I used these guys for a case back in 2020, I was not very impressed with them then and I am not impressed with them now. You don’t speak to an attorney you speak to a case manager, who is not an attorney or have experience with information that pertains to the legal process.

A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc and his team of legal staff made me feel like everything would be ok and they held my hand throughout the entire painful process. I trusted them with my case and they did not disappoint! Marc was able to get my reluctant insurance company to pay the full amount of the policy! I now have the funds that I need to continue my treatment and l cannot be more thankful for all his hard work. I do not believe that any other attorney could have made this happen the way it did. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needs assistance with a car accident case and requires an honest and caring attorney who will not let the big companies get the better of us hard working people.

Mark Hardesty of Hardesty, Tyde, Green and Ashton is a fantastic attorney. He was my attorney for an auto accident a couple of years ago. He made sure that I received the best medical care, made sure that the medical expenses were taken care of and most of all .... REALLY had my best interest at heart. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process.
