I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. With his 20+ years of experience as an attorney, I felt as ease knowing that this is the exact person I need to go to if my legal issues were ever to come up.

I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too

I’M CONVINCED THEY PROVIDE AN INCENTIVE FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS! THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
I’ve been dealing with them for over a year after a car crash I was in and have been disappointed and frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. Every time I call, I’m advised no one is available and I’ll receive a call back OR I speak to someone and they give me the same update that I received a month ago.
They are NEVER true to their word when it comes to communication. You’re told someone will call you back by XYZ date and they never do. If I didn’t call them to follow up every few weeks I wouldn’t have any idea what is going on with my case.

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. In no time, he got the full insurance policy limits from the driver that hit me and from my own insurance policy, and then he negotiated down my medical bills so I can get some money for my pain and suffering. Erick is easy to talk to , easy to deal with , he’s one of the good guys in Las Vegas …I had a very bizarre Guardianship case that he argued for me that went to trial. I think we all thought it would be a simple case but it dragged on and became difficult. That being said he cared about me and my grandkids. When your lawyer truly cares about you , what more could you ask for. He came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine and now I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND KAREN.
