I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. I hired McKay back in 2012 for an auto accident that totaled my car. The lady was 16 & she had no license. McKay took charge of everything and my car was reimbursed to me for cash value. He also had a settlement for all of my pain and suffering and medical bills. He also wrote a Cease & Desist letter to a company who was subrogating me. (Fraudulently)
Fast fwd: I was involved in a hit and run 2 days ago. I have the man's license plate and the LV Detectives are looking for this person. He had no insurance and no license. I'm hiring McKay for my pain and suffering and also to have my cars back bumper removed and fixed. Also, I need to reimburse the insurance for my emergency room visit for testing and constant pain after this man hit me.
I definitely recommend Mr. Whitney. He settles things quickly and very professionally. Definitely recommend him for any motor vehicle accident or personal injury matters!!!

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did.
