We were in a very bad accident and after checking on which law firm to utilize we selected Hicks & Funfsinn. While the accident was stressful Greg Funfsinn took the stress out and kept us informed at all times. Greg and the rest of his staff did a great job. If I have another injury I will definitely use Hicks & Funfsinn again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good law firm.

My husband and I began our relationship with Paul Kelley a few months after my husband's diagnosis with mesothelioma. I contacted Scott after receiving a low offer for medical expenses after an auto accident. Scott attempted to settle with the insurance company without filing a lawsuit. However, it became necessary to file a lawsuit! Scott was easy to talk to and always made sure I was comfortable with the process. His firm was able to get an acceptable settlement for me! Nick Mudd had represented me in three legal situations, has also referred and personally is handling a matter that is not criminal defense. I have referred him for years now, He also has experience working with special prosecutors in many cases. With the connections and determination of mr. Mudd a discovery violation caused a soon to be trial into a dismissed minimum 10 year sentence and 20 year max. During the process I felt overwhelmed and realized I was in good hands. Mr. Mudd handled my grandson's traffic/accident violation case between a court date in Nov 2021 and a court date in Dec 2021. Susanne Cetrulo provides top notch legal services. Her experience is vast which allows her to provide excellent representation while valuing your time. She is flexible and allows for work to be done over the phone or via e-mail as necessary. However, she is very willing to meet in person if that is what is required. Unlike many attorneys, Suzanne is not constantly watching the clock, looking for how many ways she can bill you. I hired her for an adoption, and it was a great, caring experience! Mr. Goff took my Civil case after hearing my plea. My fiancée passed away and a Civil Case was brought against me regarding the sale of “our” home. Mr. Goff responded to my request for a lawyer. Although he was ultimately unable to take my case he spent almost an hour on the phone with me and gave me some helpful pointers with regard to my case. I was sorry I couldn't hire him as he had a very good demeanor, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. Based on my conversation with him I would hire him to represent me if the circumstances were different.

I Amy of Meriwether & Tharpe to represent me for a very difficult divorce. Latrese (Amy) has been a truly great person to work with. I have been using her firm for a modification to my original divorce decree. My first experience with my original lawyer was a complete joke. I was represented by Latrese Cooper in my recent divorce and child custody case and was very pleased with her service to my children and me. As many divorces are complicated, mine involved many details such as circumstances of illness and domestic violence, an out-of-state civil protection order, out-of-state residence, and accusations of mental illness and being a unfit parent of my 2 young children. From the very first consultation, Latrese listened for detail. Although not required of legal counsel, she possessed an empathy for me that was evident and I know that when she promised to work hard for me she meant it and always followed through. Latrese took the time to explain the divorce process to me as it was ongoing and also did what she could to expedite things. For the status conferences, Latrese made efforts to ensure that I could appear before the judge via telephone as I was already residing out-of-state and the cost of travel would have been an undo burden on my children and myself. During trial, I felt very confident to have Latrese on my side and trusted that I was being represented very well. Professionalism, internal strength, and confidence exuded her and I believe that the opposing counsel was not nearly as well prepared for the trial and was seemingly intimidated by Latrese's outstanding preparation and skills. I would highly recommend Latrese for any one with a pending divorce, especially those whom may have been victimized throughout a marriage. Her level of performance is above average and I consider the final decisions made in my case to be more than adequate to my expectations.

Kyle represented my family in a fatal car accident with a pedestrian that resulted in the passing of one of our family members. We were in mourning, and in complete disarray, but Kyle was there to help with everything and more. He went above and beyond by making sure that our family was alright, and that we recieved what was just. From day one Bob Sanders was not only my lawyer but also a friend . When my husband passed away due to a wreck , Bob was very concerned about how my two boys then (14 yrs & 8) & myself were handling it.
