First I want to thank my lawyer Mr. Anthony J. Medori for a job well done. I had an accident on my way home from work and I contacted My lawyer about. It was a difficult case with no property damage now can you imagine that, most lawyer out there would had gone for a settlement but not Mr. Modori as you know most insurance companies don’t pay anything but gives you chicken change, my case went to trial and the jury awarded me verdict. Mr. Medori fought a good fight his performance at trial was outstanding, he is knows his job as a lawyer and beyond, very brilliant and focus he looks at every details and can pin point Mistakes made by the defendant which was a plus on our side, his presentation at trial was very impressive as a young lawyer coming up and I will give him a FIVE STAR and recommended him to anyone. I was referred to Amy Smith by some friends and I have to say that from the time of our initial consultation, I felt that Amy was very professional and caring to my concerns. On June 20, 2024 I met with Attorney Robert Manchel to address my questions about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Manchel was very attentive and pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns . I hired him the next day. During the bankruptcy process Mr. Manchel was always available to answer my questions through texts, phone and emails. He explained everything I needed to do and all information I needed to supply. He also told me step-by-step what would happen during the several month process. When it came time to address a judge I met with Mr. Manchel in his office and he helped me through the Zoom hearing. He kept me calm and guided me through the hearing. After the filing was complete- and during the waiting period- Mr. Manchel was always available to supply me with advice and information.
On October 28, 2024 Mr. Manchel contacted me through email, letter and phone that my bankruptcy case had been successfully discharge. He then went on to advise me to what I needed to do in the future to help restore my good credit.
