I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.
From my first meeting with Randall, he was professional, courteous, honest about the circumstances & legalities of my case, and treated me with dignity and respect. He took my case because he saw the harm done to me, even if it was not millions of dollars' worth of damages.

I was involved in a serious car crash two and a half years ago resulting in serious injuries and loss of my vehicle. My experience with Jeff Gutkowski was the best! Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. Jeff is an amazing lawyer, he is very very intelligent but not arrogant. He has always gone above and beyond what I thought a lawyer should've. Over the past 4 years, he was always their for me and my family! He is Professional, Patient and Passionate in all he does. Jeff has always made me feel like I was the only case that he had to deal with even though I know that is not the case. He always did what was in my best interest. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. He did a wonderful job of explaining the process and making sure our daughter had an understanding of want to expect. Jeff was very diligent with our case and fought for us all the way. I first met Mark back in 2017, after being misdiagnosed with Gleason 10 Prostate Cancer. Mark knew from the start that it would be an interesting case but was willing to take it on. Talk about an interesting case, throw in a Pandemic! Needless to say, things were cancelled, delayed, you name it! Mark always kept me abreast of how things were going through his Paralegal Sandy Shaub. Sandy could not have been more helpful and understanding, when dealing with information during the extended time period. Finally in October of 2024 Mark was able to secure a trial date and time via zoom. The trial went very well, and Mark was able to secure an amount that was 2 and a half times more than what the defendant was willing to pay. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased and recommend Mark Atlee highly if you want positive results!

Two years ago my husband and I were in a terrible car accident, we were hit by a drunk driver. A very good friend recommended that we call Wes Addington. Both of us thank God everyday, we had Attorney Wes in our corner. He was not just our attorney, he was our friend, we always felt better after talking with him. He walked us through our nightmare. Stephanie E. DiVittore is incompetent. Retain her if you'd like to lose. She will charge you 3 times what other attorneys cost and lose the case for you. Before she loses though, she will offer to represent you for free when the inevitable loss occurs. I can only recommend you work with these guys if you're interested in losing.
