He has been representing me in a case for seven straight years. He has never missed responding to a call voicemail text email and seven straight years. I was involved in a very traumatic malpractice suit against a major hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This man never gave up on me even when it look like I gave up on myself. I think the heavens above for a kindhearted, humble man that he is. I trust his judgment and I believe what he says. You never have to wonder about his integrity. He is one of the good ones. He is now considered my family. I want to leave this honest review so people like me ( like us ) 👋🏾can find an attorney that is humble. He talked me through the process. Nowadays, so many attorneys take the money and run and forget their clients. This man has never done this to me. No matter what he helped me when other attorneys said I did not have a case. He fought seven straight years and as of today I can say we WON and he did not force me to do anything that I did not want to do. I can vouch 100% for this man and his character integrity his honesty for seven good years. We’re at the finish nine now!!!!! We are waiting on disbursements of funds and I will be taking him out to a FANCY dinner!!!!❤️❤️❤️That’s the least I can do for answering and responding and treating me like a human. 🙏🏿💯❤️

My first phone call to Mr. Bolenbaugh was returned after 5pm (on Friday I believe) by Mr. Bolenbaugh himself and his initial email followed over the weekend as promised. When we met he answered everything and even offered extras from his professional experience. He did not push or rush me but responded to every email I sent. He helped me with my SSDI. And it turned out great for me and alot quicker than I expected.

Having Burton Padove as my lawyer for my divorce was a smart decision. Initially, when I spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns! What a gem he proved to be!
I was confident in him getting the results I deserved. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to me which made me more confident through out the process. We needed an attorney that could protect our mother’s financial and medical legal issues and Burt was the right person for the job. He was respectful and so helpful and fast everything came together. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

Mr. Petri handled a personal injury case for me several years ago. His investigators gathered the relevant evidence within hours after the accident. He fought like a tiger for me, and the insurance company settled shortly after he presented the evidence. Vern and his team did a super job.. I could not have been more satisfied.
On another occasion I consulted with him involving a matter related to an estate. He solved my problem quickly, and a his fee was more than reasonable for his professional advice.
I also worked for Mr. Petri as an expert witness with respect to economic damages from 1975 to 2005. I can testify that he is one of the best advocates a plaintiff can hire. He will take high risk cases that most other attorneys would not consider taking. By using the investigative skills he developed in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service, I have seen him uncover evidence that resulted in very large settlements and verdicts for his clients. I worked for Mr. Petri on two of those high risk cases that I believe no attorney in America could have done better for his clients. I recommend him without reservations to anyone seeking a plaintiff's attorney.

We Can not explain how blessed we are to have found Mr Petri ! My husband has sustained a lifelong injury due to malpractice. I am a veteran! This can make it hard to handle claims for injuries. I was in a car accident 2 years ago. I am not from Indiana, but was traveling there when hit by a drunk driver. Therefore all my claims were made online. I never saw Todd in person, but he called and emailed me often. He always responded quickly!
The claim process was hard, but Todd took care of it perfectly. He made sure the claim was processed and the VA was handled. Any outside care I needed he worked with them too. I had a payout and Todd handled the checks, medical records, talking to the insurance companies, and treated my case with absolute care. Despite how much I was going to receive I knew he would take care of my case. Whether I was paid out tons of money or only a fraction he made sure to handle it well and professionally. It’s important to have a lawyer even for the VA because they will want to be reimbursed. Many people don’t realize this but all medical expenses need to be accounted for even through the VA. A lawyer is important who knows how to work the VA system.
During the claims and judicial process I understood what was happening and felt like the process was easy for me since Todd did it all. I recommend Todd! Especially if you handle most of your injuries through the VA, tricare, geico, or progressive. He handles your case even through the phone as if you were in his office. I have no complaints with his services.

Terri is a wonderful person and powerful lawyer. I have had Terri has my custody lawyer since 2019/2020. She has always told me what I needed to hear in a respectful way. Any email or call I have made, I received answers back within 24-48 hours if not immediately. This hasn’t changed over the years of business I’ve had with her, even when I know I can be a bit annoying. David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I faced costly emergency and other medical bills soon after the incident and dreaded the time-consuming effort of arguing with insurance companies as well as potentially losing money as a result of an accident. My employer spoke highly of Jason, and I understand why. He and his staff were cordial, professional, and responsive during every step of my case. It was a great support knowing his staff was working on my personal injury claim and and answering my financial questions while I resumed a normal lifestyle without that added burden.
