to anyone seeking a plaintiff's attorney.

We Can not explain how blessed we are to have found Mr Petri ! My husband has sustained a lifelong injury due to malpractice. I reached out for help on avvo about a personal injury . Originally we were assisted by a law firm in Indianapolis but for some unfortunate reason they transferred our case to Lance Worland. We (my wife and I) signed a contract with Mr Worland. Well I must tell you that I and my wife were absolutely thrilled with this attorney. Not only was he polite and always willing to answer questions but he was astonishingly fast to get us restitution and payment for our injuries. When I say astonishingly fast I mean within 120 days we reached a settlement agreement and got paid. We are very very happy with the results. His rates were fair and we didn't have to pay anything up front. His expertise in this area is very admirable. From day 1 I told him I was a straight forward man. I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. Not only was he able to secure a maximum settlement from the car owner's minimum state coverage but his diligent research found that the out of state driver of the car had additional insurance that he could access. Lance turned what was thought to be a lost cause into a sizable settlement that adequately compensated me for my injuries. Tony helped my family reach a settlement after a semi struck our car. Our injuries were very significant and my oldest daughter was hospitalized for about 3 months. I am on disability now. Throughout the entire process, starting with the initial visit in the hospital I felt extremely confident with Tony in every possible way. He was always there for us in taking calls, returning them, or meeting with us promptly. He was confident and VERY knowledgeable. He explained the process and anything that we didn't understand. Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. She was tactful, but headstrong from day 1. She did everything she could to hold the hospital and staff accountable for their negligence. Not once, did I sense from her that this was about her firm or just the monetary end. She has a heart for those that have been mistreated. She also was great from the client/professional standpoint. Two years ago I retained Mr. Michael Misch regarding an American Disabilities violation issue. I remember my first interview with him as if it was yesterday. Mr. Misch presented himself in a very professional manner and yet you could tell he was empathetic and interested in my case. He sat and listened to my story without interruption. Mr. Johnson was always available, business hours, evenings, weekends and even Holidays. He would acknowledge any questions or concerns I had via, telephone, e-mail or even text messages, in a timely manner. Being a very complex and complicated case, there were few moments when he was not personally knowledgeable regarding a specific area, he advised me of such immediately, however he would then seek out the necessary information or persons whom where knowledgeable to keep things moving forward. He would always keep me informed as well as guide me. He never faltered. I always felt he was in complete control of any given situation of the case which seemingly branched in a multitude of directions and was extremely complex.
