I had a very serious injury that was due to someone else’s negligence. I was not sure I had a case so I called Doug who was referred to me by another attorney that I have used previously. When I spoke to him on the phone he said he would come to my house the next day since he knew I was recovering from the surgery. I didn’t expect him to show up nor did I feel hopeful about my situation. Doug showed up at my house and took the time to hear my story. Long story short he stuck through a long process of courts being shutdown due to COVID 19 etc.... He was able to get me a settlement by providing evidence of negligence against the other party. I am very happy and blessed to have Doug as my attorney.

I came to John Phillips office with little or no hope that I could prove my innocence or survive the alligations against me, I didn't think I would survive emotionally what myself and family were being put through. John along with Reid Hart listen to my story, they explained to me what they could do help me,and how they would go about helping me.My family and I felt so much better about my case and my chances of clearing my name after my conversation with John Phillips, and Ried Hart. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc and his team of legal staff made me feel like everything would be ok and they held my hand throughout the entire painful process. I trusted them with my case and they did not disappoint! Marc was able to get my reluctant insurance company to pay the full amount of the policy! Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process. Years later, just a month ago he repented me against an insurance company to recover work related income lost to their client wrecking our work vehicle which is our source of income. I would and do send any of my friends and family to him. He is ethically professional and morally sound on a personal level. If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. Mr. Watson was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He took the time to explain my rights as an employee in the workplace, and stood up for my rights as a worker. I was falsely accused by management of actions that I did not do. Mr. Watson provided excellent council making inroads and solving problems when the union was inept at providing me with proper representation.
